Great date night! Their cozy booths and delicious food made for the perfect night out!
Fortunately, it was nice enough to eat dinner outside in sidewalk cafe area. Servers were very attentive, wine prices reasonable and everything we ordered was very good (calamari, wedge salad, fried chicken). One of the better downtown restaurants not in a casino.
Great food, super service, kitchen noise was kind of loud. Ambience was great!
Selected this because of outdoor seating during COVID. Arrived to find out they only had one wait staff and would not allow outdoor seating. The staff then also placed another couple next to our table (less than six feet distance) when there were plenty of other options. Seems they could take the procedures for social distancing more seriously.
We were celebrating our friends’ 30th anniversary and it was the perfect spot. Food was great. Large portions and food value. We would come back again!
Service was considerate and well done. Menu had ample selection but remained simple. Very classic and clean. Overall a great experience and delicious food.
We made reservations at 7 on a Saturday night and were seated right away! Waitress was attentive and our food was hot and most importantly delicious! My husband had lamb chops and lobster tail and as for me, I had some of th best shrimp scampi ever! 10/10
Everything was very good. You get a lot of food. Well worth the money. Next time my husband and I will each order a steak and split the sides.
Excellent food, service and fun evening as usual! One of our favorite spots in all of Las Vegas! Thanks so much!
First time to Tripple G's and I will go back. The restaurant atmosphere and decor is extremely comfortable. Drunk hunched over bear at the bar was great.
Just as good as the last time we went. Still looks like the Tadash Grill in San Francisco.
Like many local residents, we rarely venture downtown for dinner. As a result, though I have heard of Triple George for some time, this was our first visit. I am glad we finally ventured in. The food was outstanding, reasonably priced, and the service was exceptional. Our server (Moe?) made a number of recommendations, including drinks and entrees when we were undecided, and he was spot on! We will definitely be going back!
I ordered lamb chops and I’ve never taken lamb chops home it was a very big portion. It was my birthday and they did bring out a dessert that was nice. We also have the lobster mac & cheese which was good I would definitely go back there
I took my wife there on 11/11/2020 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Mo was our waitress and I showed her a picture of surf and turf you have on GOOGLE. She said you had the Cowboy special so without asking the price, my wife and I agreed we both wanted it. Unfortunately I about killed over when I got the check for $265.00. You guys should warn people that the special costs almost double of everything else on your menu including the filet mignon which I was going to order (my favorite). So needless to say I really enjoyed the quality of food provided, but I won't come back and order any specials again without asking a price. I shot all kinds of good reviews and plastered pictures all over my social media prior to receiving the check. If I was warned about how pricey the cowboy special was, I'd have went with my filet mignon and been happy at the end as I was in the beginning.
The food was amazing! The staff and ambiance here was awesome! This is now on my must dine list when in Las Vegas, recommending to all my friends this should be on their list.
There were four of us ladies and the food and service was wonderful as always. Thank you😍😎
My party and I were there to celebrate the birthday of a friend. During our visit, I noticed the waitress seemed snarky and only would really acknowledge our male friend. She rarely checked in on us while the party across from us were being attended to without a problem. Three of the pasta dishes we ordered were bland. When I spoke to the manager, he was very apathetic about the whole thing, his apology was insincere and his response to the entire situation was "well what do you want me to do?" It's disappointing to have this experience when I have been there many times before with my Zappos co-workers. Usually, the service and food are impeccable, but this time around not so much. Very disappointed with this experience.
We had a great time eating outside and service was outstanding - food was A plus - next time I’m Vegas definitely visit Triple George
Food and service were fine. The only downside is we sat outside on a beautiful evening and were approached by people twice off the street looking for food.
It was my Wife’s birthday
Our reservation was honored. The server was fantastic as were the bus personnel. Our server told us of the evening special and was very pleasant.
We started off with the fantastic clam chowder, and on the the entree's; My friend had the Sage fried chicken in which was raved about. I had the scallops with the aronchini (sp)
and that dish was astounding.
To top it off they honored my friends birthday with a delicious dessert. Fantastic experience and beat our time limit as we had an engagement at 6:30.
Fantastic steaks with a cool rat-pack vibe in the old part of Vegas! What a throw-back!
Food here is fantastic! Service, BAD. It was our 1st time dining here, reviews were really good. We ordered an array of items, French onion soup, grilled octopus, half a dozen oysters, pork belly bite, and grilled Brussels sprouts. They have these really cool private booth like seating. I guess they must have forgotten about us? We received water and bread right away, so things were going excellent so far! The bread, delicious! They serve it with a vinegar and oil and also butter. Wine came out 20 minutes or so after ordering. French Onion soup was very good. From this point, we never saw the waitress again. A busser came by and refill our water, but we never saw her. After about 45 minutes, I asked my boyfriend how long we've been here. He had taken some of the pictures that I've attached in this review, so was able to review the timeline. He said it'd been 47 minutes since he had taken the picture of the French onion soup. So basically, after about an hour, all of our dishes came out. They were all delicious! I would order any of them again. The service, was terrible. I don't know if our waitress was just overwhelmed? Not sure, but our reservation was at 7p, and other than the French Onion soup, the rest of the items we ordered it took over an hour to get to the table. We weren't eating till about 8:15ish. We weren't super stressed, but we did have reservations at another venue that evening. Again, I can't stress how delicious the food was. But the service, terrible. We do want to come back, just in hopes to possibly get a different waitress, or better service.
Just another five star experience!!!
Amazing food and service. 2 blocks off Fremont street and seems like a whole different neighborhood. We definitely will be back. Great date place!
Love the feel of this place, reminds me of a hot spot in San Francisco.
Great food, excellent spot for a power lunch.
Also wonderful cocktail program and a fun spot for late night drinks while bar hopping around downtown.
Delicious steaks and sides with great service. We sat at the bar (which is awesome) - they are keeping true to all of the safety protocols. Great neighborhood place instead of the usual steak house!
Excellent service 👍 and excellent food too.
I had been once before w friends and wanted to take my husband because it’s such a cool venue. Dark and private. He loved it just as much as me. We had the best clam chowder ever. Pork belly and calamari were ridiculously good. Wedge salad to die for. My hubby had the buttermilk fried chicken, I was already full and had eaten lobster Mac and cheese the last time. It was out of this world. If you get a chance. Eat there. You won’t be disappointed. We sat in a great booth and had the best waitress. All just lovely experience.
The Triple George Grill is an absolute amazing place to eat. The setting was warm and friendly the food was amazing and the practice of social distancing was enforced. I definitely will come back and eat from here again!
Great food, fantastic service! Our place to stop by when we are in Vegas.
Our waiter was superb- food is excellent !
Drinks OK.Not strong ones.
Great steak house and service
Justin is a great. He makes sure we have a great meal and checks our table to ensure we had everything in order
Reservations highly recommended. Temperature check upon arrival. We had our own private booth area. Had to wear our mask when leaving the table to restroom.
We had a great time, knowing that we’re safe during our dining. Excellent ambiance!
The outdoor seating setup was lovely. The steak did not taste higher end which is what I thought I was going to be getting. And the waiter seemed much more attentive of the white patrons than of me once they arrived.
1st time visiting, and we will definitely be back! Everything was phenomenal.
I searched for an off the strip place to eat and George’s was one of the top places so we thought we’d give it a try. The food was amazing the service was top notch! I had the pot roast...melts in your mouth and my husband had the scallops...to die for.
First time back since the Covid-19 shut down. Triple George did not disappoint! Everything was perfect as it always is. Thank you.
