My out of town guests and I were recommended this restaurant for brunch, though we were unable to experience the restaurant due to a plumbing issue, so I cannot recommend them at this time.
They were closed, and had been for two days at the point we arrived for our Sunday reservation, due to no hot water (according to the hand-written note upon the door).
I specifically made a reservation, which means they had my contact information and I could have been notified of the issue and made arrangements elsewhere. They failed to do so.
Considering the issue occurred prior to the start of the weekend, I'm at a loss as to why a plumber wouldn't have been called immediately to remedy the no hot water problem prior to their busiest day of the week. Unless that was not the actual reason for their closure.
Luckily we were able to find a table at another restaurant I love and always have consistently good experiences at, though there was a wait due to the busy Sunday brunch hour, but it worked out in the end.
Perhaps if Tribeca remedies their issues, we'll be able to try them on another occasion.
I guess management changed again. Seemed very disorganized. I’m really trying to like this place. It once was awesome. Food was good though just not great service.
Live guitar music was nice but too loud to sit anywhere near it. Food was great but portions were a bit small and simple for the price. Service was excellent. Ambiance was very nice (minus the loud music).
Absurdly inflated prices compared to quality of the food and wine.
Excellent food; however, for the price, the drinks could have been better. The hostess was very inviting upon our arrival, and the owner took a moment to say hello upon leaving. We will definitely be going back!

Such a disappointment. As part of a party of six, we decided to try Tribeca - the menu looked great. It was not crowded when we arrived for a reservation at 7:30 pm. Our server was attentive and friendly. However, almost everything we ordered came out cold - the fries, the brussel sprouts, the pizza, the french onion soup. The kitchen was happy to reheat the items, but it tasted nuked at that point. None of our entrees came out together. Not sure what the problem was in the kitchen, but we won't be back.
Tuesday night at 8:30. Made reservation, arrived a bit late, waited 6 mins for someone to seat us, even went looking around to find some staff...finally a male showed up chomping on gum so hard I thought he would break his teeth. He sat is in the bar under a huge TV! The restaurant has several rooms and only three other tables with guests. Waiter and wine arrived fairly promptly, hummus, tabohleh, and olives took 20 mins! We were starving, how does it take 20 mins? The pita bread was the best thing on the plate, tabuleh was white, weird all my years in Middle East, I have only seen green, hummus was just ok, bland, and one big green olive and black with pits. When our dinner finally arrived we were excited to have paella and the cazuerculas (seafood Stew. My seafood stew was delicious and a healthy portion, I asked for more pita bread to enjoy with it, unfortunately it arrived after we both finished our meal! ( we were told it would take a little bit when I ordered. Seriously another 20 mins? Guess that was the hold up on the apps! Anyway the paella was terrible, 5 unopened clams, don’t think they were bad, think they were just raw! Overalls tasted like cumin and had frozen peas and carrots! Definitely did not recommend and unfortunately off my list for nightly dining out 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
We reserved ahead of time. Showed up to be sat in the Kids Area? There were so many open spots on the patio and they sat us in the Kids Room. Flys everywhere! The brunch was not of value with no variety. The rooms were very dark, carpet so dirty and disgusting! I would not recommend!
Food was not as good as we expected. Maybe because it was a buffet. Limited choices & desserts were all cheesecakes. Not a Value for $37/person.
I was in Tribeca this past Monday for the all day happy hour. Best deal on wine in town!
I went into Tribeca on Cinco de Mayo with my girlfriend just yesterday. I had the margarita flight for $12 and the nachos for $12 as well. She a sort of special mimosa and the Quail and Doughnuts. Everything tasted great and our server/ bartender Michelle was very nice too. Its convent how close this restaurant is to downtown we will definitely be back
The service was great. Fast. Answered any questions we had about the menu. Different flavored mimosas. Just an all around wonderful experience. Will definitely be doing it again.
I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and quality of service displayed at Tribeca 212 (San Antonio, TX, location). The staff pays very close attention to detail, and it shows. I experienced generous portions, with such distinctly wonderful flavors. Additionally, a stellar wine selection!
Upon my entrance, I was immediately greeted by an extremely friendly, personable man-- I felt very welcomed.
Every time I have visited Tribeca, it has been utterly apparent that my satisfaction, as the customer, was of upmost importance to every staff member.
I would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area who is looking for a unique dining experience, a friendly and inviting aptomostphere, and high-quality, mouth-watering food!
Easter Sunday. One o’clock reservation. We arrived at 12:56 and were seated immediately. It was a full 20 minutes before we were acknowledged by wait staff, and only then because I complained to the manager. We didn’t even get water. Then after order was taken, the food took FOREVER. Bruschetta bread was so stale we thought we would crack a tooth. Almost inedible but we ate anyway because we were so hungry. Water was not refilled until we complained. 2 of our party of 3 got their food, but not the third person. Had to flag down a waiter AGAIN to get his food - which was pozole - just ladle it into a bowl, people! Manager apologized and claimed they were slammed, which they were not. There were empty tables. Besides - what do you expect? ITS EASTER SUNDAY. This place has serious issues.
I met the 3 of you as we sat you in the wine room on Easter Sunday afternoon. We had just gotten done serving 4 large parties along with others small groups and we were between wakes on a recovery mode. Poor preparation was our #1 contributor and I personally take full responsibility for the lack of good service that you so deserve. Unfortunately we failed you. Arrived early for reservation. Greeted well and taken to table by the host. Ordered a pizza appetizer, it was good. Ordered our four meals. Waited and waited. No check in from waitress. About 40 minutes went by. Then another staff member advised us they were super busy which caused delay. About 10 minutes later advised us they had messed up order.
As Good as we are on most days there are days we just miss the mark completely and I am saddened and yet grateful to hear from you about your over all experience. Sometimes what goes on behind the scenes is difficult to describe and in most cases the past messes are the past and we cant be fixed them. The owner came to our table of four to introduce himself and ask if we were having a good time. He purposefully ignored two of us although we were the ones asking all the questions. It was my first time there the food was good however I felt very excluded after he purposefully ignored my husband and I only focusing on the older couple that was with us.
