We were excited to see they were opening & Dinner did not disappoint. We shared several appetizers and and an entree and all were amazing. The Tuna Sashimi was so good we joked about ordering another. Must try the Korean Style Pork and Leek & Mushroom Dumplings.
I thought 10:45 would mean brunch on a Sunday, but it was just breakfast, so hard to giver serious review. Had a salad which was good, including the all important dressing. Kendall Jackson wine of course was fine. We sat on the deck looking out at bikes passing and the chaise and umbrella area fronting the beach. Quite, quite lovely. Ambience was the best. Service not great even though few patrons there. Next time would pick another time -- later had been booked, now know why.

Lights were turned off in dining room for earth day creating a very dark and unpleasant space so we ate outdoors where it was a little too cool for comfort.

Huge MS fan
Still am regardless of this last experience
Menu was fine at first glance
Until see sides all priced at $9?
Including a plain avocado? $9 for half a Haas avocado!!! Nuts
Ok moving in $12 OJ yes freshly squeezed but yet
Ok miso pouched egg with kimchee and brown rice this dish was big mistake in my opinion void of flavor, becomes unappetizing because of strong odor profile really just a flop of a dish at $20 which is priced as the star dish for breakfast
Place is really designed well, comfortable
Service was sub par to say the least had to reach out to them constantly but they were very amicable at least.
Sorry but for a $137 breakfast for 2 and a baby
Was chased outside as if had forgotten to pay to then trek back into restaurant again and be told so sorry our mistake. I had to speak up. Don’t ever do this and hope not too.

Michael Schwartz knows how to create amazing menus and the food at Traymore was outstanding. I am already excited to try even more of the menu on a future visit.
The service is still working through some kinks, but we were there during opening week. We ate outside and a bit more light or brighter candles on the tables would be a nice addition. I'm sure this will all work itself out in the coming weeks and I strongly recommend the restaurant.
Dear RobB, Thank you for coming to experience Traymore by Michael Schwartz and for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate the feedback. We are delighted to read that you enjoyed your dinning experience and very much hope to see you here again in the future. Warm wishes Elan
I stayed at the COMO in Miami with my daughter for her birthday weekend. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at Traymore. We had an issue with each meal. At dinner we asked for bread and that seemed to be a problem. It took over half hour to get a few slices and the waitress kept trying to take our unfinished food away because we hadn’t touched it in a while because we were waiting for bread to have with it. Then at breakfast we asked for toast with our eggs and they said they’d have to check because that wasn’t an option yet we saw all types of jam out. The eggs came with a choice of sides yet the waiter insisted it be potato and meat. All we wanted was toast with our eggs. We also ordered coffee and each was poured one cup. We did not get a pot left at our table as we saw others did and we had the previous morning. Then we were charged $6 each for one small cup where it was $3.50 for a whole pot the day before. At lunch by the pool we saw two great desserts listed so we ordered a pineapple sundae with our waiter Marco. He went away and never came back so after 30 minutes I went up to the pool bar and asked about our order and the bartender said they don’t have either of those desserts only vanilla or chocolate ice cream.
It seemed that no one dealing with food service had their act together. Very disappointing considering the price to stay at the COMO and it was pouring rain outside so we couldn’t even walk to another restaurant.
We heard many people complaining and sending their food or drinks back and that was very uncomfortable to be around also.
The food we were served was delicious however so no complaints there.

We enjoyed a date night at the Traymore for their "soft opening". Ambiance was Miami chic with a choice of indoor and outdoor terrace seating. The Royal Red Shrimp was unique and well balanced. The House Kimchi will always be ordered. We decided to share the Rib-eye, it was outstanding! Excited that Michael Schwartz and his team brought a great culinary value and experience to this part of the beach!

