Waitress never came to check on us. Other waitresses walking around and checking on their tables but ours was nowhere to be found. Food was cold and portions smaller than West Palm location.

Nice selection of food. Like the fact that they use healthy oils, lots of organic produce, and plenty of gluten free for those who need it. All tasted yummy!

We ate at the bar during Happy hour and were served by Clara. Wine is $6 a glass and beer $5!a bottle. We shared two items and they were so large that we got totally filled. The chicken tacos were delicious. Lots of chunks of chicken and a sauce with a kick. Would def reorder. The dip duo was guacamole and hummus with a generous side of pita bread and tasty crunchy chips. From where we were sitting we can easily look into the open kitchen which seemed to be on a roll. I’ve eaten at True many times before and wondered what the sources of noise was. Well, frankly, it’s the guys in the kitchen. They toss plates onto a counter in front of them which easily can be placed there, avoiding that sound of plates smashing on metal. And when plates are brought from the dishwashing area to the various chef stations, they are also smashed down on the medial top. Why do I mention this? Cause it’s annoying and unnecessary and I’m sure management doesn’t even focus on it. While we ate, there was a manager at a register doing whatever. He never once turned his head in the direction of the kitchen crew. Just sayin.

I’ve been to true foods often and enjoyed all my meals, but tonight the food was awful! Kale salad looked wet and wilted. So I ordered the chopped salad with chicken, not good. Chicken very chewy we paid our bill and left. It was an awful experience. Went over to Sicilian oven and had a good meal. Don’t bother with true Kitchen

Amanda is a standout as a True Food server. She is efficient and personable. Food is fresh and reliably delicious. Only con is the women’s bathroom usually need attention and what’s with the ear-splitting decibels when flushing the toilets?
