Our server was Jaiden and she was wonderful. Clearly juggling a few tables but she was very attentive and in good spirits the whole time. The food gets better every time I eat it. The acoustics are a little annoying for talking but good for music I imagine. All in all, I enjoy Triumph every time I go.

The food was good overall. The tacos are sort of deep fried, not what I expected. They were a little bland. We all loved the mushroom risotto, fish sandwich, and the crispy potato. As for dessert we really enjoyed the apple crumble, we were not as thrilled about the strawberry shortcake on the menu. Live music was a little loud, but it was nice so it wasn’t really a disturbance. As expected the beers and drinks were awesome!

I enjoyed celebrating my birthday here 🥳

My date and I were very impressed with being able to sample our beer and wine choices before ordering them. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful. Just a really nice, casual dinner before our concert at the Basie. We had a nice time and may make it "our" place to go!

We had a nice time at Triumph! The beer was good and the food was delicious! They also had a band which was good, but kind of loud.

We visit all three of the Triumph Breweries, although there are similarities, each one has a unique vibe. Red Bank is beautiful, open, airy, cheerful. The staff was fantastic as was the entertainment. Always interesting, ever changing, seasonal, farm to table menu and great beer. You simply can not go wrong.

We came to hear the jazz and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely meal. I had the pear salad and husband had the short ribs--both excellent. We will be back for dinner again.
Wait staff was efficient and responsive.
Wine and cocktails are available and we both loved the smokey Polish beer and rye beer.

The ambience is very nice, beautiful spot. Service was not great and the food was so so. Menu choices very limited. They had a great band playing but more a place to grab drinks than eat.

It’s a shame. 2 years ago this was an incredible culinary experience. Truly believed that this restaurant was a pivotal part of the Westside of Red Bank’s development.
COVID hit and challenged everyone. We were excited to see Triumph back!!!! Sorely disappointed. Limited options and Menu changes (I understand supply chain and labor shortage issues)Less than attentive staff and price increases across the board. Completely understand the challenges we all have gone through in this past 2 years. As a business owner, our roles and responsibilities are critical to lifeline of so many in our community. I don’t write this for some sort of retribution or looking to get comped for a low par experience. I write this as a warning to change course of your current path. Unfortunately, if you don’t, we all know too well the outcome.
You can and we ALL can do better.

I don’t go here very often and that should change . Triumph Brew is a large place and that allows them to see it’s patrons arriving and extend a warm welcome .. The servers , esp Haley , that night are quite attentive and patient. The bartenders have personality and management is truly appreciative of it’s guests. Now the food and drinks are equally impressive ! The beef cheek pot roast is amazing as are the mussels and taco’s . The beer is incredibly delicious . Looking forward to returning to this gem . I hope many people will come and enjoy themselves here .

Fun casual atmosphere with a band on the weekends. Separate spaces away from the band for groups who want their own party. A short menu that includes some fish and at least one vegetarian item. Good beer brewed on premises plus a full bar.

We went for drinks and some appetizers on Saturday, ordered the tacos and mussels to share. Mussels were tasty, no sand huge plus! Tacos were so disgusting, they were completely burned no flavor just burnt. The restaurant was dead so I don’t know how the tacos got destroyed like that, super disappointing. We love the brewery in Princeton, not as good in red bank!

What a BEAUTIFUL PLACE, but the food was such a huge disappointment. Pepper is not the only spice option and medium is not well done- Sorry but just being honest.
The craft beer selection is awesome, enjoyed the IPA.
