   長い間行かない間に店名も変わっており、ソファー席なども無くなっていた。以前に比べて料理の質もワインの質も落ちたように感じた。

   TAKE THIS RESTAURANT OFF OPEN TABLE!! Our experience was reprehensible. We traveled 40 min out of our way to go to this restaurant as it was an extremely busy Saturday night at the height of cherry blossom season so finding a table was difficult to say the least. We arrived to find that a table had not been reserved for us (they apparently did not check the open table reservations) and the place was fully booked. They apparently couldn’t do anything for us and they were very sorry. 🙄. They didn’t even try to see if they could find a solution. They just literally shoved us out the door bowing and saying sorry. Sorry wasn’t going to feed us. Luckily (after walking around for another hour) we found the best ramen we have ever had but that does not excuse the way we were treated by Trattoria Pino. Shameful establishment.

   　全体評価の星の数・「お料理」は他の項目に合わせたに過ぎません。 　この店は家族や友人とのアッパーグレードな普段の食事をしたい時に利用しています。 　お食事、ワイン、雰囲気、スタッフのサービスはとても佳いのに、今回はとても残念かつ腹立たしいな思いをしました。 　予約を完了させてお店に食事に伺ったところ、満席という理由で食事をさせて頂けませんでした。「予約はしておられますか？」「ご覧の通り満席です｡｡｡｡｡」「当日はサイトで受け付けをしていません」、等々理由にならない店側の事情を拝聴しました。 　サイトの不具合に起因することであれば、お店の名誉のためにサイト管理者が早急に対処すべきです。当日このサイトでの予約ができない旨をサイトに明記し、グレーアウトでもさせておくべきです。満席でもどんどん受け付ける、受付不可であるにも拘わらずその設定のないシステムは最悪です。設定できるのに店側がしていなかったのであれば、お店側の慢心･怠慢です。 　このサイトでの予約が完了し、確認メールを受け取っても念のために電話でレコンファームした方がいいですね。特に遠方から態々いらっしゃる方は。

   Complimenti al Cuoco!! We had great food. It seems almost impossible to find a good non-japanesse food in Kyoto and although we love the taste of Japanese food we were in need.of some pasta after 10 days in Japan Great food, great service
