   Comfy modern rustic atmosphere, great service, and lots of gluten free options. We enjoyed brunch here. However, ask about what sweeteners are in any hot beverages you order— the matcha tea was very sweet, possibly sweetened with stevia.

   I love this place and really hope they open one in Connecticut where I am from. The only downside on this occasion was the timing of work being done in the restaurant and so I could barely hear the conversation between my son and I due to drilling, etc. I won't let that change my opinion - food and service are always great - but it would have been nice if the work could have waited until after lunchtime.

   Food was fabulous. Service was very good. Atmosphere was horrible, because the construction; drilling was going on in the restaurant during lunch service which horrid and to overcompensate for that noise, management had music on high volume...so all in all our group of 5 was barely able to hear each other; had so shout. I wished that management reached out to us prior to March 8 to tell you that construction will be going on so we could make alternative lunch plans.

   It was good food. It does seem healthier than other alternatives. I’m not much of a veggie girl but the cauliflower had flavor to it and it was enticing to share. I ordered the Korean Noodle Bowl with antibiotic-free chicken. I was underwhelmed with how little chicken was added and it was flavorful. Service was good, but we came by the end of a Monday night and the server didn’t seem as attentive.

    One of the best places we’ve ever been to in the whole world. The food was fresh, healthy and incredibly delicious. Enjoyed that the menu had calorie and ingredients listed. Was in a crash diet and that was very helpful. The flourless chocolate cake was the best dessert ever, not than any other and 100 times better.

    The pizza was delivered cold, the panini wasn’t at all what I expected- chicken and cheese not evenly distributed by the halves. Pita was greasy and bit burnt. Just wasn’t up to usual service or quality. And we arrived before the rush.

    We loved both the starters we ordered : brussels sprouts and cauliflower. Everything we ordered was tasty. As for noise level, we chose to sit outside and enjoy the weather, so not the restaurant's fault really. Only one tweak if I may suggest to them is not to give flimsy thinner than tortillas as pita. I would much rather have a pocket pita (thick one) for the Veggie Hamburger. I will definitely go there again.

    Worst True Food location I have ever visited. The restaurant was dirty, the service was slow and inefficient and the food was not up to par. We asked for several items and the server never brought any of them, only to chase us out the door with an item after we had gotten up and the table. Do not recommend.

    We needed an oasis of gluten-free, dairy-free anti-inflammatory food for my son who is recovering from a chronic illness. Thank you for being so much more than that, kind, beautiful, delicious and warm. Truly a balm for our souls.

    Our server made everything extra special for our friend’s 50th birthday. Best service I have had in a long time anywhere. They dealt expertly with latecomers and even made sure my fish was properly cooked. Everything was great!

    Food (pizza) was burnt and pizza itself was very greasy. Server did not provide any straws, napkins or cutlery to eat anything. We had to wait to flag someone down to ask for the basic utensils to eat with. Server intentionally avoided eye contact with my table/walked the long way around instead of checking on us. I had to stand up and walk up to somebody to ask for utensils to be brought over. Food then got cold. Greasy, burnt, poor quality food.

    The food was delicious! Roasted Brussels sprouts had a kick of heat and the Truffle Honey and Squash Flatbread was very good as appetizers. For entrees we had the Forbidden Poke Bowl and Spaghetti Squash Casserole with Salmon. The casserole came over hot out of the oven. The combinations in the Poke Bowl were amazing. Both were very delicious. We both had the Common Bond cocktail served warm. Excellent! Each year I make a trip to True Food Kitchen for my birthday because the food is excellent and with my food allergy, I know I won’t have to worry about asking for a substitution.

    We enjoyed our experience at True Food trying healthy menu items such as hummus, brussel sprouts , salmon, steak and turkey burgers. We liked our large round table which is great for socializing with family and friends. The portion sizes could be increased in size a bit, but overall , the service and food was very good.

    Good food (although the lasagne was pretty salty) and a welcoming atmosphere. Main problem was that the host found my reservation and seated my friend, who arrived before I did, but couldn't find my reservation when I arrived a few minutes later -- and seated me separately. My friend and I each waited a while before we texted eachother but we eventually discovered we were both already there. She was seated a much nicer place than I was.

    Fantastic food, excellent service. The size of the restaurant is too big. If the layout was changed to be less of a huge, empty cafeteria, the ambience would be enhanced.
