   As always, a meal at Triumph is a joy from start to finish. Impeccable, but friendly, service, fantastic and creative food, and a truly unique environment: the restored post office is one of the more memorable spaces I've ever dined in. Lots of vegetarian options (not "just salad"), great wine list and super fun cocktails, and you can't beat the house beers--something for everyone.

   Great food, perfect service. Interesting appetizers. The prices were sttep, but not out of line for a top restaurant these days.

   The menu hasn't evolved since they opened, the two "Specials" are not very inspired and although the service was very good overall, the food was lukewarm at best. The non-meat choices are very limited. Its a lovely space and clearly trying to become something better, but it currently lacks creativity and is sub-par in the kitchen

    Newly refurbished Princeton Post office location downtown. Excellent restoration of a historical building. Lots of upscale dining spaces with a bar upstairs and a more casual sports bar type look and feel downstairs. Great service and ambiance. Menu looks solid with more of an emphasis on meat. Some fish/seafood and vegetarian options. Dined there twice this week. In my opinion, food conceptualization and execution was average. Had seafood one day (beery mussels - excellent) followed by golden tilefish which was sub-par. Went with potato wrapped shrimp (ok) and Rabbit Wellington on the next visit and it was fine. Overall the food was underseasoned. They have a good saucier though which helps.
