   Our server John was amazing. They checked on us frequently while giving us time to enjoy the ambiance. They gave great drink suggestions and made our experience enjoyable. The vibe,the view and music made for a perfect date night as we celebrated our anniversary!

   First off the space is absolutely beautiful! We stayed at hotel nell for the night & knew we wanted to come here, And it didn’t disappoint at all! We were seated on the patio & it was stunning. The inside is so beautiful as well. Our server was also absolutely amazing! she was very sweet & very attentive. I unfortunately don’t remember her name but she had long braids with blonde on the tips & the prettiest pink sparkly nails! She made me and my partners mini date before our concert a delight.

   Ordered the chicken quesadillas and it was okay; I recommend the tacos, they are always good. The drinks and shots were a nice size; recommend ordering the margaritas (value for money, amount, and liquor content). Our server was great and we were able to easily pay at the end of our night before our server left for the night. However, about 30 minutes after we paid, another worker came over to us and accused us of not paying and wanted us to pay again (a bill that was well over $100); I had to open my bank account app and show the statement for him to believe us. This was the second time I had been treated poorly by this very same worker. The previous time was during a weekly happy hour about a month prior to this visit. Needless to say I will no longer be visiting this establishment, which is a shame because I have had great experiences with the other workers, and the ambiance is great.

   We had overall great experience, service took a while even though it wasn’t busy and a couple got served food and drinks before us though they came after us , I can tell why . We didn’t have silverware we had ask and napkins etc but the drinks and food was good along the ambiance.

   This place was aesthetically pleasing, the food was great, but the service did not match. Staff was friendly, but the wait times were extremely long. Our waitress forgot about us, including forgetting a dish. Great concept, but fine-tuning needed with staff.

   Very nice location and the drinks were amazing. Love the service that was provided. The waitress was very polite and helpful. I would definitely come again.

   My party of three had to wait 20 minutes for our reserved table. Host told us to wait at the bar, the bartenders didn’t acknowledge us and then proceeded to take the orders of a party of three that came after us.
