Trevi Ratings and Reviews
We weren't sure how this place was going to be. We were booked at Joe's Seafood at the same mall, but they could not accommodate our party since it grew, so I had to change restaurants. Trevi did not have the most optimal review on Yelp but the pictures of the food looked fantastic, it was reasonably priced, and the atmosphere was second to none. So we took a risk, and EVERYONE in my party LOVED this place! The food was delicious...not one item we ordered was bad, from the appetizer to the dessert. The drinks were to die for, and service was also very good. We sat outside and people watched, while eating amazing food...could not beat that! We all agreed to returning next time we were in Vegas
Pretty mediocre restaurant. We only went there because we could not find any availability at other restaurants since it was the last day of CES in Las Vegas. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless there is no other choice or a situation similar to ours i.e. other places are not available and you need to find a table for 4 or more people.
We picked this restaurant located in Caesars Palace because it was close to the theater where Celine Dion performs and we had tickets for that evening. It was a special birthday celebration for my wife. We sat outside right by the fountain, as we had requested. The meal started off nicely though I felt the waiter was preoccupied with other tables and in a rush to get our drink order. I hate when a server asks for your drink order before you've even had a chance to look at the menu. We started by sharing the Trevi salad (Italian style chopped salad) which was certainly large enough for two people and very tasty. My wife's fish entree, Sole Piccata was nicely prepared and she enjoyed it. My entree, Salmon Al Carciofi however was not. The salmon filet was okay in the thick part but obviously too well done at the thin part, and it was served on a grayish green sauce that, along with the vegetables, was cold. Aside from the less than appetizing sauce, the fish also had a bitter taste. I informed the waiter who then asked if I wanted him to bring me another of the same dish. He did seem annoyed, or perhaps frazzled at having to replace my meal. I opted for what he had told me was the salmon ravioli. Instead he brought me the ravioli ala vodka which was simply cheese ravioli. It was swimming in a lot of sauce which was tasty. I also requested that the manager see me, which he did. I should point out that I sincerely doubt the waiter would have let the manager know about my complaint if I hadn't asked to see him. The manager politely heard my complaint and ended up offering a free dessert. He also took off the charge for my original entree as well as the replacement ravioli. So, kudos to management for very good customer service and acknowledging my disappointment. Finally, sitting outside by the fountain is lovely but be aware that it can also be noisy with the passing crowd. You are, after all, inside a mall connected to the hotel.
Trevi must mean slow service and bad food in Italian , my experience was not what I expected, The drinks came right away but the appetizer ( calamari ) took 20 minutes to arrive and was tasteless, The waiter was no where to be found , the salad when it finally arrived was just ok, last was the main course, Ravioli, that took another 20 minutes to arrive, what was supposed to be a New Years Celebration turned out to be a frustrating experience.
During our stay in Las Vegas, we ate at Trevi twice including New Year’s Eve. Our group includes 2 East Coast couples and so in total we experienced 8 different meals. Each one of us enjoyed our choices very much including a sampling of appetizers, salads, and desserts. The created atmosphere of eating outside at the Trevi Fountain is beautiful! Our server, Bill, was outstanding-in fact we requested him for our second dinner. He was professional, extremely attentive and also a lot of fun! We all felt that as far as Las Vegas prices go, Trevi is a great value. Give Trevi a try, you won’t be disappointed!!
Trevi was an exceptional delight! The location was incredible, right by Fountain of the Gods. The service was very good and very attentive to every request. The food was out of this world! My wife had lasagne while I had the Fruita de Mare - both outstanding. Lots of great Italian in town but Trevi is a winner!
The service was great and our servers kept checking in with us. Fun atmosphere in the middle of the forum shops at Caesar's Palace. Extensive alcohol menu. Decent GF menu (ask for the menu). Mozerella sticks were good, have had better calamari. The soups were good. The house salad didn't have a lot of flavor, was mostly greens, and not very crisp. The chicken was moist and delicious, the potatoes that came with it were fair. Pizza was good. 4 adults- 3 dinner items, 1 small pizza, 2 appetizers, 3 soups, 1 salad, 3 sodas, no alcohol, was $175.00 without tip.
Their gelato is wonderful! Don't let the cup size fool you. The serving is much larger. Had this on another evening.
The food was excellent. Bill, our waiter, had great recommendations and was well-versed and knowledgeable about all areas of the menu. He recommended the Chef's off-menu special for the night (the Cioppino) and it was fantastic. Would not hesitate to return.
I took my family of five to Trevi as our Christmas Eve-eve family dinner. We were seated in the "outdoor" seating next to the fountain. It was a great table where we were able to experience the ambience of the restaurant as well as the hustle-bustle of the Forum Shops during the final Christmas rush. Our server was a very pleasant, polite gentlemen, who took care of us very well. The servers were always near to refill drinks and clear plates. We all ordered various dishes, all of which were liked by my family members. The dinner was excellent and the time time with my family was memorable and cherished. Thank you Trevi for a fantastic dinner and evening.
This was our s cond time dining at Trevi and the menu, pricing, staff and setting do not disappoint.
Spouse and I had a lovely meal before heading to Caesar’s Palace to enjoy Mariah Carey’s Christmas concert.
Food is delicious with freshest ingredients with something for everyone even this picky vegetarian.
See you again in March 2018.
We decided to dine at Trevi before our show at Caesars. We needed a place that would entertain our kids without actually entertaining our kids. Trevi was perfect for that. The location for people watching and just general atmosphere was fascinating for our kids (ages 5 & &7). Not that Trevi is just a kid friendly restaurant, but it was for us that night. Our server was super friendly. Overall a great experience for our first time taking the kids to the "Strip" for dinner.
Trevi is our go-to Italian restaurant when we are in Vegas. We love the food - very authentic meals. The service is always impeccable-super friendly wait staff. We had the Trevi salad -an excellent Italian style chopped salad. Very fresh and delicious. My husband had the chicken vesuvio and loved it. Chicken can be tough in this dish, but it was done perfectly. I had the cheese ravioli with ala vodka sauce -just the right enough spice! We will definitely be back again next year!
Amazing Italian food, great portions, and great quality of food. Our go to for a meal every time we are in Vegas. Fantastic value and quality. Great service every time as well. Fun to sit on the "patio" in the Forum shops by the fountain and people watch! Have been many times and have never been disappointed.
