Trestle
Cheers,
The Trestle Crew
At Trestle, we remember a time, not too long ago, where people took pause to enjoy a meal in the presence of great company, giving it the reverence and respect deserved. We provide a dining experience served in courses, with the satisfaction and warmth found at a family gathering, creating the foundation to a proper meal.
Every day we feature a changing 3 course prix fixe menu with choices on each course for $39/person. We will have an optional additional pasta course for $12/person.
We are able to accommodate vegetarian options nightly. We do our best to accommodate other allergies/restrictions based on the menu for that evening.

The place is great, elegant and the staff are responsible and care about your safety in Covid. It felt safe we enjoyed our food, and our time there
The atmosphere is affected by the distance between tables. Server was distracted by a patron who monopolized his time with conversation.
Trestle is one of my favorite restaurants and I missed it during COVID 19z
We went to Trestle pop-up at the Vault in SF. We were very pleased with everything—the beautiful three courses (we also added a pasta course), the cocktail, the wine by the glass, the excellent and friendly service, the setting, and the very reasonable price. We can’t wait to visit again. (We are comparing to other first-rate SF restaurants of our exoerience, like Acquerello, Absinthe, A16, and Zuni Cafe.)
We absolutely love Trestle. The changing menu keeps it fun and interesting to have something different each time you go, and it's always delicious.
Good food. Good vibe and atmosphere. Liked the staff and timely service.
It was great - so attentive hospitality and service as well as outstanding food and wine - thank you!!
I have been a huge fan of Trestle for years. Their pop up at The Vault was a wonderful dining experience. The food was filling and delicious. The staff provided excellent service and even surprised my friend and I with Truffle Butter for our bread. I felt safe and enjoyed the experience.
Good experience & great food.
Will go again when new menu come out
This was our first inside dining in the COVID era, and it felt very safe. Tables are very well spaced, wait staff was well aware of protocols. The prix fixe meal is one of the true deals in SF! Each of our dishes had a unique mix of tastes. Scrumptious!
We’ve been to Trestle many times and every time, the food and experience is perfect. The food this time was even more so! Thank you Trestle!
Service was excellent. Food was clean, healthy and prospered well.
Fantastic place! The menu is full of delicious surprises!
A favorite restaurant in San Francisco!
3 star Michelin
All good. Great food and service. One of our favorite restaurants in the city.
Tables way too close-customers next to us tried to make room between our two tables and were immediately reprimanded by a waiter.
Been dining here for years and always loved every meal. However, the last meal was just okay though. Couple items were just not very good - the carrot cake in the soup, the room temperature sauce on the risotto and the polenta cake. Was wowed by the beet salad still. Hopefully this was a one time off experience. I will still go back for another try.
Excellent value prix fixe and interesting wine list!
Great experience! Delicious food. Can’t wait to go back.
Portion size small but offer a great 3 course deal.
Dishes were well presented and flavorful.
Restaurant very small and a bit on the noisier side.
Our third meal at Trestle and by far the least impressive. The risotto had zero flavor and the branzino wasn't much better.
A good spot for dates or special occasions. A bit pricey but not prohibitively so
Trestle was really tasty. The food was delicious and the service was incredible. The portion sizes could be bigger, I walked out hungry having a salad and the rockfish, but otherwise, really good.
Food portions are tiny. I was hungry after a 4 course meal and wanted to go to McDonalds, even though it was tasty. The waitress forgot the bread that we ordered too.
Every dish was delicious but serving sizes were too small!
Very good, and you really can’t beat the price! I’d dine here again. Service felt a bit rushed.
If I lived near by I would dine here once a month. The food is very good-especially for $39.00 for three courses. The service is excellent. This is probably the best value in San Francisco.
Excellent, delicious food. Lovely setting. A bit loud. Great value for high food quality.
We had such a wonderful birthday dinner here. The food was spectacular and the extra attention to the birthday boy made for a special night. :)
This place was absolutely amazing. Amazing food, amazing service, amazing time. 10 out of 10 recommend. Perfect for a special night out.
The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was top notch!
It’s amazing
WE LOVE this restaurant! The food is excellent and the service amazing and friendly and efficient. The formula works so well with creative choices and a changing menu. And they have hardly raised the price in many years. We will return!
So wonderful! Love the fact that you have a menu for such a reasonable price, and such good quality!
The food is exceptional and the service is professional and friendly - a perfect balance.
Trestle has become one of my favorite restaurants in SF. The value is remarkable for the quality.
This place is fantastic. Service was on point. Food was delicious and the portion sizes were perfect. Very cozy and intimate, but lively and super fun at the same time.
Lovely table toward the back. Great server and delicious food. Loved the mushroom soup, in particular.
The plantain salad was innovative and delicious, sea bass with crispy skin cooked perfect, the chocolate donut was ok with the apple strips nothing special as a dessert. Brother in law had a scrumptious tasty mushroom soup and creamsicle cake dessert which was delicious and different. $10 extra for the cheese potato ravioli that was delicious.
Had higher expectations for the food. Flavors were fairly bland and some items were colder than they should have been.
