    Wonderful inventive cuisine! The staff is friendly and the outdoor setting is charming. My only suggestion is to offer better dessert choices. Dessert was the only disappointment. But the cocktails are one of a kind—try the tropical Negroni —and the appetizers are sublime.

    Decent place. Shrimps were fantastic but pork ribs were average at best. Not all pieces were . Added the cost of water to the bill without informing that water is chargeable. Otherwise a good Place to have a nice meal. Slightly overpriced

    we did the full five course experience and it was so worth it! We were one of three couples in the entire place and the service was impeccable. We’ll definitely come back again next time we're in Tamarindo.

    Tropic was easily the best restaurant I visited during my time in Tamarindo! The owner has achieved something really special that is unlike any other place in the area. The cocktails are inspired, creative, and beautifully presented. The Mahi Mahi was the best I've ever had. The fried avocado was also super unique and insanely delicious. I had dinner there two nights in a row. Every bite and sip I had was perfection. Tropic will undoubtedly be my first stop when I return to Tamarindo.

    Food was unique. Doing their own takes on things which is great but expect different. They did not have the wine I ordered (I guess) so they just brought something else and opened it without checking if I wanted the alternate - which was very strange. (Ordered a Chardonnay and they brought a Chardonnay sav blanc blend - so not the same thing at all). Presentation and plating was amazing and cocktails very unique. So o really very good

    outstanding vibe, drinks came in the most fun cups/presentations, the cutest animals walking around, ambiance was super tropical and felt private in the town. Amazing service, food was amazing too! MAKE THE RESERVATION it's so worth it!
