The whole experience was about 20 minutes, they bring everything one after the other. Don’t give you time to relax, probably due to Covid-19.
Food was just ok, I have had way better Italian as this tasted like they just heat it up and bring it out.
Nice job dealing with COVID-19. Not their fault that the place was 2/3 empty. Staff and service very attentive. Unfortunately, the food fell short. Veal was chewy and fatty. The steamed accompanying spinach did not do much to make up for half the meat getting cut off and not eaten. Carpaccio was too “busy” with all sorts of add-ons.

Kosta was our server for lunch. It was not busy but we had fantastic food and service. We are next to the fountain and it was wonderful. Great wine selection and the veal was perfect.
It was my birthday! Our server disappeared quite a few times and it was hard to grab her but, she was nice! Just busy! I had a Bellini and that was amazing and the food was outstanding!
Host stated multiple issues with OpenTable reservations, could not find us. We ended up waiting a while
The staff was overwhelmed. We didn’t get our food for over an hour after we ordered. I go to Trevi every year when I am in Vegas and this was the first time I was disappointed. Hopefully it is a shortage of staff issue because the food is good.
Waited two hours for our meal and it was cold when given to us. Then waited another 30 minutes for a check that wasn’t correct. Do not come here.

Outstanding service and food. The host offered two locations to be seated at due to the volume, great service. Our waiter Blake I believe his name was outstanding person who always kept up with everything. The food is why me and my wife will come back though. The most incredible Italian restaurant I have ever been to. Definitely will be back.
Excellent food. They customized it for vegetarians. Noise is pleasant of the water besides. Overall excellent. Highly recommended!!
Everything was great. Two of us ordered the crab and shrimp pasta in a bianco sauce and a side of meatballs. So good. And enough to share. Will definitely eat here next time I’m in Vegas
Music was loud and not Italian to go with an Italian restaurant. Waitress was uninspired to do her job but she was doing several jobs - bartender, waitress, etc. Would like to give a higher rating as they are still open for business and I think we should support all businesses but we would not go back nor recommend friends to go.

Food took forever to come out and the meat was over cooked. Couldn't even eat the shrimp it eas do rubbery and burnt.

We had a 6:45 PM reservation and they took us right in. They set us at one of the best tables right next to the beautiful fountain at the Forum Shoppes. Our server, Berlin, was fantastic. I had the seafood pasta dish with clams, mussels, scallops and shrimp. It was delicious! They had a carafe of sangria for $25.00 and it was fantastic.

They were understaffed and that had a major impact on service. The food was not that great for how expensive it was.

Poor quality and average tasting. Carpaccio wasn’t fresh and the bolognese sauce tasted more like tomato paste.
Overall the best place we ate at or equal to Gordon Ramsey. The help needs to pay a little bit more attention to their diners. We had to ask other waiters rather than ours for help and the check. Our server wasn’t very interested.
No Social distancing at tables. Charcuterie plate as appetizer was very good. Bucatini Cacio e Pepe was good but I prefer more melted cheese and pepper. Spaghetti and meatballs was average.

Had reservations but the wait at hostess was long and not organized. People cutting in and no control by hostess.
Waitress was very unfriendly. Asked for menus waited 15 minutes. No bread service. But other tables had bread. No drink refills. Waited 30 mins for a pathetic excuse for a Caesar Salad. Not impressed
Been here many times...but today...what happened Trevi? Cold pasta, not approached even one time to refill water or ask if I wanted another Cosmo. I hope if we decide to return it’ll be better next time.
