Great wines, ambiance and views. We arrived Sunday at noon for a reservation I made for wine tasting for 2. The winery and tasting room was nice and welcoming although having only 2 other parties present. Our host was a little off-putting. In the initial greeting as we arrived for our tasting, one of his first comments was “I want you to know that if you take care of me, I’ll take care of you”. My first thought was, I’m the customer paying $50 for 2 tastings, shouldn’t you “take care” us for that reason alone? The service was good but not something to be excited about. The wines we sampled were very good and the views from the upstairs landing were great! (The reasons for the 3 stars and not 2) Most (several) wineries I have visited usually throw in one of the tasting charges when you purchase bottles of wine. It’s not expected, but it makes sense. Especially if you want customers to come back and to recommend your winery to others. Even though we purchased wine, we were still charged the full $50 for the tastings. We will likely not return to Trione in the future.

Hi Keith, Thank you for visiting Trione. I am not sure what the context of that comment was, but our team is always service oriented and hospitable without expectations from the guests. Sorry that you had another impression. We waive our flights for members as a perk. Most wineries do not waive flights any longer as the tasting experiences have changed. Tina and Reid were enjoyable hosts! It was a quiet afternoon at the winery and harvest was underway. We learned a lot about the wine making process, harvest to bottle. Winemaker, Scott, gave us a sample of fresh squeezed Sauvignon Blanc juice. It was delicious!

What an amazing, authentic experience. Truly a beautiful place to enjoy and feel emersed in the beauty that is Trione! The staff is absolutely genuine and incredibly kind which sets the tone for this lovely location. Definitely a must on the list!!

Trione does not do food… Wine is fabulous and my husband and I have been a member for years. My mom and I went wine tasting and all the tastings were great! So great that my mom joined! We tasted on Friday and we are all going back, with some friends, on Sunday! Give Trione a try!

Being a member at Trione, I go there frequently, but brought some out of town friends this time. Their first visit there. Tammy and Reed were on hand for our tasting, and as usual, were very attentive, and brought a few extra pours for my friends so that they could try some wines that were not on the tasting menu. Always a good visit at Trione!