Disappointed, we did not realize they were “in between” chefs. Apparently a new well known chef is starting here in March; you should wait until then to go. Presently menu really small, our meals were just barely ok, our service was ok (and should be considering we were one of two tables in entire restaurant).
Surprisingly good volume of food. Very good service, especially attendant bar tender who brought and explained the gin flight, a great value and treat.
Interesting spot with a nice outside terrace and a gin menu...try for lunch first and if u like, go back for dinner...and try a gin flight
Went to Traymore on a Monday evening, so there were very few people--only two other small parties besides our group of 4. I thought we'd be in for a treat -- a quiet restaurant experience (which is so hard to find) and, I thought, great service since there were so few of us. Service was so agonizingly S L O W. Omg. Even tho there was practically no one in the restaurant, the wait staff was never around--when we had a question, needed a refill, wanted to place dessert order, etc. I asked a question about ingredients and the waitress happily offered to ask the chef -- it took her 10 minutes to return with an answer. On a busy night, perhaps this could be understandable, but there was NO ONE in the place! The food was fine, definitely not anything to rave about. Such a disappointment, and embarrassing -- I had chosen this place for a dinner out with colleagues. I am never one to write reviews, but had to comment on this. It was really unbelievable.
The restaurant was empty which made it worse that the service was extremely slow and inattentive. The food was not good. The building itself is Art Deco which was about the only good attribute.
Beautiful restaurant. Good food! Excellent service!
Our waitress even walked us outside to help us find our way back onto the boardwalk!
As Norwegians are used to NO load music on a proper restaurant me and my friends enjoyed that we sat in surroundings where we could talk to each other without screaming. The food was excellent and the waiter was charming, helpful and clever.
Thanks for making my birthday so special! Loved the healthy menu options!!
We were disappointed and left before ordering anything. We asked for outside seating but it was windy and the staff offered to bring us blankets. This sounded like a great idea except for the blankets did not arrive after 20-30 min, even though we asked for them again a couple of times. Seating inside was not a viable alternative since it was air conditioning-cold inside as well. Half an hour into the evening, before we had a chance to order anything, we heard another table next to us complaining about their food taking too long to arrive. This seemed odd considering that the restaurant was half empty. With that few customers one would expect much more attentive service. Cold and frustrated, we got up and left for another place...with all this said, our disappointment was also due to the fact that this place is know for great food. The poor service quality however prevented us from enjoying that.
Totally empty restaurant but it took hours to get our food with no explaination.
Delicious food and very very nice waiters! Have dined here 3 years in a row and each one better than the last!
Overpriced, not great food and awful service
Tattengier Tuesday was lovely. The food was very good and the music complimented the event.
We changed upon Traymore as we were looking on line for a restaurant. The restaurant would not be found just walking by as it is set inside hotel. We had wanted to sit outside but there was no availability so we ate inside, where were sole patrons. My son had a flight of Gin and tonic. That was very interesting and we learned a lot. Each
Of the 4 of us had a different meal. Each was wonderful , especially the sauces. We would highly recommend the restaurant.
Wonderful experience! The rigatoni was amazing!!! Service was great too!
This is a great place when you want a bit of quiet instead of the usual South Beach scene. Food was excellent, as was wine. Very comfortable setting where you can hear yourself talk. And think.
Amazing dinner, everything tasted incredible and the service was perfect!!
Hotel cafeteria with no walls. The service was absent to comatose. The salad tasted old. Every dish was forgettable. The value was poor. I can only assume that they are inflating their reviews.
The food was excellent! We dined as a family with two teenage boys. They were impressed by the quality, we would have liked to have seen more options but the fish was cooked to perfection and seasoned exactly how we liked.
Heat food, great service.
Interesting restaurant that is located on the first floor of residential building off Collins Avenue. Very light crowd for a Friday night. Food was tasty and prepared as expected. Service was okay and could have been better. Overall good value but a little pricey for the service.
Menu did not match online pricing from website. Some items also not available and then upsold without telling the large price increase. Wine pours by the glass also very skimpy.
For Miami beach this place was upscale and delivered on the farm to table menu choices.
The booths are awkward to sit in. Get a table if possible.
The staff were overwhelmingly helpful and accommodating. Loved the service!
This place is a class act and the service was amazing to my friend who was in a wheel chair. The food was out of this world! Can't wait to return this time I would like to stay at the hotel
Loved dining at Traymore. We had very fresh tasting seafood. The decor is Art Deco. We stayed inside because it was windy but the outside space looked nice. Our sever Zachariah was attentive and knew the menu well. It was a very nice experience
Service and food was garbage. We had bottomless mimosas and had to beg for each one. Food was less than average. If you want to be ignored and sit in an empty restaurant this is the place to go. The only person who helped us wasLazaro. He wasn't our waiter but noticed how we were being ignored. We thank him for the few drinks we had. I would not recommend.
A gem not well known for an elegant seafood dining experience on the beach. Lovely dining indoor or out. The purse rack will impress the ladies.
Great service and delicious food. The outdoor dining is comfortable, and quiet.
Odd having a high end restaurant smack in the middle of a hotel lobby. The atmosphere is "streamlined". Some white tablecloths would be worth the investment. The food was good but not extraordinary. The service was pretty slow. Overall the establishment seemed disorganized as if it was about to open for business. I would not go back.
We had a very pleasant and delicious dinner on the veranda. It was quiet and peaceful. Our waiter was attentive and helpful. The cocktails were excellent and the fish was very fresh and delicious. We will return the next time we visit Miami Beach.
Always a beautiful meal and experience. Great people and service.
Delicious food! Snapper was amazing. Grilled octopus and Brussels sprouts where incredible. The service was superb and the price was good. Will eat there again soon!
