   Waitress was on top of things, and cocktails pretty good. The food was admittedly not great. I had the grilled cheese, three pieces of bread, almost non existent cheese, I mean literal it looked like one very thin slice, incredibly bland, and basically dried out delli ham. Though the spicy peach drizzle was the only thing good about it. None of us enjoyed our food all that much. Mostly statements of 'bland' and 'dry'.

We truly put everything we've got into this but realize it's simply not for everyone. Hopefully you took the opportunity to express your displeasure with your server so we could correct things.    We went downtown for an event and wanted to try a new restaurant. We were all pleasantly surprised, didn’t expect anything special but it was so good. The four of us loved our waitress, our meal and the location. I had a Rueben which was delightful and the Spicy Russian dressing was to die for. I was very happy! My husband had Lemon Beef with Rice soup and loved it. Our friends had the stroganoff and Beef Shank both were happy with their meals. Overall a great experience. I would recommend the restaurant.

   Excellent food every time. The staff is extremely welcoming. If you are in the mood for a hot toddy, ask for Brian and order his signature Jack Frost. Excellent!

   We were looking for a place that felt comfortable and cozy. We are friends that have known each other for forty years and we have a lot to laugh, cry and talk about. The atmosphere was perfect, our waitress Mallory was so delightful and our food was amazing and delicious. Thank you for the start of a wonderful evening.

   We were so pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was! We had the hot crab salad, stroganoff and then a chocolate torte to die for. This might be our new favorite restaurant.

    We went for Valentine’s Day. It wasn’t super fancy and some people were even wearing tee shirts. Service was great, food was good. Would go back but not for a “special occasion”

    Decided to take my wife to lunch on Valentines Day and had wanted to try Trillium. Nice atmosphere, food was great (especially Brussels sprouts), and tasty cocktails! Will come back with in-laws for dinner.

    Beef stroganoff never disappoints. I don't think yo can go wrong with any of the items on the menu. Great drink/wine menu as well. Staff are very attentive and wonderful at making recommendations and adjustments to menu items.

    The food was delicious. My friend had the clam chowder and berry crisp for desert, I had the salad with the huckleberry dressing and turkey/brie sandwich. It was all very good. The servers were all so friendly and attentive. Such a nice location too. If you valet park they leave your car right in front of the restaurant.

    The staff was terrific but the food was definitely nowhere as tasty as it looked. The best dish were the brussel sprouts which stated they were spicy and are really not but at least they were delicious. We can not say the same for the short ribs or fish and grits. Yet they were beautifully presented. I honestly don’t think it was the cooks fault, the flavors (or lack of) might just not be for us

    Food was even better than expected. I wish the place was less hotel and more restaurant given the prices. Service was great. Noise level was high due to one group. I’m sure that’s not the norm. Try it!

    First visit, early date nite dinner! Our waitress was lovely very knowledgeable and attentive! Margarita was wonderful! So was the crab salad! Loved the vibe and atmosphere overall and tve value was good.

    Our server Lishu was very accountable and courteous and all around just really great! We had the private dining room which I feel like I wouldn't go back and eat there again unless I had that dining room. It's kind of cramped in there and the noise level was really high. But the food was good and the service was great.

    Great service with Brie. Bison meatloaf missed the mark. Crab strata was awesome. F&C were overcooked and dry. Brie made up for the miss in the kitchen tonight. Most likely an off night. Will be back to give it another try for sure!

    It felt like all the food (except the crab appetizer and the clam chowder which were amazing)was trying way too hard. Flavors that I think were meant to be complimentary, just ended tasting muddied together. After clearing our salad course, new silverware was never brought over. So we sat with our dinner plates in front of us and no forks. I got up and asked nearby servers for new roll ups. We had a bottle of wine and another person at our table had a glass of wine of a different type. Server poured from the bottle into the wrong glass, mixing the two wines. While she replaced that glass, we never had the glass that was poured incorrectly from the bottle replaced. Serve was kind and friendly, but definitely inexperienced for finer dining. Ultimately, we wouldn’t make a special trip to come back. Everything was what I would consider mediocre at best.

    I was surprised that the Trillium has evolved from a fine dining experience to an expensive dinner. With lights cranked up brighter than the hotel bar, the ambience has more like a bar serving expensive food. The choice of entrees is limited with an emphasis on beef/red meat. Many entrees tend seem to be spicey. Everything was acceptable but not what I expected.

    The pork shank fell right off the bone - it was delicious. The trout was pretty good but the grits were extremely salty. Great service.

    Good selection on menu. We enjoyed some different appetizers and entrees were very good as was our first visit. You have a Reuben sandwich, burger or high end steak or fish. We enjoyed and will return again. Oh, our server was very professional and competent.

    I loved my Cobb salad and the expresso martini was ok. My bf thought his steal head trout was over cooked but ok & he’s not usually one to send things back. The brussel sprouts were actually the dish that stole the show…cooked and seasoned perfectly

    We had nearly 2 hours to eat and make a show just a block away and were still late, due to the service. Took over 20 minutes to get the wine we ordered, and 3 reminders to the waitress that kept coming by our table empty handed. It wasn't full, and there were plenty of workers, but they were completely disorganized, and spent a ton of time talking to each other. That said, my filet mignon was perfect.

    Four of us ladies had a Christmas luncheon at Trillium. Our experience was terrific. We very much enjoyed being able to eat downtown without having to contend with parking. The valet service was great. We all enjoyed our food. The servings were very generous, and three of us took doggie bags home to enjoy the leftovers later. The service was perfect. Our every need was anticipated and met beautifully without any hovering. The cost was comparable to other nice restaurants, not a penny more. The restaurant was much less crowded than most, which made the noise level low and it was easy to visit with each other. I highly recommend.
