Food is good, run of the mill. Expensive for what you get - lots of low cost filler food to high cost items.

We had lunch at True Food Kitchen this afternoon. It was our first time there, but not the last!! The food was wholesome and delicious! I had a butternut squash pizza that was phenomenal! Service was great and knowledgeable. The only downside was the noise level, the music is played very loud and the restaurant has very little to dampen the sound. It was difficult to carry on a conversation at regular volume. Other than this issue, the place is first rate!

The menu provided the dietary requirements for everyone in my group, there was a vegetarian, and Keto and Paleo dieters. Everything was fresh and delicious, and everyone loved the place

True Foods exceeded my expectations. The menu selections were very good and the quality of food was outstanding. Our waiter was very informative and his menu selections were perfect. I highly recommend trying this restaurant. My only complaint would be the noise level within the restaurant.

Great selection of healthy and vegan dishes. Everything’s delicious and our
Entire party was satisfied. A little noisy due to the high open ceiling.

Love how they cater to diet restrictions, especially dairy allergies. My fish tacos we're good, but could have used more flavor. Butternut squash soup was very good.

Lunching with a friend, a vegan and a carnivore, True Food is the perfect place to meet. We sat on the patio, enjoyed the food, weather, and each other's company. It was a perfect noon-time repast. Thank you, True Food!!!

I love the variety that True Food offers. I recently had a 3 course meal here, and while at any other establishment I would leave feeling nauseatingly full, I left with my hunger satisfied and no problems! This isn't to say the portions were small, they were quite large! But True Food uses only the best and most fresh ingredients to ensure the meal is well balanced. I never regret coming here for happy hour or a night out!!

Well, I Must say the noise level is very high. Perfect for families! lol. The food was good but we all had stomach aches after about an hour from leaving the restaurant. We were told what we ate in our main entree's had no dairy but I think the waiter was incorrect. The dairy free ice cream was made with coconut oil but it upset my husband's stomach and I had a spoonful of his ice cream and also had the pudding with chia seeds and I too ended up with a very upset stomach when I got home, similar to the type of meal when you eat high fats and it continued into the night. The kids faired better since they only had margarita style pizza's. I Just think the other ingredients they use may have caused it for my husband and I and we were not used to it. We assumed everything we ate was low fat, healthy etc. I will give it another try and ask what is in the foods we select on the next visit or just get the pizza. :)

I liked my experience here. Enjoyed the food at brunch, not so much the pomegranate cocktail. The fig and onion tart was very delicious. The curry was a great blend of sweet and spicy

The edamame appetizer is a must! I also loved my Special Ingredients Salad with Grilled Shrimp. It was delicious. Someone had the Mushroom Ferro Soup and it was also excellent. The Pad Thai was a bit too spicy for our taste and had a smokey taste that we weren't expecting. The menu is creative, reasonably priced and delicious.

Went there Saturday evening and knew it would be busy. So you would think the service would be quick. It took awhile before the waitress came to our table. And didn't check on us too often. I had sweet potato hash as the side...half was not cooked through, was hard. I am not impressed with this place.

This was my third time to TFK. As always, it was packed with people, but the service was good as usual. I had the Pad Thai and I thought it was a bit bland. The portion size was large, but I got tired of it half way through the dish. I would suggest a smaller portion size and include some sort of meat or fish as part of the base price. They also need to increase the number of appetizer (starter) options. My girlfriend is dairy free and the options are limited. I will probably eat at TFK a few times a year, but the limited menu will probably steer me to other places.

Great, varied menu with selections of small and large plates. Very good service-waiter was patient and attentive while we took time to order and prompt service for a latecomer. Noise level was much better than usual- I had been hesitant to go due to noisy atmosphere in the past. Less of a crowd made it more comfortable in terms of noise

Love this place, but it’s so loud. I go about four times a year-food is yummy.
They should look into adding some sound reducing components to the overall design. I cannot imagine the damage being inflicted on those that work there!
I come back because I enjoy the food and will continue to do so.

Very noisy crowded high ceilings place although fun atmosphere. Not a place for serious conversation. I had a $14 salad that literally tasted like coleslaw with a few hard mango slices. My dining mate had a dish that had cilantro in it but the description did not list cilantro as an ingredient. He hates cilantro and I mean hates it. But waitress was very very nice.

Appetizers unique and delicious. Salmon entree small, over priced, fishy tasting. Overall pricey for a few appetizers and drinks, two burgers, two salmon entrees (very small), 1 shared dessert for four people. $250 too much. Might return only for a light lunch—not dinner. More of a cafeteria ambience.

We arrived on time for our 6pm reservation and were told to wait by the bar. We were not seated for over 20 minutes. When we sat down we were disappointed with the very limited beer selection. Our waiter suggested gluten free pitas for our hummus which were delicious. The rest of our food was very good as well. It took way too long to get our check and pay. We will likely come back, but we will try to avoid peak hours. Plenty of staff working, they just don’t seem well trained at this point.
