Wonderful hostess who was so helpful to us on a night when Atwells Ave was closed for a festival. Our server Matt was knowledgeable, helpful and had a great sense of humor. He also really knew his wine list and made great suggestions.
This is a terrific restaurant with great staff and excellent food
Our server was excellent; never rushed us, gave us his valued opinion and personalized everything. The only downside of the entire evening was the olio aglio; not a lot of flavor (except garlic) and pasta was way underdone.
As always, Trattoria Zooma was incredible from start to finish. The kindness, consideration, and attentiveness of all the staff were out of this world. The food was, as always, phenomenal. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!
My wife and I were celebrating our 29th Anniversary. Our server was Matthew and he was great. Very informative and personal.
It was good. The food was AMAZING!!! Just not my type of scene. Wish the music was a little louder so we could speak more comfortably. Their sangria is great!
James was the best waiter I have ever had!!!!!!!!!
One of our favorite places. Always happy with the meals, drinks, and service!
Amazing homemade pasta and love the vegan options. Little pricey but delicious.
Excellent choice, a little of everything for every palate....service is impeccable. Thanks Scott!
Food was above average
Nice location and atmosphere ... the food, as Italian, wasn't what we expected
I do like this place. First time back there since all the chaos of 2020. Seems like they are struggling to get their people trained and up and running. The waiter was new but didn't know what the various sauces were, didn't know what wines are which, forgot the salad, forgot the bread, and when it was time to pay we had to flag him down. They were all very nice and the food tasted good. But for the cost, given everything I'd rather go to several other places.
The food was wonderful but pricey for my budget. This was a good place for a special occasion though.
Fun dinner spot with friends. Funny as the table next to us was a birthday dinner and huge '30' balloons were blocking light to our table. Pizza and mussels starters were excellent. Cavatelli carbonara was a little too aldente for me but very good. Chocolate lava cake was delicious. Pistachio creme brulee was not quite set and sugar was burned. Good service. Good atmosphere.
Excellent Service! Drinks and Food were delicious. Highly recommend!
Excellent experience with good food and provided with a great table at the window overlooking Atwells Avenue
Pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent. Waitress was attentive and friendly.
Great place amazing menu, scott our server was fantastic great ambiance. The only negative is the portion size. Anyone who dines out or cooks understands prices of ingredients. Establishments need to understand that 25.00 for 4-6 ounces of pasta is a little ridiculous. My wife is petite but a gym rat fit and strong i have never in 21 years seen her eat her whole meal and she commented on the portion. With venda, massimo and the canteen all on the same rd giving the same quality but more satisfying portions i will be hard presses to return.
Service was slow. Beware of parking problems with Atwells Ave closed to traffic.
From the gnocchi to the crab ravioli everything was awesome! Our server Brittany made a special night perfect!
We went for my sisters grad and Matt was the best server ever!!! 12/10 would go back just for his service
Extensive wine list and excellent menu options . I had the Gnocchi and it was cooked perfectly . Would go back for more
Stopped in for lunch on Sunday. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Our server Gabrielle was extremely polite and did a spectacular job.
This was the 2nd time going we always have a great meal great service with a great wine pairing for the food that we order.... Dessert was To
James, Ricky the cooks and helpers were first class. The food was delicious. Thanks.
I took my mom here for Mother’s Day. Staff was super nice and attentive. Food was AMAZING!!
Great experience, good food.
We have been to Zooma at least 6 times and keep coming back for more. The pizza and the gnocchi alla nona are fantastic
The food was incredible. The pasta was handmade and some of the best I've ever had.
Terrific Place! Server eas very friendly. Meals were exquisite! Will definitely be back.
Fantastic food and great service! I highly recommend the pizza and any of the homemade pastas.
Food was outstanding..... service was exceptional.
Birthday celebration abs the service was outstanding!
The food has considerably gone down hill. The sauce tasted like it was out of a jar. The server argued that the pasta was rigatoni when in fact she rang it in wrong and it was penne. Really disappointed. Won’t go back
We were very excited to return to Federal Hill and try a new restaurant and Trattoria Zooma was an excellent choice. Great ambience with bright artwork, cool look. We were offered a table by the open window overlooking the street. Matt, our server, was terrific with his suggestions and service. We started with two specialty cocktails which were excellent-Pear Martini and a Bourbon concoction. We ordered Antipasto Miso, nice board with a great selection of meats and cheeses. Matt suggested the homemade pasta dishes, my girlfriend had chicken parmigiana over broad noodle pasta and I had the Farfalle alla Zooma-bowtie pasta with spicy sausage-GREAT sauce. Purely authentic Southern Italian cuisine. This is everything you come to Federal Hill for, enjoy!
Went there with friends from Boston my food was good ,my husband asked if he could have macaroni with oil and garlic they charge him 29.00 dollars for it and it was not great ,3 of us got chanti,so the waitress said better off getting bottle came to 80 dollars for a small bottle my sister got white wine 19 dollars this is insane .all had macaroni dishes the bill came to 266 dollars that was out the tip , waitress was nice but didn’t have mask on right had nose sticking out ,when leaving she was talking to other waitresses with no mask ,I use to love this place maybe there trying to make the money back from virus but a little to much
The restaurant was very rustic and had beautiful art for sale on the walls. The food was a three course. We enjoyed the soup and salad with the main entree house made pasta with shrimp. The desert was amazing banana bread pudding.
I’ve been to your restaurant a number of times and asked two friends to go for lunch. Your website with lunch prices “fixe-price” is still online, so we expected to be offered the lunch special. We were not and told it is no longer offered. We had to ask what were the “daily specials”.
Delicious food and service was excellent. Window table was perfect. The menu had a really good variety of food. We love Zooma!
