Food was good but not for the price. Can find food that's just as good for a way better price.
Incredible service ...
Been to Triple George several times. This time however the steaks took a long time to reach the table and when they did ... my wife and I had steaks that had been sitting in the heat lamp for too long waiting for the rest of the meals to complete. Our steaks were cold and it didn't help that we were seated directly in the path of the door (blast of cold air every time it opened).
I will say that this is my favorite steakhouse ... this is also the first and only time we experienced anything but 5 star experience in all categories. We will be back.
Loved the aesthetic of the restaurant, very comfy vibe. I had a burger and it was great. The food was so good that I ate my roommates leftovers! For such great food it is very well priced. I received an entree, drink and dessert for only about $40. I will be back!
Filet and potatoes was great. Nice atmosphere. Nice to get away from casinos.
We love this place and eat here every few months. As always, food was great however didn't love the short ribs. First time I've had an item I wasn't crazy about. Wouldn't keep me from going back but probably wouldn't order it again. I would give it a 4.75 stars this visit.
It was very wonderful five peaceful and beautiful.
Expect to over pay. A little disappointed on the seafood tower. 5 shrimps, 1 crab leg and a bunch of clams. Says "for two x $34.00" that means $68 dollars for a very small portion appetizer. 1 crab leg you have to share? Food did taste really good, drinks were good too. But my husband and I cost $191.00 before the $50.00 tip. Expect to pay high prices.
Excellent all around!
The vibe is very old school steakhouse which is what we were looking for, but the service was terrible. We were sitting for 10 minutes before someone greeted us, and when we were greeted we were offered a drink menu (why didn't we get that when we were sat?) and then didn't see the server for another 10 minutes to order drinks. We ordered drinks and appetizers, drinks arrived in 5 minutes, appetizers in 10 minutes later and were good, but we were done with both for 10-15 minutes before anyone came back to check on us, clear plates, or ask if we wanted to order more drinks. After we were done our appetizers, it was another20 minutes before our entree arrived. I understand a casual pace at a high-end restaurant, but this was very long and it was a Monday night, so it was slow. The food was good but not great, but the service had already ruined the experience for us. I might give them another chance but I see no compelling reason to go back because there are so many other great restaurants in Vegas.
Dined outside. Unfortunately restaurant is located next to motorcycle club bar. Loud motorcycles. Some exhaust fumes. People walking up thru dining area. Noise may have been better if dining inside. Also being outside service was very slow and server apologized several times about not checking on us. Food portions are large. Good variety of options to choose from. Average to good flavor.
Nice ambience with the wood paneling and furniture. Good service, food, prices were reasonable.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary there on Saturday night and this place never disappoints! I ordered the scallops and my husband ordered the steak, along with our sides, charred brussel sprouts and mushroom risotto. It was an amazing combination! Mo, our server, as well as the entire staff that waited on us, were all so wonderful.
Great steakhouse. Steaks are somewhat expensive but it’s Vegas so that’s expected lol. If you’re looking for something on the cheaper side, the Pot roast is amazing(about $20)!! Nice quiet atmosphere, extensive drink menu
As always great food and outstanding friendly service. Pot roast still the best !
Most excellent as always. Now living in Vegas we go all the time. Until now we could only go annually, Lucky us we go all the time. Mangia bevi e sii felice!!! (Eat Drink and Be Happy). Easily done at Triple George!
Outstanding cuisine. Lamb was prepared perfectly. Steak and sauce were delicious. But staff was negligent. They didn't provide pepper for salads, didn't give us dishes for sharing sides, nor did they have a spoon for one of the side dishes. And one of the sides was room tempreature. I would go back, but I wouldn't take anyone there to impress them because of the truly poor service at a 7 pm sitting.
3 of us had a great lunch, Calamari was fantastic, I had a tuna burger which was cooked to perfection. A nice wine list, wonderful ambiance, centrally located in downtown Las Vegas. Would highly recommend it to anyone !!
My favorite place when in downtown/Fremont street area. Dark Wood give impression of great old steakhouse. They constantly change up the menu, which is great, as long as their Chicken Pot Pie stays put!!
For starters the Pork Belly and Calamari was outstanding.
Good food and great service
This was are Second Time at Triple George and the Food and Service was As Good as Last Time.
Really good food. Service was solid, but I’ve experienced some superior (not a bad thing). Pretty quiet, old steakhouse feel. No complaints, but prices might be a tad high.
Food was great especially the Banana Foster. Cleanliness was A+. Our server was not very helpful with questions about the menu and he acted like we were inconveniencing him.
Valentines Day
Worse experience ever!! The food was not good my steak was not cooked right! It was too bloody I ordered medium well and got medium! The server took too long to serve us and check on our table... the host got a attitude with me over the phone! The menu was cut short from menu that I viewed on line! Everything was just terrible! I will never go back!
In the past, our experience at Triple George has been great, thus we expected the same this time around for our Valentines night. Reservations were made well in advance with a special request for a private booth, and upon arrival, we were told our booth wasn't available. To our surprise, we were seated in the bar area next to the restrooms. It took a while for our waiter to realize that no one had taken our order and, then during our "romantic" dinner, the background music was cranked up and it felt like we were at a country bar in the middle of a concert. The only saving grace was the food. This was not the place to experience a romantic night for Valentines, and we will certainly make that note next time we have a special celebration that requires a romantic ambiance and tailored service.
Our food arrived cold. The table next to us was sat after we ordered but they received their food first. Our waitress obviously did not want to be there. She was impatient, unfriendly and in a hurry. The overall experience was not a good one.
Excellent service, food was prepared perfectly and accurate,
The food and service was wonderful. I will certainly return here.
Food was delicious, our server Stephanie was great and their creme brulee was THE best!
A special place right in the middle of Fremont street where it can get very hectic. It reminds me of the old Las Vegas.
Always one of the best places in Vegas to eat. Fantastic Steak, gnocchi, pot pie. Love the bread and the wedge salad. Great cocktails, excellent wine list, superb service. In love.
Had reservations and seated quickly with excellent service
Consistently delicious food and always fantastic service!
Great lunch with Mom at Triple George’s (per usual!). Mallory and the rest of the staff were extraordinary! We had Reuben sammies and Irony Chardonnay. So yummy!!!!
Dinner was great! Food was delicious & we could pick & choose our portions. Service was second to none. The location in downtown was convenient, just a two minute walk from our hotel.
Add of lobster tail was below red lobster quality and the flat iron steak was cooked perfectly but quality was way off. Do not think I will be going back when in Vegas
The is a must go to Restaurant, especially if your wanting to get away from the strip. Everything was delicious, from the fresh homemade croutons and ceaser dressing, the perfect season scallop, cream, and lamb chops.
The food was under seasoned my food came out cold my friends food was overcooked as well as mine the steak was tough and the seafood tower was very small I ended up not eating as well as one of my parties ended up not eating but the drinks were good
Wanted to experience something nice for my birthday with great food and great drinks. This restaurant had all of that and more!! Food was perfect! And oh boy the drinks were fantastic!! The lobster Mac n cheese, the lamb chops,
Creamed spinach and cream corn were to die for!!!! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone that visits Vegas and wants an elegant experience with great food!
