Great little spot to grab food and drinks. While it presents like a high end chic place, it's pretty chummy.

This restaurant has a youthful, trendy atmosphere with enthusiastic waitstaff. Service was excellent. The menu was interesting. Recommend the lobster rolls, Mac n cheese side, and the goat cheese appetizer. Desserts were meh. The cocktails were great. The valet parking was a nice bonus.

I drove all the way to Wellington to try a signature drink called the golden goose. When I got there I was told they don’t make it anymore. The place was ice cold and very loud so we all sat outside. The restaurant was not busy and our service was terrible. We ordered Goat cheese cream and got four very tiny pieces of bread with it for three of us. We ordered some more bread To go with it and it only came when we were eating our meal. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this place nor would I return and I am a Florida local

This was my second time at the restaurant. The first time I ordered a steak and specifically asked them not to add any salt. The steak came very salty. They did replace the steak with a new order and it was good quality. Service was slow and the restaurant only had a few tables occupied.
I thought I would give them another chance .
This last visit I had to go up to the hostess after we were there for 15 minutes and did not have a waiter approach us. The restaurant was 2/3 empty by the way. We gave our order and when it finally came out two items were wrong. The staff is friendly but no excuse for waiting a long time for an order and then have it come out wrong.
It is a shame because the quality of food is very good and the atmosphere is very nice.

I would recommend the Trophy Room to anyone from a dining experience, as for Sunday Brunch they should not be open. Obviously they party hard on a Saturday nite and then Sunday there was only 1 chef in the kitchen and we waited for 45mins + (only the 2 of us and there was no other diners @ 11am) the Waiter was very apologetic to the point he gave us a drink on the house and we did not get charged for our brunch. I don't like to send out bad feedback, but they really should not be open for Sunday Brunch, would be my advise to the Owner & Restaurant Manager.

Good menu however food was just ok. The steak was poor and tough, the burger and kale salad were fine and the lamb chops tasty. Service very slow, amateur and unprofessional though friendly. Probably wont be going back.

Service was awful...the restaurant wasn't even 1/4 full. We were a party of 8 and they brought the entrees out 2 at a time with approximately 15 minutes between the first delivery and last 2 entrees. I had to go to the manager to complain and interrupted his frivolity behind the bar while he was having a drink. The food was mediocre and overpriced for the portion presented. Wine list was very limited. Never would we go back again.

First time there was fantastic. Great food. Great service. Great drinks. Second time was beyond a disaster. 50 min before our drink orders were taken. 80 minutes after being seated we still had not received a correct cocktail. I say correct because they brought completely wrong drinks multiple times. Not that they were made but not to our liking but that they were completely wrong. Vodka rocks should not be red wine. Yes that is correct. Our dood order never even occurred because no one came to take it despite many attempts to place an order including walking up to the hostess stand or the bar or grabbing an actual waiter and asking. Tonight was an attempt to allow them to redeem because the first was very good. NOPE. service was definitely better than the second time but still well below par. Food was cold and had to go back. For their prices I do expect good food and very good service. I have permanently scratched them off my list.

I made a reservation for 8 people at 7 pm on Sunday 3/10/2019. We we were placing our orders, we were told that they were breaking in a new chef and that they were out of most things that we wanted to order. We decided to order any way but 1 hour and 15 minutes later the salads came out with little or no dressing. During our wait I asked the waitress if there was any bread, "We are out of that". I asked what do you have and she responded "popcorn"! The food was barely tolerable and with a couples bill of $125 and one person did not get her food, 2 people shared their meal I find that price outrageous. At 9 pm when we were rushing to finish our meal, they made the music so loud we could not hear what we were saying. Sorry to say that this is the one and only time that I will set foot in The Trophy Room.

We ordered sliders and then they came back and said they were out of them. No hamburgers either. Next table then got their order of hamburgers which the waiter dropped on the floor. We ended up with salad and pizza which was delicious though it could have been hotter but crust was crispy. Server could have suggested addons to Caesar salad. We had to ask for anchovies.

Very disappointed. Service was only fair. Asked for bread and 30 minutes later it came but it was hard as a rock. Very limited and pricey menu. Celebrating my husband's birthday and unlike many restaurants did not offer a dessert. Also no ambiance

Food was Ok, but not in the context of the price. The wait staff was way overworked and it took forever to get the appetizers, which came out at different times, and then another long wait for the main courses. There was a party going on and it was far too noisy to have any reasonable conversation. Finally, I ordered two scotch, the first was a short pour, the second looked like the waiter must have drunk 2/3 of it before it got to the table. While the food may be a little better than the restaurant it replaced, this night at least, it had far too many negatives to recommend or even try again.

