Established in 2000, 311 Trois Cent Onze has been located in the heart of Old San Juan, housed in a landmark building at 311 Fortaleza Street.
The Dining Room, under the administration of owner, Sylma Pérez and General Manager Carolina Sostre along with Chef Rolando Macias in the Kitchen. It hosts approximately 25 to 30 people for a sit-down dinner.
At 311 Trois Cent Onze, you will experience the gentle and unobtrusive service of 311 professional staff. It is the perfect place to celebrate intimate birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions.
At the moment the Bar is a Service bar only.

This was honestly one of the best experiences - start to finish - that I’ve had in ages. The staff was on point, cocktails were perfect, and every single bite was delicious! The ambiance was lovely, great music at a perfect volume to enjoy but not overpower conversation. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch meal.

The food was exceptional. Wine by the glass acceptable, but tart. Nicely seasoned mussels. How about a token French server? Toilet area needs attention.

Typical French fare. We had the cod which was good but small portions. We also had the beef bougignon which was good but saltier than we would have liked. Service was very good. Nice atmosphere which is not a given in OSJ.

Dining alone can be intimidating, but from the moment I walked into 311 I felt comfortable. Better than traveling abroad and no jet lag! My beef bourguignon was delicious and was made even more outstanding by the ramekin of creamy mashed potatoes that accompanied it.
