Amazing and interesting food. Great and enthusiastic service. Very small so reservations are definitely required.

Our overall experience was dampened by some reservation mixups involving other diners who complained loudly. This was not well handled by the staff but the patrons were out of line!

Went here for lunch with my friend on a Friday. We were blown away! The food was fantastic! We tried the "Homeland" flatbread as a recommendation from our waiter. The portion was sufficient to split between 2 people as an appetizer. The flavour of the lutenitsa sauce was something we haven't had before but were pleasantly surprised. I ordered the yaa mon jerk chicken. Tasty and just the right amount of heat. My friend had the Pharaoh plate. These were the best falafels we tasted! They are far superior to any we have had in Toronto and the GTA. Did I mention the portions were big? We had front row seats to the kitchen. Chef and his assistant were so friendly, down-to-earth people. Had some laughs with them. This place isn't stuffy or pretentious. Definitely a gem of a place!

My only issue was the time it took to get service.. to order food and get it. The server brought the wrong soup and almost blamed us saying we ordered it... When she checked she realized it was wrong and only offered to take 50% off the bill for that item.
Service is Uber slow but at least the food is good

Loved our special valentines meal, would love to attend more special events in the future with live music. Did not like having the TV on in the room, but not a big deal. Great value and love supporting a true local gem

The appetizer had great variety and just the right portion for sharing. The steak was delicious, done to perfection. The scalloped potatoes were incredible and the mix of vegetables were perfectly cooked. The heart shaped raspberry chocolate mousse was scrumptious and also perfect for sharing.

perfect place to go for weekend brunch with kids. couldn’t have asked for anything more, except maybe coffee refills?? not sure if it’s free refills but we only got the initial coffee.

I will definitely be a regular there, it's so delicious and the staff is fabulous!

While the brunch food was very good I urge the restaurant to invest in better coffee! It was some of the worse I've ever had and for brunch it should be a must to offer decent coffee.

Everything is so tasty. I've been here for lunch, dinner and brunch and everything is delicious! It's good to remember that this is fine dining even though it's a nice cozy setting. It's not fast food, but when the food comes, it's gone fast! Lol.
Bring people you enjoy spending time with who will make the time fly by.
I'm happy to say I've recommended friends to come on their own time and they live the food as well. (so it's not just me.)

Tried a new menu item and was not that impressed. I usually love the food here, it has always been amazing as is the service. Maybe I had poor luck ordering and it was a servers off-day.

Trius + aiM was recommended to us by a number of people in the neighborhood. We went in with high expectations. After half hour of myself and my husband being seated we still had not had drink or food orders taken. Within 45m our drinks came. By one hour at the table we had one appetizer, which was a very simple salad. Overall we left ourselves 1.5 hours to dine before we had to leave for another engagement. We had to ask for the bill when the mains came and eat within five minutes. No time to enjoy.

The food ended up being delicious, but it took forever to come. We were told it was because they were servicing a large party who had booked out the back room. If you cannot adequately serve a large party + regular reservations within a timely manner, you shouldn't be offering both services at the same time.

We enjoyed trying this new restaurant that is within walking distance from our house. Our servers were friendly and attentive and the food was very good.
It is catering to a young crowd or parties we believe, so the music is louder than we would’ve liked. Also, food was excellent except for my dessert which was a chocolate lava cake that though presented beautifully was a bit tired- didn’t seem fresh.
But all in all, a nice date evening!

I have been here before for many brunches and had a great time. This time I celebrated my birthday dinner with 10 girlfriends and it was amazing. The food was delicious, friends told me they want to go back. We could talk and laugh and it felt like home. This place is a local gem.

The decor is exquisitely eclectic as is the menu. All our courses were full of flavour and delicious. Chef Daniel, we were impressed but not surprised. Dinner down, now onto brunch. Looking forward to dining again soon.
