Trio, one of Cincinnati's favorite restaurants for over 25 years, is known for serving fresh seafood daily, along with great steaks, extraordinary pasta dishes, generous portions of specialty salads, California style pizzas, & a wide range of sandwiches. Trio has become the hot spot of Cincinnati for its extensive wine list. Trio currently serves over 20 different wines by the glass, offering the best California wines by the glass or bottle.                                                                                       Trio's continues to deliver a consistently great meal with excellent service. This time, we had the Kenwood salad, french onion soup, hamburger and rigatoni. All of the food was excellent and our service was perfect. It was nice to get a hamburger cooked to our specification with many options to customize it. The fries were hot and crispy - overall just a delicious meal. The atmosphere was quiet so we could hold a conversation at the table despite the restaurant being full. Trio's quality remains superb and it continues to be one of our favorite restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a wonderful meal and an enjoyable outing.

                                                                                      My husband and I both had the grouper entree and agreed we would get it again. My one done had the Salmon entree the fish was gone in a matter of minutes, but the orzo mixture it was served with wasn’t touched. I tried it as well and it was lacking in both flavor and texture. My other son had the grouper sliders (app) and sweet potato fries. Both were good. I ordered the non alcoholic spritz drink and could not drink half of it. It tasted overwhelming like processco. This might be a good thing for some people but for me wasn’t a good thing. My kids shared the brownie sundae for dessert. We asked for the coffee ice cream to be subbed out for vanilla and it didn’t come out that way. The restaurant is very dark. It was hard for the kids to even do a puzzle book they brought in to keep them quiet/entertained at dinner. Again, the dim lighting might be desirable for other diners. It’s just wasn’t great for our needs. Overall we were pleased with our experience. We enjoyed most of our food, our waiter was attentive, we were seated promptly, etc. My husband and I agreed we would go again.

                                                                                      Wonderful lunch spot! Food is always consistent and flavorful. The Trip chopped salad and grilled chicken are excellent. Always appreciate the attentiveness of the servers. Will be planning another lunch rendezvous!

                                                                                      all 5 of us loved our Easter dinners. Mason Sauv Blanc was a nice surprise and compatible with everyone's entrees, particularly my grouper with coconut rice.
