a bit long waiting for a drink. However, all staffs were friendly. amazing view outside. great atmosphere at night. Food was okay. enough value and taste was good.

The view is nice, however the service and hospitality is terrible. Staff are not welcoming upon arrival and they are taking time to attend the table to take your orders, you have to call them to be noticed.

Service is incredibly poor. We had to wait 30 minutes to get a menu, another 30 to order, and then 45 minutes after asking for the bill, were we allowed to pay. The food and drinks are really good, it is just let down by the service.

Hi the place is really good, the cocktails are very tasty with a zing. But I booked a reservation through Open table app and when I called the restaurant to confirm they said my booking didn’t exist. I went to the restaurant on time anyway and they let us in with the original booking. So better coordination and also the service was quite slow. They took 30 min to get us just a bottle of water. So can be improved But over all the vibe is really good, and DJ has a unique taste

We got helped only after 30min of being there, food came 1hr30min after ordering. Very disappointed as I heard good things about Tropicana 360. Vibe and place looks beautiful but Service and delivery of food was poor. We came to celebrate our engagement and wasn’t good.

Had food several times and the quality and menu options should be improved. Furthermore we had to look for a waiter ourselves caused no one was coming to the table.

This has become my second home I love everyone . The staff is amazing. I would like to mention one person who was outstanding last night , Treessha I hope I got the name correct. She is so humble and took great care of my friends and I. Thanks to the bar manager as well. In general Tropicana is the best in Doha I highly recommend any day

I would say it is good but not great! Food was healthy and fresh, and there were no complaints about it. However, to be in a place brands from the hotel. The service and staff could have been improved. The service does not deserve to be Dusit brands.

I love Tropicana and I highly recommend it. The staff is punctual and the music was really on point last night . The food is also amazing and the views from top are to die for

Brunch felt flst & boring, the dj put on a playlist and sat on her phone for hours. 0 drink options for thr brunch - just a plain gin based cocktail & vodka based cocktail. Felt like a joke according to Doha standards!

Hi ..it was great experience and ambiance was just amazing ..we ordered chicken wings which was literally pathetic and no taste at all ....complete bland with no salt and no ingredients at all .... price of 69qr which is not worth at all for small 6 pieces of chicken ....apart from food rest everything was good ....

Great atmosphere. Promotions for happy hours and teachers/health care workers etc. give great value for money. Service was slow to start but improved later. Looked like they just didn't have enough staff.

I tried the Tropicana brunch and the service was better than I expected considering Al the bad reviews. The staff are very friendly and good. The brunch itself isn’t that great but if you are looking for a high energy (the music is loud) value for money brunch then this is the place.

-Good for the price. -No efficiency in service and not organize. They gave us wrong drinks and it takes 30 minutes to deliver the drinks. Few staff were working. We waited for the desert, when we follow up, they said it’s not available. -The music was too loud (nobody was even dancing) people cannot talk with each other. -They’re making it like a club because of the loud music but the ambience can be better as a cozy lounge. I suggest to lower the music sound a bit would be great.

The food was bad, small portions, a lot of waiters but we could never find one to order from.. Very nice location, nice view and nice cocktails. Felt a bit scammed, because they said 50% of the bill at Thursday, but we had to argue with her and talk to the supervisor and there was no service from the staff

If other nationalities allowed to enter wearing shorts! Why not us Filipinos? If others given nice treatment why not us? Showing your hand gestures ( 🤌 ) with loud voice saying wait in multiple time was rude. Just saying! I love the place tho!

Loved the ambience ! Specially the name does justice to the 360 view Good job ! What needs to be worked upon is the music , it’s not energetic and uptown 👎🏻, you need to play the music according to the vibe and the crowd ! I’d recommend nice house Dj and techno , Afro music 🎶 Thanks
