True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. We have been to True Food Kitchen in the past and brought friends with us this time. This time around we were disappointed in the food. All of our food was overcooked. They had a dinner special + friends of ours ordered it and were surprised at the price for their entree. The waitress had to bring over the menu to show us that in small print and said that there was an up charge for what they ordered. It was a disappointing experience overall.

The restaurant was surprisingly empty given the quality of the food and service. When we arrived at 8 pm, we were the only customers there. Later on two other small groups arrived. The kitchen closed at 9 pm - too early in my opinion

Dishes were just ok, some ingredients just didn’t mix well (cauliflower and dates in appetizer) and hummus should not have harissa and za’atar in it. Pizza was decent and dough was nice and chewy.

I love this place, they have great vegan options so everyone can eat together. It's loud but the food is good and healthy.

Not a great spot for kids. The food is great for adults but the kids menu options don’t hit right. They also don’t have soda.

Our server, Rachel, was terrific. The other servers were great, too! They set us up in a private room, which was a pleasant surprise! Very happy!!

All our dishes were very flavorful and delicious. The food was fresh and there are lots of choices on the menu. The restaurant is big and clean and service was very pleasant. We would be going back in the near future!

My Husband and I chose the 5:30 pm dining time. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. The Food was fresh and delicious. Our server "Kayla" was very helpful and friendly. The Hummus with warm home made flatbread was the perfect complement to our entree. We chose the Wild Tuna Poke Bowl as our entrees and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Espresso Martini was made to perfection! We will absolutely return again and again.

Modern and airy yet cozy interior, friendly and attentive waitstaff, and healthy delicious food, including lots of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. So glad we tried it. We will definitely be back.
