Roberto Paciullo’s hometown of Salerno is transported to the streets of Manhattan. Zero Otto Nove is the second outpost of his famous restaurants from Arthur Ave. in the Bronx. From the atmosphere to the food, stopping by Zero Otto Nove is taking a quick trip to Italy. The wood-burning brick oven is at the center turning out classics like the Margherita, and Roberto's originals, such as La Riccardo with butternut squash puree, smoked mozzarella, spicy pancetta, and basil. All the pastas are homemade, and all ingredients are brought in from New York's Real Little Italy, Arthur Avenue.

                                Freddy the bartender is fantastic . The servers are always attentive and I am still amazed at how they remember all the specials . Service and food was amazing .

                                Everything went fine until we waited 45 minutes for our dinner. People who came after us was eating and done before we received ours. Very disappointed!

                                My husband loved his fish dinner. My chicken parm with vodka sauce wasn’t great. The manager noticed I wasn’t eating it and he offered another selection. He handled the situation very well and the server was very good. We will go back.

                                The best Italian food in NYC. The menu is unlike any other . The pizza is awesome as well. Freddy makes the Martini big and classic ! Service is fantastic ! My go to and it’s the restaurant i always recommend to friends !

                                My friends from Germany were in town and I wanted a restaurant in the area with a variety of options. 089 was excellent. My friend said it was the best pizza he’d had in the USA and my other friend’s pasta, mine included, was perfection. I love the fact that there’s ample space between tables and high ceilings. This is my new favorite Italian restaurant in NYC!
