The restaurant overlooks the Parish of San Miguel de Arcangel, one of the most beautiful Parish in Mexico, and sits at the roof top of a historic colonial building Hotel Boutique Casa 1810. Trazo 1810 one of the 120 best restaurants in Mexico, for its creative cuisine, it has been included in the Guide to Gastronomic Mexico the 120 restaurants 2020 & 2021. The restaurant during that time it has evolved considerably, both in food and in experience. Today Trazo 1810 is characterized by its attention to detail and the diner’s experience. Social commitment to the local trade in organic products, since ❝almost all of the ingredients that we use in Trazo’s cuisine are from local producers, ranches near San Miguel de Allende and organic street markets that we constantly attend.❞

Outstanding. We were in SMA for our anniversary and Trazo was a highlight! The menu is innovative and the food was so delicious we went back 2 days later for a second dinner. The service was impeccable. The first night we were on the terrace and it started to rain after our entrees arrived. Transferring us down to the main dining room was seamless.

Beautiful dining on the rooftop. The flat iron steak and braised short ribs were amazing. Portions were perfect as was the service.

The food was delicious! We stayed at the hotel, but this was the only meal we ate at this restaurant for dinner. Great service and ambiance, too.

La terraza tiene una excelente vista, solo que está muy abierta y puede llegar a hacer mucho viento y frío, así que es algo a considerar. La comida estaba muy rica y el tiempo de servicio adecuando.

Wonderful location. Beautiful views for a sunset and the nighttime lights on the spires of the various churches. Service was spectacular. Food was overly seasoned. My lamb was cooked properly, but the sauce was over-powering. My wife made the same observation on her dish. Fortunately we asked for the sauce on the side for our son’s steak.

The food was amazing. We had the short ribs and lamb dish. The gin martinis were excellent. Our server Garado made everything special. Our best meal in SMA. Thank you!!
