    Every item Janet recommended from the Sharing Menu we rate as exceptional. Loved the meatballs, the butternut squash soup, the focaccia bread, the Mediterranean Salad and the caramel pudding served with a scoop of maple nut ice cream--and the Vinho Verde wine from Portugal! Also love that the Journeyman has hired men in recovery, giving them another chance to prove themselves in the work place. Kudos to you for hiring Vince and Tyler. It was our pleasure to see them working at the hotel!

    From our first contact at the door on Chicago, where someone immediately took our bags, to The Outsider where we met Leah, our hostess, who was absolutely wonderful and introduced us to mochi , to Ryan, who was very attentive, friendly and sweet, to Janet at Tre Rivali, who explained the menu, gave us great advice and another memorable dessert, our experience was truly great. Everyone that we encountered treated us like we were their only guest. Thank you so much for the one of a kind experience. Five stars!!! Highly recommend!!!

    Food was AMAZING!!! Staff were outstanding!!! The cost was a bit too high for a family of four that are typically “one plate” people. We all LOVED our one plate of food but couldn’t have eaten another delicious morsel. Quite sad actually! If we could have had a second plate to go and one dessert per person I would have been thrilled, truly.

    We went for the Thanksgiving buffet. I was going through the line and getting some macaroni and cheese... i remember scooping from the center of the dish away from where other portions had been removed and as I was putting it on my plate there was a huge hair stuck to the serving spoon. I immediately handed off the plate to the manager who told me that they refreshed the dish but I was too grossed out by the experience to eat anything else and no effort at recovery was made.

    Outstanding experience! Our server, Lyndsey (spelling?) was so knowledgeable about the menu and was able to recommend wine and explain all of the menu choices. So glad she suggested the butter cake for dessert!

    I ordered the pasta with shrimp, which had a spicy sauce to it. There wasn’t much sauce on the pasta, and the spice was quite strong. The waitress bought me more tomato sauce to mix in with the pasta which helped. Overall, I felt that more sauce could’ve been mixed with the pasta and less spice.

    Another excellent lunch with a friend!! The Mediterranean salad is a perfect lunch offering, and adding grilled chicken makes it a satisfying meal. Service was outstanding. It is an easy to have a conversation as the noise level is low. Overall a wonderful Third Ward spot!!

    Food, wine and cocktails were absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend. We had the Ximomarvo wine. We shared the whipped ricotta, lamb kofta, falafel and hummus and hanger steak. One of our group had the butternut squash soup. For dessert we had the salted caramel ice cream, baklava cheesecake, and olive oil cake.

    Wonderful atmosphere (loved the smell of the wood-fired oven!), prompt service, noise level was just right (lively but not overwhelming), bright decor. I had a mediterranean salad that was so fresh and had a tasty but not over-powering dressing.

    I never write reviews but felt obligated to do so given the experience. Our server was nice, had a charming personality and checked on us appropriately however lack of training was evident which is a reflection on poor management. Our table was not set and we had to ask for flatware when our food arrived. I asked for menu recommendations, and she flew through the sections of the menu so fast -with no description of her recommendations- that I couldn't comprehend her response nor find any reference on the menu. I ordered the warm olive appetizer which had no common serving spoon. Does the chef expect people to dip their used utensils into a common bowl to serve themselves? It's not appealing. Something should be done about this dish, we're provided a common bowl to put our olive pits in after we pluck them from our mouths with our fingers?? It's unsightly and not proper. Additionally, the dish needs a dipping bread, its laughable to charge $13 for a child's handful of pitted olives and 2 little crumbles of feta as an appetizer. Given no more than 3 minutes for us to attempt to eat olives and pull pits from our mouths with our fingers, our entrees were served. My guest ordered the salmon, and to be fair, was presented well on the plate and my guest said it was good. I ordered the Chitarra which is described in the menu as containing lump crab. I saw two slivers crab meat and they were hardly visible in the dish. Frankly, my dish was nothing more than an ice cream scoop of pasta thrown on a plate for $22. Again, laughable. I asked for my reaming olives to be boxed. The host took the olives and left. I found him after 10 minutes looking for my left-overs. The host then came back with my box explaining he pulled them from the dirty dish sink -with other diner's dirty dishes- as he handed it to me since he forgot my request. I just threw them out after that, it's disgusting. I could go on, I hope changes are made, I won't be returning to find out.

    We were there for almost 2.5 hours for brunch. Took forever. Our drinks took almost an hour we just got coffees. Bad service for not good food and not a good environment. Save your time and your money

    Let's start with the food. Fish was overcooked, kafta was too salty, and the panna cotta was definitely not a panna cotta. It seemed to be a small disk of something like a yogurt. The best dish was the salad. Service was mediocre at best. My husband asked for his salad to be brought in at the same time with the main, but I did not ask the same for both my dishes. To our surprise my dishes came both at the same time, and before his. They were both taken back before I had a chance to keep one of them. The waiter came to our table, after I had to signal him, and apologized resending the kafta.

    The food and drinks were great. The service was very slow we arrived for a 630 reservation and it was pretty dead and it took about 10-15 minutes before anyone came for a drink order. Our waitress was great but she had multiple very large parties so we felt we were forgotten about.

    The charcuterie board was exceptional. I would come back just for that menu item. Drinks were very good as well. Service was surprisingly lacking, where we had to ask other wait staff to get the attention of our server. I would only come back for appetizers and sit at the bar.

    The host staff responded to an error I made with our reservation with kindness and expedience. Our server was incredible; professional, well versed in the menu, and timely in her service...amazing job. We came for the great food and left grateful for the exceptional service.

    Food was expensive for the quality received. More of a "hotel restaurant" level where they feel they have a captured audience. Many better options in the area. Server was very nice but manager was unhelpful. Would not take $100 gift card since is was from prior to Covid. This is illegal in WI & in the end he kept the gift card & did not apply

    Todd, I am so sorry about the confusion around your gift certificate. The gift certificate that you had was issued in 2018, with a written expiration date of December 2019. The paper certificate was also a donation, not a purchased gift card. I'm sorry you didn't have time to visit in the last 5 years before this Friday. And I really wish you had given a call before hand to ask whether it is still valid. It might have been a little less awkward of a situation, and we might have been able to do something for you. In any event, I hope you will come back, we will take great care of you.

    Ben, our wait server, was absolutely outstanding! The food was amazing and the ambiance incredible! John, the owner, came to our table to ask how we liked our meal which, of course, we raved about; he was so personable and kind and even gave us a recommendation to a hotel in France which we will be sure to check out on our travels.
