Great time as always. Tris able to adapt to social distancing but still provided excellent service and great food. This why we keep coming back every year on our anniversary because we know we will have a wonderful time.
Celebrated a 25 year wedding anniversary. Food was excellent, we followed all the waiters recommendations. Our tradition of carrot cake and Frangelico was in jeopardy as the bar was out of Frangelico! They managed to pour maybe a 1/2 ounce into a glass for the both of us...we considered it a win and enjoyed the carrot cake and a complimentary pour Inniskillin Icewine to make up the Frangelico. (You should try it next time)
The chef’s collaboration to have exclusive access to certain beef is incredible. The crab pasta was delightful, carrot soup like velvet, and the mahi mahi appetizer had my spouse wanting to drink the sauce...one of our favorite spots in TX.
The odor of cleaning product used at next table after those guests left was very unappetizing as we were eating our meal. A lot was sprayed on all 4 chairs and table.
We initially set the reservation on accident for Tuesday, since I am an idiot and don't know how to read dates. They were super accommodating and had a cancellation that they fit us into and transferred our reservation automatically. Great service and delicious food, would highly recommend for a date night.
Well controlled environment with paper menus and employees wearing gloves. Felt very safe. Food and service always excellent. Remembered to take dessert home (carrot cake) in the event of another lock down

My Wife and I enjoyed everything about our time at TRIS. Service was absolutely amazing thanks to our server Mitchell. Very knowledgeable about the menu and production of the products being served. Even with the "Limited" menu currently, Chef Austin Simmons has put together an Exquisite menu. Food was to die for thanks to the wonderful Chef Courtney and her colleagues. Thank You very much for the Greatest experience we've had on a dinner date. Will be back. Hands down best place on the Waterway.
Tris is DELISH!! You have to try the Heartbrand (Akaushi) steak, Brussels sprouts, truffle ravioli, Caprese salad and literally the best dessert I’ve ever had anywhere- creme brûlée bread pudding!!! Outstanding every time!

My wife and i came to celebrate our 5th year anniversary. We enjoyed our dinner and celebration at Tris. Both manager and our waiter was extremely kind and came by to wish us well. The food was the reason why we came and we were not disappointed. The Korean Poached Crab was delightful. My wife had the Beet salad and i had the Wedge salad. We shared the Sea Scallops, plenty to share. Finally, the Chocolate Cake was perfect and we also had the Banana Pudding which was a deconstructed version of the dessert and it was very well done.
I was so impressed by Tris - the service was impeccable (Thanks Lee!) and our food was so delicious. My husband and I enjoyed our special night out so much and we will definitely be back. I've already recommended Tris to all my friends!
Chef Austin and his team knocked my husbands birthday dinner out of the park.
As always food was fabulous we all had scallop risotto entree, asparagus side, and super fantastic banana pudding. Great time had by all.
Food was absolutely fantastic from the cocktails to the port. The Wagyu filet was in my top 5 steaks ever eaten, and the tuttlefish was delicious. Staff courteous and knowledgeable. Not easy on the pocketbook, but what a way to spend a night with grandparents watching the kids!

Visited with my daughter while on vacation, we had previously visited in Fall. This visit was even more enjoyable than the last. Our server, Lee was friendly, attentive, and offered great suggestions. We dined on the happy hour menu and thought it was a steal for the quality and quantity of food! Half price drink menu was also fantastic. The space is beautiful....give it a try, you won’t be sorry.

Our evening at Tris was wonderful. The seating and atmosphere were pleasant and relaxing. Our servers were knowledgeable, polite, and very attentive to meeting our needs. The food was amazing. The Sprouts were perfect!!! Thanks for a wonderful evening!!!
Have been before as well as to Cureight and it’s fantastic every time! Good was amazing, and despite some of our dietary restrictions the chef was able to accommodate!

Louder than we expected for the cost of the dishes ($50/entree). But food was exquisitely prepared. Service was good, friendly. Felt like a $30/entree experience.
Fantastic experience. The food was great we had the wood forest steak platter which was customizable and delicious, then we had the carrot cake and the croissant bread pudding. Matt was the best server I’ve had in years at any restaurant definitely ask for him!
I took my 9 year old daughter to tris in the woodlands for a dad and daughter date night. The food, service, and experience was all above average for restaurant in the area. I would say the steaks, which we both had different cuts for me to try, were better then any steakhouse in the area. The staff went out of their way to make the experience as wonderful as they could for my daughter. I didn’t ask for or request any special service for my dinner. Yet several employees on their own accord took time to stop by and make her feel special. Complimented her outfit, made her fancy drink I didn’t order or pay for, brought her a purse rack, and just treated her with what I thought was undeserved extra attention. I would like to use this opportunity to again thank the staff for a wonderful evening and experience you help provide my daughter and I.
My wife and I had eaten at this location years ago when it was Hubble & Hudson. We liked it then but we loved it this time. Great food and service. Everything was terrific. It is on the pricey side but it was worth it. We don’t get to The Woodlands often but when we do, this will be high on the list.

Very upscale dining experience. The food was amazing, service was amazing and drinks were to die for!! We went for our Anniversary and were treated like family. We will be going back very soon.
We were pretty disappointed by our experience there. We ate there in November and had an amazing meal. On Feb 15 the entire experience was off. The server was awkward, and the pacing on the meals was all wrong. We didn't receive any bread, and then we asked for some, twice. The main course came out while we were still eating our appetizers.
After we ate our salads, the waiter asked if we'd gotten our shrimp with them. We said no, it doesnt come with Shrimp. He claimed it did, went in the kitchen to get shrimp, and then came back and said we were right.
The food was okay. The octopus appetizer was overcooked. My husband was served (and charged for) a significantly more expensive scotch than he ordered.
All this is really fine at a cheaper restaurant, but we were hoping for a long, leisurely meal at this price point.

Friends took me for a birthday lunch and suggested Tris, the server was awesome and the food came out spectacular. We were even surprised with some special birthday drinks. I loved the Kimchi pancake and poach butter crab...the extra bread helped soak up all that delicious sauce. The soup was on point for a chili day and the steak was cooked to perfection on our salad. Lastly was the deconstructed banana pudding was chosen and tasted divine. The sourish ice cream and sweet meringue balanced out our afternoon and the creamy custard and burlee'd bananas concluded our birthday celebration on a high note.
We had a lovely Valentine’s Day dinner at Tris!
The food was unbelievable. The waitress went above and beyond to make us happy. We were very disappointed with the hostess who could not have been anymore rude to my wife or I on Valentines Day.
WOW! Book this place now!! Went for anniversary with my husband and we have traveled the world and eaten well and this place we both labeled one of the best experiences and BEST FOOD we've ever had! They treated us so nice even from valet checking in on our reservations for us to almost every staff coming by to congratulate us on our anniversary. We go to dinner early because of a baby at home and early bedtime for us too and often we get seated at the worst table in the restaurant as I know they try to fill those first but we had THE BEST table even though we were first ones in the place at 5. They made it a great evening for us. Hands down the Korean Crab is TOTALLLLLLLLY worth it. Best thing ever. We WILL be back. Also, the bar food and scene looked amazing also so maybe if you don't want a quieter dinner it's a good option!
