   Our experience was excellent. Each plate had something unexpected and it was just enough food. The wine pairings were well explained. Service was friendly without being overwhelming. Staff even purchased a small flower bouquet as we had mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary. Would highly recommend!

   Tres Fuegos was recommended by folks at our hotel and it was delightful. The chef understands food and his partner understands service. Innovative and very special. The restaurant only holds twelve people, so you won’t feel crowded. Thoughtful pairings of beverages.

   We had an amazing tasting menu at Tres Fuegos. Diego and the chef were very accommodating, and made sure that we enjoyed our experience. The menu changes daily based on market availability; for our dinner, we enjoyed a delicious Argentine pork creation and a sublime, perfectly moist chicken. Highly recommend this restaurant in Casco Viego of Panama. 😍

   The food was absolutely amazing, and perfectly paired with a glass of wine. And the best part is that after a week of making decisions at work, I didn't make a single decision here. The chef will simply ask if you have any food allergies or preferences and from there he takes the wheel. Each dish perfectly curated with fresh and colourful flavours. Highly recommend this for people wanting to eat delicious food. Ambiance is chill and because it seats only 12, it's not overly loud that you can't enjoy a conversation.

   We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant and it really is a hidden gem here in the Casco Viejo area of Panama city. The food was fantastic and the chef’s creativity was outstanding. Every day menu changes with fresh market products. I cannot recommend it enough, it is by far the best restaurant we have visited in Panama city and it was not expensive at all, 50$ for a tasting menu featuring crab, tuna, dry aged corvina and a dessert that if I had more confidence I would have licked the plate clean. If you’re choosing between restaurants you will not regret this one, it’s a much better experience than the more popular ones!

   This was unexpectedly the best restaurant I’ve tried in Panamá. We have never eaten corvina the way it was prepared at tres fuegos. We literally got emotional. The guys running this place were amazing. Don’t skip the wine pairing.