We have dined at Trophy Room several times now since it opened to the public (at first it was open only for special events). They are still fine tuning the menu. Unfortunately, one of the dishes we loved and kept us coming back is off the menu (the salad with burrata and artichoke hearts). It was so good we feel like getting a petition going to put it back on the menu!! But, that said, we've always enjoyed our meals there and will keep going back.

I had high hopes for this place, but sadly it needs a lot of work and attention and would greatly benefit from a professional restaurant manager who knows what they are doing. The staff here seems like they were just "winging it". The decor is weird...the table tops are sticky since, according to our waiter, they painted them and that's just how it turned out. They tried to seat my party of 4 at a very small round table that was clearly designed for 2 people, asked to switch and we ended up a larger round table with a sticky texture to the top. Only one bartender who also was the hostess, so getting drinks was a delay. If you got a steak, you were ok, since the people in my party who did that liked their food. My tuna was overcooked and cold. Someone's chicken was overcooked and dry. Mashed potatoes tasted like they came out of a box. And the place was not crowded or busy so not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but it was not quality food preparation. We were laughing as I paid the ridiculously high bill (they charged me a dollar for the single large ice cube in my bourbon) and will wait for the next restaurant tenant in this location. I will be going to Kaluz from now on when I want a high-quality dining experience.

Went for brunch. Tried to order the cookies n cream French toast but they “forgot to order the bread”. I was shocked since this is in their Brunch menus. Highly disappointed. I ordered the Omelette instead. Eggs were a little runny still. Overall I would not visit this establishment again.

Food was awesome. Almost all options are naturally gluten free which is a plus for our family.
The server whose name escapes me at the moment was so phenomenal we will go back just for her. She waited on my 9 year old like he was a VIP.
Even our other guests noticed how attentive she was. A+ experience for great new restaurant in Wellington.

Trophy Room was fair at best. Kitchen was slow to deliver. Scallops were good. Chicken was pedestrian. Pasta was tasty but main course portion was appetizer size. Not sure if they would even qualify for a ribbon let alone a Trophy.

Overall, food was good, portions were small. The service was not good. They were not ready for our reservation. The waitress (seem to have mostly kids) didn't write anything down and got my order wrong so I wound up eating by myself since the other guests were down already. Management never came by, nor the waitress. I had to flag down someone else to take my meal back.

Food quality was excellent, but they need to be able to cater to the guests and follow-up/thru.

We arrived at 6:30 for a 6:45 reservation. Our table was not ready so we sat at the bar waiting for our other guests to arrive. When our other guests arrived at 6:45 our table was not ready. We were finally seated at 7:05. At 7:30pm someone finally brought us water then left. By 7:40 we got very vocal with the onsite manager that we had now been there an hour but only had water. Our server stepped up to make sure our food was delivered quickly and comped two drinks for us.

This is my second and last visit to the trophy room. 3 of the guests at the table said this is now their second or third bad experience with service as well.

Sorry. You lost me.

The greeting and ambiance when we arrived was good; it turned out to be the highlight of a poor dining experience. There’s a good looking bar. Getting drinks out it, though proves to be a challenge.

After being seated we spent nearly 30 minutes before a waitress took our order and another 15 minutes waiting for drinks to arrive. Our server was stretched between many tables and brought a forced, hyper friendliness to our interactions calling us “darling” and “hon,” in a phony way.

Poor service - super slow. Seems like waiters have little back support or a serious lack of teamwork. Yet you look over at the bar and it appears as if some staff and managers are hanging out. We saw one table get up and leave after waiting for first waiter greeting.

The menu is extensive- new American. Granted we did not try any of their vaunted steaks which get rolled around the dining area on a cart. Our dinner included decent food and some dishes that just tasted bad. Even with its nice pizza oven, the one we tried had very little cheese and sweet balsamic vinegar and bonus garlic. We tried other appetizers - the best by far was cauliflower.

One out of three. Ambiance good, food and service not so much. At the price, there are several better choices nearby and with much better value.

We had a mixed review for our first visit. The waiter was very knowable about the food although his service was very slow. Some items we ordered were never brought to our table. The steaks, aged Kansas city strips were among the BEST steaks I've ever eaten. Cooked perfect and seasoned correctly. The other dishes, short ribs and gnocchi were excellent as well. When the bill finally arrived (2 1/2 hours) it was wrong and we were charged an extra $90. All was corrected. This place can be a big winner but needs some work on service. Too many inexperienced people working there. We will give them a year, hopefully they will learn the importance of good service.
