At Tributary, we strive to curate a one of a kind guest experience that focuses on catering to our guests’ every need without being pretentious or overbearing. Valentine's Day Treat. We went for the Valentine's day special and were very impressed. The food was
delicious! The chef did a first rate job, and the value was excellent. Some at our table opted for the shrimp which was generous and other opted for the beet salad, also very good. We all got the Tri-tip which as perfectly prepared on a bed of polenta. Yum! The wait staff were obviously still learning how to serve in a first class restaurant, but did a very good job -- friendly and efficient. We did not do the wine flight -- it seemed a little expensive but instead opted for an excellent Napa cabernet at a very fair price. The only drawback was the dining room itself. It seemed more like a motel coffee shop (obviously its prior incarnation) than a fine restaurant. It is open to the lobby which was very noisy do to a big convention (this is a prime convention hotel). We would not hesitate to come back.

Not worthy of the price. Staff tried hard, but server had to look at notes about the menu, couldn't properly pronounce the wines and their 'western' attire was what I would expect in a small country diner, not a $200 dinner. The ambiance was greatly altered by the VERY noise bar, which made he hard to have a conversation at your table.

We had a Wonderful dinner at Tributary! The chef is from France and the food was Delicious! Fernando, the manager, was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Our waitress Dominica was great too. We’ll definitely be back!!
