Betreiber Andrea Appio bringt die Köstlichkeiten seiner Familie aus Bari in die Hauptstadt NRWs und alles, was er tut, sieht spektakulär aus. Von den einfachen Lachs-Penne bis hin zu grandiosen Scaloppine speist man hier gehoben, ein erlesenes Weinsortiment tut sein Übriges. Ein Freisitz vor der Tür sorgt im Sommer in der ruhigen Gegend für einen perfekten Schauplatz für Hugo und Aperol Spritz – und dass man sogar eine traditionell leckere Pizza bekommt, macht das Via Appia noch sympathischer.

Kleines, gemütliches und modern eingerichtetes Restaurant. Kurze, aber abwechslungsreiche Karte, die teils regelmäßig und saisonal aktualisiert wird. Sehr freundlicher und individueller Service, kein Wunsch blieb offen.
