Always excellent food and service, a true Las Vegas Gem!
Food was great and service was outstanding! I would definitely come back again.
The food was excellent! Service was fair. Our waitress was not attentive. Only checked on us about every 15 to 20 minutes. Took an extremely Not knowledgeable about the items on the menu. I indicated we were celebrating our wedding anniversary no even acknowledged that. Not the welcoming atmosphere I had hoped for.
We were pretty excited to try this place as I saw it had some interesting reviews. I ordered the lamb chops, when they arrived they were pre-cut which I was aware of, however they were paper thin, 4-5 chops but cut super thin, and COLD. The server was kind and said they can warm them up , however I mentioned that I didn’t want them over cooked, I had ordered them Medium rare…she said it will be FINE,
When she brought them back, as I thought, they were fully cooked all the way through. Very disappointing. The flavor was good, but not great , especially for the small thin serving you get. Service was slow , which I understand cause of covid. My friend orders the petite Fillet which had a good flavor but also had to send his back to be warmed up, it was also pretty cool. Cream of Spinach was the best thing we had on our table. Not sure that I would return.
The Triple Georges was a complete surprise. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was old Vegas. We will be back!
good food, good service, got to our show on time. This is our go to place for preshow dinner.
Server was great. Food was terrible. Ordered medium steak, it came out extra well done. Second try came out seared exterior and blood red throughout , threw it back on the grill and then it just touched medium rare status, but I ate it because we had been there long enough. My wife's sea bass was way overcooked with not a hint of moisture. Wedge salad was not a wedge, but a little lettuce with some stuff thrown on top. I've been here numerous times and never had this experience. Won't ever be back again, especially due to the fact the manager did nothing in terms of bill adjustment. I could've had a better steak at Sizzler
Good restaurant in the downtown Vegas area. Nothing spectacular but still a good service, food experience.
We had a great time (as always) at the Triple George Grill. The food was fantastic and the drinks were tasty. My husband tried 2 of the fun "martinis" since they were out of one of the liqueurs he wanted for a different drink, and I enjoyed the $5 house cab (much better than at other places.)
My husband got the steak and baked potato wedges. His steak was cooked perfectly. I had the fish tacos and Truffle fries. I probably wouldn't get the fish tacos again, but they were fine. I just prefer grilled or blackened, the menu didn't specify they were fried. 🤷♀️ Still fine, just not my preference.
The menu has changed some since COVID started, so I was a bit bummed to see the butternut squash ravioli was gone, but the new items looked good, and many of the old favorites are still there as well.
We can't wait to go back!
I brought my aunt and her friend who were in from out of town. I figured it was a nice place with regular food. We arrived at 3:30 and as soon as we sat down, the waiter didn't introduce himself, just came over and said I don't meant to rush you but the kitchen is closing for lunch. We in fact were already ready, but his delivery was still so off putting and not welcoming. My Aunt's friend ordered chili and they brought it with no spoon, a 2-min check back would have fixed this situation... He asked for more chips with his chili and was told the kitchen has moved to dinner so no chips... My swordfish was dry like it had never seen the sea... honestly, it was just a long list of bad service. Always a disappointment when you bring someone new to a place that is usually good.
Fast service and delicious food with a private booth
We went here before we saw CATS. The table was secluded allowing for a nice visit with my friend. Service was great and the food delicious.
Triple George Grill never disappoints when looking for a fine dining experience. The noise level was a tad over the top, especially for a Tuesday evening. I felt my friend and I had to shout across the table to hear each other. Still the food is incredible, the service is stellar, and the drinks are top-notch.
Went 2x today, 1st for lunch, nice private seating, excellent food, but waiter never came back after food came! No follow up at all. Then stopped at bar later on for quick drinks and bite to eat, barmaid was horrible! Said would be back in “couple of minutes “ to take food order, still waiting!! What a jerk, she was too busy drying glasses, making small talk with customers who already had been served, ignoring us. We walked out after finishing drinks $22.73, wish I could of left exactly that, lucky she got .27 tip. HORRIBLE!
The arugula salad was very good. The disappointing entree was the chioppino. Although the seafood was plentiful the sauce it was cooked in was very disappointing, not very tasty. It was a thick tomato sauce with some heat.
This was our first experience and the food was delicious. Our service was prompt and the menu offered a good variety. The food was prepared well and the portions were appropriate. We would revisit if we were in the area again.
Everything here was great from top to bottom. Definitely going back next year
Excellent service and food was wonderful. Definitely will be back!
My dinner was excellent..service was great and the ambience was just right in our booth..
