Triumph Brewing Co. of Red Bank
Always v good!
Such a beautiful place! The food service and beer was excellent!
Our server was amazing!!! Jameson rocked!! He was our server and his recommendations were on the money!! Will definitely be back!!
Loved this place! Menu is on the smaller side but it’s carefully curated and there’s something for everyone. Food was delicious and so were the drinks. Fantastic ambiance as well. Would recommend!
Let’s start off with I am not a beer guy, but told the server what I usually drink and she brought a taste of a beer I wound up drinking one.
Server was absolutely top notch...#tipthebill was absolutely in effect that night. She was great, her name was Abigail and I would recommend her. Cool, chill, and made sure everything was great.
Food was awesome. Steak was great. Pretzels were great. Limited menu, but it was all good stuff.
Great music playing, and a great jazzy blues kinda band playing about half way thru dinner.
I would say this is a must stop by and enjoy—well worth it.
An upscale youthful atmosphere with very attractive decor. Touts itself as a Brew Pub but their wine and cocktail offerings are as good as any other casual dining in our town.
I am in my 70’s but felt very much at home at the bar or table. I’m looking forward to returning soon.
Very attractive and spacious place for dining and drinking. I haven't been there on busy days so far.
Service and staff friendly and attentive, but food is by far not their strong point. Beer is tasty if a bit overpriced, but I'd go there again and make sure it's during happy hour on a weekday.
Food as usual was very good, just a bit pricey for more than occasional dining.
We came for dinner with my cousin from Scotland and we all loved everything about Triumph!!
With with some friends to enjoy a Friday night. Great band playing. Jet Weston and his Atomic Ranch Hands. Food was very good. Great choice of drinks. Excellent location.
This was our second visit. First was very good but this one was great. Love the industrial look. Front desk very accommodating as to our table location since we were there to see music. Server was attentive even though the place was packed. Salads were unusually good. Lyonnaise and Beet salads perfect. Scallop special was spectacular. One of the better scallop dishes I have ever had and that's saying a lot. We did not have any of their beers but craft. Cocktails were excellent ( although a bit overpriced I think) and wine list short but well chosen. Overall it was a great experience. The kitchen clearly has some very talented people.
Had a delicious brunch on Sunday before seeing at show at Two Rivers Theater. The bacon tart and parsnip and apple soup were standouts.
We arrived very late but the kitchen stayed open so that we could enjoy dinner. The staff was understanding and gracious. Food was excellent. We look forward to returning.
My experience at Triumph was great. The kale salad was fabulous as well as the mushroom toast. Since I don't eat meat I liked the variety of choices they offer for folks like me. I loved the atmosphere. It is beautiful, romantic and pretty. I would definitely return to try the other items on the menu.
I just think they can do better. ambiance was a little odd. No background Music. The kids didn't love the menu. They missed the mark on basic things (you literally couldn't get lettuce on your burger...what?). Just wanted it to be a bit more accessible and to wasn't great.
The only offer 4 different glasses of wine.
Terrific ambiance but disappointed in a menu without traditional offerings. Apps & meals just not very appealing. Adult food only. Slow service upstairs. Hoping menu will change or unfortunately won’t be back.
This is our 4th time and I’m done. The front desk and manager are consistently a disaster. They make the entire experience unpleasant. The restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived at 6pm. They then sat us (a party of 3) at a picnic table (their lame attempt at a “community table”) which had sitting at it couple with a baby in a baby seat. First we barely fit. Second we wanted to drink laugh and have a private conversation. I said to the hostess that I didn’t want to sit there and disturb this nice couple and a baby and they must have another table. The manager came zipping over to tell us that they had a lot of reservations and couldn’t accommodate us (I also had a reservation!) I said that’s fine we’ll sit at the bar. Exhausted and arrogantly he said we have 1 table upstairs. Mind you the whole restaurant was practically empty. He proceeded to sit us upstairs in a corner by an exit door. Like we were getting punished. Ridiculous. The next huge disappointment is that we brought our friend to try the corn fitters - the dish they are becoming known for - and they changed their menu again and took them off! Even the waitress said they change their menu too often! Bottom line, the front of the house is always a shitshow and not worth the bother any more. The food is delish but hardly worth the hassle when there are so many great places in red bank to eat, ones that will be delighted to serve us not treat us like a consolation prize.
Went out with a group of girls on a Saturday night to celebrate a birthday. We had 7:15 reservation and were promptly seated. When the waitress came over to take our order she informed us that 5 out of the 7 appetizers were not available. We paid for our drinks and left for another restaurant which was better prepared for the evening. It was unfortunate as I had been here before and had good food and a nice time. Won't be going back.
