Exceptional service ! Fresh and flavorful cuisine ! I had the citrus salmon salad , delicious!!! I thoroughly enjoyed the iced lavender matcha latte ! Divine!!!! So happy to be traveling across country and making a stop at True Foods along my route east to west! I took the plant based cheeseburger with me , and a side of kale salad. Perfectly prepared and packed to go! Highly recommend this Nashville location! Greeted so nicely and treated so well by my personable server! Thank you!

Orr lunch was amazing - everything was fresh and delicious. We had the spinach mushroom pizza and spaghetti squash casserole and the teriyaki bowl. But even better than the food was our server, Bobby. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish - we had twin 10 month olds with us and he was helpful with the menu and we got the sweet potatoes for them as well as they ate our other items as well. He was so attentive and got everything right!!! Will be back soon!

Both of our entrees were quite good. Edamame Dumpling appetizer came at the same time of the meal and did not suit our palates. We were seated right away though service was quite slow. Would I return, yes as there are a lot of healthy choices. One last note is that parking was $10 for 2 hours (ouch).

True Food is a favorite restaurant! I got the Korean Noodle Bowl and didn’t like it, and they graciously refunded it. Always a good experience here no matter what!

Our server was HORRIBLE. it took over 20 minutes before we had been even talked to and then we had to ask for everything. water, forks, napkins, straws, refills, you name it. other tables around us were visibly frustrated as well and my table didn’t really need all that much. loved the food but the service knocked down my experience here for sure.