We got a Mezze and Burrata Platter, Blue BLT Wedge Salad, French Onion Soup & Chicken Parmesan. Everything was delicious. My only recommendation would be to remove Burrata from the title of that appetizer. At first, the platter came out with just the Mezze and when we asked about the burrata, it was no more than a tablespoon on the platter when they brought it back out.
Whatever you do do not have the Lamb Chops. They served them totally BURNED and the Lobster Tales were raw. What a disappointment.
Celebrated a birthday! They gave us free dessert with candle and birthday card signed by all the staff, Very classy! We love this spot! Food is always excellent and service the best!! A must dining spot!!
We made an outdoor reservation on a Thursday evening. Due to the proximity to Fremont and the loud music playing that night, we were able to get a private booth inside which was a much better choice. The service was slow at first but our food came out quickly and everything was delicious. The restaurant wasn't very busy for a Thursday evening which is a shame considering how good the food is. Hopefully this place stays open!
This was our second time dining at Triple George. The first time was so darn good, I'm happy to say so was the second! Two best filets I've ever eaten. Can't wait til our next trip to Vegas, we will be back!
Lousy short ribs. Noisy as hell, had to ask for an outdoor table. Host couldn’t or wouldn’t even talk to us to ask us to follow him. He just walked away expecting us to follow like a couple of hungry dog in tow! Really disappointing experience, as this place came highly recommended. The food was really poor.
Always a great experience!
After having a nerve wracking and hectic time finding a place to park, Triple George's Grill was the exact opposite. Reservation, pre-notification when table was ready, arrival, Ordering, and food went without a hitch. Dinner was excellent. Although a pretty penny for the meal, and all factors considered, it was a still worth it.
Excellent service and great food always a pleasure to eat there
Each booth is like a private suite with great ambience created by the lightning. The wait staff is very knowledgable of the menu which has great variety. The ingredients are fresh and the meals are delicious. It's a great place for a special occasion or romantic dinner.
They were absolutely amazing!! Our dishes were cooked to perfection and the drinks were also delicious with our meal. It was our anniversary and the staff gave us a card they all signed. Truly made our night special. Thank you all for a beautiful celebration.
Neighborhood gem - we live in the area and know we can always go there for good service and good food
Best place downtown for a steak IMO. Been coming here for 2 years and I love sitting at the private booths. Unmatched probably for a romantic date night.
As always, TG was great. Good food, good service.
Anniversary and birthday. Not acknowledged by staff.
Good food. Good service. Out of a few items and drinks.
Best dinner out team had in town. My only recommendation would be to put a little more crisp on top the cream brule
The service was very good, food cooked perfectly, and the value was acceptable.
Possibly the go-to pandemic excuse can explain the lack of staff and resulting, inordinate wait times for food and service. If 3G can solve that they are a real winning location. They should stay open late, at least the bar with a bar menu. They would "clean up" after downtown events like Punk Rock Bowling as the stellar choice for post event gathering, drinking, eating and fun.
Triple George never let's down.. I went out of the box this time and ordered Italian food. I was NOT disappointed, so damn good. The menu has a variety of selections and me and my wife tried quite a few of there entrees and never had a bad meal.. Suggestion the AC works really good, so if you get cold easily, bring a jacket
We had an early reservation, arrived promptly, & was seated quickly since we were some of first dinner time people . Only issue was, the air conditioning, it was blowing pretty strong. My husband asked if we could be moved & he was told that no, all the seating was set & that she, the hostess was cold also. Again, we were some of the first, most tables were empty, so why would it be so difficult to move us?
As he sat back down we were asked if we wanted regular or bottle water. It was brought very quickly along with a bread basket & butter in a delicious garlic sauce. About 10 minutes passed & we have yet to see our server. When another server came in to set up a neighboring table, my husband asked if he was our server since we have not been asked if we would like something other than water to drink. The server said, "she hasn't shown up yet?" & off he went in search of our server. He came back, apologized & said our server had all of her orders come up at once (again, majority of the tables around us were empty) so he offered to take our order. From then on it was the usual wonderful experience at Triple George. Even the manager made a point to come over & apologize and said that we would be taken care of. And we were.
We started with sharing a shrimp cocktail that was wonderful. Not long after our dinners came out. The 10 oz filet mignon done to perfection, the sea scallops so tender, & the asparagus perfect. DELICIOUS!!! We were then surprised with a complimentary Creme Brulee for our anniversary. Even though we were so full from dinner, we managed to eat the creme brulee.
Our server also comped me my martini and apologized for not getting to us sooner. All in all, we will be back to enjoy another meal soon. Thank you, Triple George for being one of our favorite spots downtown.
One small "issue" - we come to Triple George when we want a nice, non bar-food dinner & we dress accordingly. Sad to see so many coming in dressed in shorts, t-shirts, & slippers.
