Tres Palms Coastal Dining
Beautiful night, the moon on the water view just perfect. Music playing and great food, relaxed dining at its best. Service was on point, there before I needed to ask for anything, and of course the tuna steak delicious and prepared to perfection. Will be back soon.
Thanks for a great nite... john
Dinners came to the table not hot and were warm at best.
Great ambiance and food. We had a great time. Will definitely come back again.
Good food at a reasonable price, but parking lot is too small for the capacity of the restaurant and you end up with a $100 parking ticket from the Village of Babylon for parking on any of the side streets near Tres Palms!! Will not be coming back!!
We had dinner recently on Saturday nite. This was our first time. We had to wait about 1/2 hour to be seated. It was crowded so we were standing while waiting. When we got seated service was slow but eventually picked up. We all had scallops for our entree which was excellent. Be aware that parking is VERY scarce. I parked on the street near the restaurant because the parking lot was full. After dinner i found an expensive parking ticket on my windshield. It was dark and the parking sign was down the block. There is permit only parking on the street at night. It’s obvious that the local PD looks for unsuspecting customers who are eating at the restaurant. Its a parking “trap.” The restaurant should speak to the local PD about not penalizing customers because it discourages people from going back. In fact the restaurant just lost one customer, namely me. The restaurant was excellent but its NOT worth the price of dinner and a parking ticket. Its a shame the restaurant can’t work this out with the PD. Will not be going back for this reason. Beware.
They shouldn't add chorizo to so many dishes.....When you ask them to omit it ,it still taste like it so all they did was pick it out.
Tres Palm was a wonderful dining experience, The food and service is of four star quality.
Great views, but certainly not a fancy place. I wasn't sure what to expect with the food, but was very happy. The raw clams were fresh, the lobster natchos were terrific, my wife l
loved her scallop entree, and my coconut encrusted cod (a special that night) was was one the best dishes I have ever had....they should add that to the regular menu.
Very nice restaurant but short staffed, took to long multiple times for waitress to come to the table to see if we needed anything
I do recommend dining there
Our server was Joe and he was excellent. Good service and good food.
Food was good. Great view. Better in summer. Happy hour ONLY AT THE BAR. Never told this though.
Our favorite dining place
Service, food, ambiance outstanding. We always get our table in front of yhe fireplace. Valentine day dinner so good as always. Have told all of my close friends to go and have dinner there thank you you never go wrong by dining here
Everything was great. Food and service. The only thing was that we were at a corner table roasting by the fireplace. Quite hot and it made us very tired quickly. It was Vday so it was full house. We had crab stuffed lobster and seared tuna steak. Both were amazing. Def going back!
We celebrated Valentine's Day at Tres Palms. The special menu for this day was outstanding. We enjoyed our appetizer, meal and heart shaped pastry dessert. My only suggestion......please consider offering cappuccino or latte's to expand the basic regular coffee only with dessert. Other than that..... we enjoyed our experience ! Food was great and service was excellent !
We absolutely love Tres Palms! The live music in the bar is always fun and the food is always incredibly delicious. The bar and wait staff are awesome. Summer, winter, spring or fall...it doesn't matter.
the apps were great, but we left after apps because of the noise level. brutal
My friend and I went for happy hour, just drinks and then we sat to have some food. The lobster nachos outrageous and large. It was beautiful with the fireplace and quite. Been there before but this time much different, enjoy it tremendously
We love this restaurant...excellent food, scenic waterfront view, upbeat vibe, great courteous / friendly service and comfortable atmosphere....our server Meaghan was awesome!
Scallops were amazing, paella was a bit over cooked. I highly recommend the scallops!!
Lunch was great
Great service by Kay and Chef Luis always has an amazing selection of dishes to select from on the menu!
Food was absolutely delicious! Service was perfect and the restaurant is immaculately clean. Will come back, for sure.
We love Tres Palms. My favorite dish is the tuna...it’s A MUST. Other great dishes I’ve had are the duck wings, tacos of the day, tuna tar tar, nachos. The brunch is AMAZING. The lobster omelet is soooo good!
A little to pricy
Tres Palms is a great family place. We brought our grandchildren here. They loved it so much, we came back the following week with the whole family!
I had an amazing time celebrating my birthdays . The food was filling and well displayed. The paella melted in my mouth and rich with flavor with all the fish. Their salad on roasted romaine was inventive and never saw it cooked and served that way.
The only thing that I shared was the music was to loud and found it difficult since it was not a very packed night in the restaurant
Dinner was delicious and service was wonderful
Can’t wait to eat here again
Now a favorite Restaurant ❤️
Our server was very attentive to our needs. The food was outstanding. The restaurant appearance was nice.
Consistently excellent food with a fresh twist on different classics. Brought friends this time who absolutely loved it. Brest ambience and excellent service - we'll be back!
Always great food and a great price for the winter lunch.
Great food, service and location. The seafood paella is outstanding.
Great waiter Gordy Will return Very good food 1/2 price sundays
My friend and I went there for Sunday Brunch. We both had the lobster eggs benedict. We were very surprised by the generous amount of lobster that was served. The eggs were perfect as was the sauce. The roasted potatoes served with it were delicious. I was also served a complimentary bloody Mary. My friend ordered the mimosa but thought that it was not made with real orange juice. She did not finish it. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and the server was pleasant and helpful. We did not have to wait long for our food and we did not feel rushed to leave. The pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely return and will make it a favorite summer spot so we can take advantage of the waterside outdoor seating.
We enjoyed a delicious dinner, live entertainment. & waterfront setting which was delightful even in late November. Local bay scallops were SO good!
We went for brunch
I had the classic rincon which is always good and the eggs were perfectly cooked
My wife had the lobster roll which she says is the best she’s ever had and we shared baked clams
Always excellent so would recommend 100%
We were a group of four for Sunday brunch and we all enjoyed the food, the view, and the overall experience. We had a reservation, were seated right away, and had a very friendly, courteous waiter. One of our group is a vegan and was politely accommodated. Two of us had the grilled cheese sandwiches - one salmon, the other bacon - and they were excellent, as were the fries. The fourth member of our group enjoyed her hearty omelet. All in all, an enjoyable meal in a lovely setting and a friendly atmosphere.
Great location. Scenic view. Excellent wait staff. Will definitely go back.
Food good however extremely cramped and noisey. No parking or additional parking available. The hostess had no idea where the parking in Green spots were and this cost me a $100 parking ticket.
Will never go back and will socialize this issue (on parking)
The noise level was such that it was virtually impossible to have a conversation over dinner. The noise was so loud that it took away the enjoyment of dining on very tasty and well prepared dinner appetizers and entrees. We all enjoyed our meals quite a bit but could not recommend the restaurant for dinner with friends. The bar and outside dining are recommended for drinks an a casual meal.
Unfortunately, walk do not run to Tres Palms for brunch. Though, we all enjoyed our food, I have never been to a restaurant the does not serve toast with eggs/omelets or charged for a refill of coffee and we did not even take advantage of the complimentary Mimosa or Bloody Mary included with our brunch. Not to mention the noise level at this establishment prevented patrons from communicating with others at our table or from the server trying to hear us.
