   I love tge staff here, they work hard and are always helpful and polite. It wasn't quiet as there was a band playing , who were good. Its a friendly place and I have never seen any trouble there. We will be coming back

    Highly recommended for a good Sunday roast. Although it was busy in the main sections, we'd requested a dog friendly table in the back room which was quiet and perfect. Great service, friendly staff, easy to book online, plenty of parking - what's not to love! *****

    The restaurant was very busy which is always a good sign. Staff were very polite and friendly and advised the wait time for food once our order was placed. Food was very good. There was a live band but we didn’t stay long to listen. Bar area was extremely crowded but had a good atmosphere

    Table was ready, order taken quickly, food was absolutely delicious!!! Staff were friendly and polite, venue was clean and inviting, other diners were there but not overcrowded or distracting. Highly recommend Trickys. Look forward to returning at another time.

    Drink order came wrong, dessert order came wrong and my bill was wrong. Sunday roast looked very bland, nothing green on my plate. Won't go on a Sunday again

    A varied menu, incl a lunch ‘value’ meal. Prompt service and excellent food. Toilet facilities excellent. Car park best for small to medium sized vehicles, but some alternative slots for larger vehicles.

    Easy booking online & I called to amend the table so we could bring our dogs in. They were very accommodating & changed no problem and brought water out for our dogs when we got there. The service was great and food was delicious as always. Would highly recommend

    Booked a table for 8.30pm. But the kitchen finishes at 8.30pm. . Perhaps removing the option to book table for the time the kitchen closes would be better. Almost felt rushed to order our meals,because of this. Food was still incredible, although a few more mushrooms wouldn't have gone amiss. Also noticed I got charged 2 different prices for 2 rounds of identical drinks, which was annoying, but really didn't want to make a fuss. Band who started at 9pm, were far too loud. But that could just be due to proximity to them. But working in an licensed venue, where there are live acts, I'd expect a noise level limit, and if there was a limit, I'd expect they had exceeded it.

    First time I've been since new owners. Made very welcome on arrival. All enjoyed the food & we all had different, food served hot & reasonably priced. Waitress friendly. The only thing we felt could be improved, and this is a personal choice, was it seemed strange to have the radio as the background music with adverts and we all noticed it, for us just a constant mellow music choice would seem better. Will definitely go back.

    Love this restaurant, food is great , staff are very helpful, and prices are good. This is our go to place when we want to celebrate a birthday or just want to eat out.
