   In fairness to Tropicale, we ever get to dine there. The issue is with the booking. It could be the app's inaccuracy or Tropicale's fault for neglecting to provide the correct information. The app will allow bookings all the way to the evening. We booked 12 noon for a party of 9. We received a re-confirmation email a day prior. We found out that they only serves breakfast and they close at 11am.

   We have had this buffet many times but not fir a few years abd it is not as impressive as it use to be There used to be more selection abs ice sculptures And more to choose from. Was still good but was slightly disappointing

   The Christmas Brunch was wonderful. The variety of food, flavors, and drinks made for a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. To top it all off was the service that was impeccable.

   It was easy to get a reservation. Everyone at the hotel were very helpful and courteous

   Over all it was ok. They were able to get us in about 15 mins earlier but we were disappointed because we went there for the crab and they were out. They replaced them with crawfish which was horrible. Also felt rushed to check out.

   Had booked a table for Thanksgiving lunch buffet . So much choice of well presented food this was our first time having Thanksgiving lunch away from home and very pleased we chose this

   Easter brunch was amazing! I enjoyed every bite. The additional carving stations and dessert displays were top notch! I loved the swordfish, the clothesline bacon, and the carrot cake crepés especially! I will definitely return soon!

    Variety of food was great and tasted very good, very satisfying.The service was friendly, attentive and attempted to meet our every need pleasantly. The environment and ambience was comfortable, clean, spacious, and one felt relaxed and unhurried.
