Great food service location. We will be back soon
Food and service was mediocre.
The wait staff was not attentive at all, the restaurant was not busy at the time.
Outstanding food and service!
Patio Brunch one of the best in 3W. Blueberry Pancakes delish.
Great food! We cleaned our plates and felt full after leaving. The wait staff service was a slow that day.
Unremarkable overall. Food was overpriced: My pasta was very dull and came out lukewarm. Service was average: wasn’t “bad” however didn’t “add” anything to the experience either.
My husband and I went on a Sunday night and we were disappointed. The service was terrible. We barely saw her all night. I don't know if they were understaffed that night? I asked for my salad to be first and it came all together with the meal. We asked for a wine list twice and by the time the server got back to us we had already finished our meal. So we didn't end up getting a bottle. I had the Lamb Sugo pasta and it the sauce was watery and oily and needed salt. Alas the server was nowhere to be found to get any salt. It was all really disappointing and because the menu is rather small you would think that any of the food would be an excellent choice. My husband's Ricotta pasta was a bit better but regardless, we wouldn't go back. Again maybe something was going on with the waitstaff/kitchen?
Menu was very small, however most of the food was well executed. Nice decor. Waitstaff seemed disinterested and seemed annoyed by questions about the menu.
Very accommodating to my request and suggestions
We have been here in past years. They had just reopened two weeks ago after being closed fir 7 months due to COVID. So, menu was greatly reduced. Staff was great. Food OK. Just disappointing to have reduced menu item selections but at least they are able to stay in business. We wish them them the best as the pandemic recovery continues.
Des was so wonderful. Thank you and also for accommodating gluten free
Second time visiting this establishment. I was hesitant about returning here since my first visit was less than stellar. However, they licked up to their expectations and I really enjoyed my visit. Will definitely return here.
We arrived at the restaurant about 8:15 pm for our reservation and were immediately seated. Service was very from Lindsey and we had a nice experience. Food was also tasty.
Very small menu. Looks like just a place for drinks and cocktails. The pizza was very salty. There were crystals of salt on the pizza. They should post their menu online since there was really nothing to choose from except 2 salads. 2 pasta dishes and 3 pizzas. Disappointing.
Food quality is not the same as it was last year. Popular items are no longer on the menu. I was not pleased, this was my favorite spot for brunch.
Arrived for 12:45 Saturday reservation. French toast and quiche were sold out. Very nice atmosphere-went up to roof patio for a drink after brunch.
It’s reliably consistent. We’re never disappointed when we go. Great food and drinks.
Love this place for brunch but dinner was lacking imagination and seasoning. It was the the first dinner service so hopefully improvements will be made. Whatever the pork cheek thing on the charcuterie board must go, was unpalatable and unchewable. Was a bit annoyed that some special patron got a gorgeous filet meal that was not on the menu or available to others. Will try again later in the summer. But, we will be back for brunch.
Loved the aesthetic and atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Menu is small but both my friend and I found something we liked. I had no idea it is attached to a hotel that I also had no idea existed. Love how the third ward has flourished. I will return in the future hopefully coupled with a night spent at the Journeyman Hotel.
We went on the first night that they were open for dinner. The menu was VERY limited. We had a beet salad that was interesting with grapefruit and orange slices. We also had margarita pizza that was very good. The cosmos were excellent but for 14.00 they should be. I feel sorry for restaurants , given the battering they have taken lately. I hope the menu gets back to pre-COVID levels as this has all the ingredients to be a very nice restaurant. Support them.
Excellent brunch!! Food was outstanding, service was excellent, and the overall experience means we will go back again soon.
We hadn’t been to Tre Rivali in a while due to Covid. It has always been one of our favorite Milwaukee restaurants. To be honest the quality of the food has gone down - the food was still good but it wasn’t excellent and that is what we had always received before.
My first time at the restaurant, the foos tasted great and workers were very friendly and professional
It was a little disappointing. They took the best 3 things off the menu, monkey bread, breakfast pizza, crab cake Benedict. The other food u can get anywhere. The waitress was indifferent, acted bored. Hardly checked on us. I told her I made reservations thru open table, and I had a credit coming Id like to use, and asked how it worked. She said “I don’t know “and walked away. Didn’t offer to ask a manager or anything, so I didn’t get to use it.
Not sure I’ll come back.
Absolutely delicious brunch! Must go back for dinner, heard it is amazing!
The food was wonderful and the ambiance was great! Highly recommend
Food, service and atmosphere was wonderful! Will definitely come again!
Great place for Sunday Brunch. Our group enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
First time coming to Tre Rivali. My friend and I absolutely loved it! Will definitely come back again.
Service was friendly but slow. The Eggs Benedict was just ok, the English muffin wasn't even toasted, but the breakfast potatoes were the best part. The Turkey Tartine tasted better then it looked. Overall a disappointing visit .
Overall I had a good experience, but there were a few things that could have made it even better. Our service was a little disappointing. It felt like our waitress was not very happy to be there or interested in leaving a good impression. We only heard a few words from her the whole time, and she dropped our silverware on the floor without bringing a replacement. The woman who brought our food was kind enough to bring more once we requested! Also, my partner ordered an item and was charged $3 more on the bill - I’m glad that we noticed in time that we were waiting to pay. Overall, the food was great and the ambience is very nice, I’m just hoping that we caught our server on a bad day. (:
Celebrated my husband’s birthday over brunch at Tre Rivali. Staff was so friendly. Great service, ambience, food and drink. Highly recommend!
The brunch was phenomenal, service - the best we’ve ever had and restaurant warm, inviting and spotless. Thank you @Journeyman Hotel and Tre Rivali
We went Saturday and Sunday for Brunch. They have a varied menu for brunch. We enjoyed the quiche, smoked salmon and the pancakes. We ate outside both days. They have the gas heaters which helped Sunday morning. Great server Desiree was attentive and helpful. Did not rush us but kept tabs on our progress. COVID protocols were followed providing peace of mind in our pandemic plagued state.
Food was outstanding and the service was excellent.
Great food, ambiance and service! Highly recommend
My wifes steak was fine , I had the swordfish which was good but the tomato jam was too much I think they used it to cover a number of burnt potatoes
This was our first time to Milwaukee and we selected Tre Rivali based on reviews and the reservation time available. It was fabulous! The food was delicious and our server was top notch! I rarely take the time to write reviews but had to after such an enjoyable evening. The cocktails were also spectacular!