Service was very slow despite restaurant being maybe 40% full. Food is overpriced for what it is, menu is pretentious, and my son's burger came out completely raw. After waiting nearly 45 minutes for our food my child had some fries for dinner since his burger was inedible. This cannot have been a cheap restaurant to build out and get up and running - I can't imagine how they will stay in business.
Nice place for a casual meal. Beer selection excellent. They serve other drinks as well which were very good. Food was very good with portions being moderate in size. Big eaters might be disappointed. Very nice atmosphere lots of open space.
Decor is very cool industrial but after two hours on hard wood chairs my back & butt hurt. Maybe a deciding factor on going back. Comfort should be a part of taking care of your patrons.
What a pleasant surprise. We went before a show at Two Rivers this past weekend and were very impressed. Loved the industrial look and feel , the food was really good, the service was flawless , and the prices fair. We did not have any of the beers, but craft cocktails were excellent and the small wine list well chosen. We will surely be back and it will be at the top of our list in the future when we go to shows in Red Bank.
Place is nice but being put upstairs by ourselves when tables were open down stairs did not make it the best experience. There is nothing upstairs - no TVs, no action very quiet - we were alone up there. The World Series playoffs for the Yankees were showing on the first floor which we would have liked to watch. Service is also slower up there as everything is downstairs. Additionally I wish the pretzel appetizer was traditional as the unique spice added to it was not appealing to anyone at our table.
Great food, drinks and atmosphere. Highly recommend.
I have gone to Triumph before for drinks but this was the first time for a meal. We sat in the lovely outdoor dining area enjoying a sunny September day while we ate our brunch. There was a good selection of dishes, something to please everyone. The beers from their brewery, in my opinion, are better than most of the other local brews. Each time I visit I try a different one and they have all been excellent. Triumph is a welcome addition to the Red Bank casual dining scene and very convenient to Two River Theater.
Menu seemed a little odd but food ended up being awesome. Was asked if I wanted to sit inside or out, we said inside and was placed at a table right next to a open garage door window??? Hostess needs to understand what is inside or out regarding dining comfort.
Great place and atmosphere-will be back! 1st timers-excellent experience! Hostess was so friendly and showed us around. We also had a bartender that explained the beers and made us feel very comfortable. Some of the food was different and very good! Our server was great too! Sitting outside was perfect!
An excellent selection of freshly brewed beers are a fine way to start. The food is varied, interesting, and tasty. You can make quite a meal from the small plates and the sandwiches are flavorful and filling.
Gorgeous space marred by uneven cuisine and service.
Great looking place and service was very good but food and drinks were OK at best. The menu is designed to make it easy on the kitchen to get the food out quickly which is great but the food was nothing great at all. Not one
Menu item even popped to the point where we said oooo that sounds good! They need to change the menu for food and drinks.
The food and beer were excellent! This was our first time here, so we do not know if this was an "off" night, but the restaurant does not appear to be managed well. We had a lovely waitress, but we had a very long wait for drinks and food. The inside of the restaurant was pretty empty, so this was surprising. We loved the atmosphere and everyone who worked there. We will definitely come again!
Excellent food, service, and bar. Recommend Triumph highly.
We really enjoyed all of our apps. They were all very good (corn fritters, ricotta toast, and tempura). We decided to share many of the entrees. All of our entrees were great as well, except the mussels. They had so much sand in them, we had to return them. We were hoping it was just a couple of bad mussels, but 5out of 7 that we tried had sand. This really left a bad taste in our mouth and killed our appetite.
Great dinner with good choices for all. Two people at the dinner were vegetarian and found good choices. Lamb meatballs were good but a little on the light side. The menu is not your typical boring bar menu. Beer selection is good, wines are acceptable, mixed drinks are above average. I recommend it for the interesting menu and awesome venue.
Casual, picnic style benches in the main dining area. In the “back “room it is quieter. Attentive service without being overbearing. Food very good and nicely presented; sandwiches and entrees. Enjoyed flight of four beers for tasting. They also have limited menu of wine and cocktails. Outdoor seating available weather permitting. Definitely will go again.
Everything was lovely. Food was great & service was excellent
Limited menu due to local sourcing but enough variety to satisfy just about anyone. Food and of course the beer was excellent.
Staff was friendly and attentive. Muscles were big and delicious. Bluegrass Band’s musicians were fun and accomplished as well as Entertaining. Beer selection was great!
Service was a little slow and disorganized. My salad was outstanding, but fish and chips , while tasty was over fried. All in all, was a pleasant experience and we will be back!
I already have. We had a fabulous time, great food and great atmosphere. Plan on going again soon. Candy & Sig
