Our server was great! My tuna steak was ordered medium rare and arrived well done. The server promptly returned it and came back a few minutes later, saying that they could not send me another one because a 48 top had ordered the last ones. Therefore, I ate a salad for my dinner while the others at my table ate their full meals and came home to reheat chicken at my house for my dinner. Disappointing as it was my husband’s birthday. I wouldn’t discourage a friend from visiting as I do love the food but will indeed caution them to not stay for dinner on a special occasion when there are large parties being served.

Great service, great food and the smash burger is awesome. How can you beat a five dollar burger definitely taste like a $15 burger. I always parrot with the green goddess salad. And they always recommend fun drinks. I actually saw the desserts go buy last time I was there which the girl did asked us if we were interested and I said wow next time let me get the dessert specials first and I’ll save room.

Disappointing night. Our waitress was lovely and attentive as was the hostess. There must've been a substitute chef. We have eaten here once before and had a positive experience. We were unlucky this time. We ordered a $100 NY strip steak, medium and it came out well done. The manager did try to rectify the situation and had it reordered again. Our guests unfortunately had to continue eating their food while we waited. Twenty minutes later, our steaks came out well done again. We were extremely polite and paid our bill. They even charged us for a side sauce that was cold by the time our steaks came out. The manager did comp our wine. But sadly, it dampened our evening not being able to eat dinner with our friends. We are not sure we will be back any time soon. You cannot be inconsistent cooking high end steaks, specially at $100.

The Green Goddess salad was so delicious! Obviously, True Blue's target market is meat lovers. That said the vegetarian offerings are very interesting and delicious.

My son and I went for dinner and each of us had the filet. It was cooked perfectly and very tender. My side was the cauliflower souffle which was very very good. My son had a Caesar salad. Their homemade dressing is not your traditional creamy Caesar, but more of a lemon/parm vinaigarette, but it was good and refreshing. Service was excellent - very prompt and friendly. We would go again!

Our previous experiences at True Blue was great. But on this occasion it was not as hood. Our server was very pleasant so no issues there. Two of the four of us choose a Ceasar Salad both lack dressing. You do not want it to be drenched but when you basically taste lettuce. It took a while to get our entrees. When our entrees arrived one person had to send the steak back twice to get it correct. For the most part the food was good but the overall experience was subpar.

Very loud inside and hard to carry on a conversation. Our food was good, but not awesome for the amount of money spent. We went for our anniversary, but I wish we had gone somewhere less expensive with an atmosphere where we could actually interact with each other.

Very expensive, a la carte. Had the smashburger, which was fine for the price. Charged us $7.00 for a bottle of "flat" water when we only wanted tap water. A la carte dishes were pretty good, if crazy expensive.

This was our first visit to True Blue Butcher and Table. Had high hopes but it wasn't totally disappointing! Very attentive waiter named Sam and if it wasn't for him maybe it wouldn't have been a good experience. We had Wedge Salad to split and it was really good. One of us had Shrimp Tagliatelle and the other Smoked Pecan Chicken. Also a side dish of Potato Roasties. The issue was the chicken. First of all it didn't explain on the menu it was a half chicken on the bone, second no smoked pecan flavor as it had a smear of bbq sauce, and third it was very cold! We told Sam and he took care of it right away. Honestly the chicken wasn't that good for 31.00. Sam told us at the end he was able to pick a customer to give a $25.00 gift card to that night to Mariposa and he chose us so that made it better but it was his doing that and no manager intervened. Probably won't return but we do like Butcher and Barrel and will try Mariposa!

Had reservations, waited 20 extra minutes to be seated. Server was good but kitchen supposedly backed up, appetizers came on time but waited then 35-40 minutes for food to come out. Food was however very good.

Great food, service and ambiance. We shared the 36 oz ribeye, pork chop with delicious roasties, parmesean asparagus and wedge salad. Everything was cooked perfectly. Our server was covering a large number of tables but we never felt neglected. She always came by and checked on us. We will be back.
