We are an Italian restaurant owned by an Italian chef, Nino Sindona, who insists on cooking food the way it's done in Italy, using only the freshest ingredients, and our pasta is homemade daily. Along with serving an assortment of pasta, risotto, and meat and seafood dishes, Trattoria Padana also serves desserts like Tiramisu, flourless chocolate cake, and Affogato al Caffè. In this Italian dessert, sweet ice cream meets hot and strong espresso coffee.

Wonderful neighborhood Italian restaurant! Nino, the owner makes you feel welcomed as if you are family. The food is delicious, authentic and Tuscany inspired tasty. Fallon, our waitress always takes good care us. We highly recommend Trattoria Padana.

Terrible. Only one server and she was so loud. Must think everyone is deaf. Waited 20 minutes to put our order in. I ordered wine and 2 others ordered Prosecco. The wine came, the Prosecco didn’t show up for 10 minutes after. She forgot it. The wine was not what I ordered. When I told her,she said they were out of it and she substituted something else without telling me. The bronzino we ordered was terrible. The fishy taste remained in our mouths throughout the meal. Couldn’t have been fresh. The ossobuco was good but very salty. We were not asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. When we asked for the bill their system was down an we had to wait another 15 minutes. A/C was down ( not their fault)and they had portables on the floor Just because the owner is from Italy doesn’t make it a good Italian restaurant.

this was our second time there , we brought friends this time who also enjoyed it!! the only snafu was our meals did not come out at the same time, mine was well ahead of everyone elses and then 2 more and then later the last one, would have been nice if they were all together, but it is cooked to order and a small staff the food made up for it! will surely come back again

A little warm, because the air conditioning system was not operating at full capacity, but overall, this place is a winner!!! EXCELLENT FOOD!!!!Our server was Taaffe, and she is a JEWEL!! The owner is such a nice person, making sure to visit every table. Please give this restaurant your support!!

Had the best veal dishes, my husband had the piccata with mashed potatoes and I have the porcini cream sauce veal with broccoli, there was plenty of mashed and broccoli that we shared and all were done to perfection. The wine was very good and they gave a good pour. We will definitely be back

This was our third experience here. Each time, we have bring additional people because we raved about our meals. Unfortunately this time, several of us were very disappointed. The owner is very cordial and highly recommended the veal. Two of us, who ordered it found it, tough and would not order it again. The other meals were ok but nothing outstanding. We’ll give it another try because of our previous experiences and we like to support local businesses.

The food and service was substandard. For example: 1. The grilled calamari was described on the menu as "grilled to perfection over a bed of salad". The calamari was not grilled (no grill marks) and was not served on a bed of salad. 2. The tagliatelle that was served ala Bolognese was overcooked and did not support the sauce. 3. My wife's branzino was plopped on a white plate without garnish. The fish was tasteless although the menu described it as seasoned with salt and pepper. 4. The server was inattentive and spoke loudly (almost to the point of screaming) as if she thought we were deaf. These are just some of the examples of a very disappointing "dining experience".

Food was excellent! All three of us enjoyed our veal dishes .Prepared perfectly. Staff and owner were very engaging and showed an interest and passion for their creations and service. They aim to please. Only real negative was the sound and noise level. Acoustics could be improved. We will definitely be back.

Friendly owner is from Milan, and prides himself on having authentic dishes. Nice atmosphere. Taffy was an efficient and fun waitress. Grilled calimari was tender but slightly underdone —no grill marks. Bread and tapenade were delicious. We ordered veal saltimboca, tagliatelle with smoked salmon, branzini & flounder. All were delicious, but the plating was uninspired and had no garnishes. Vegetable and potato sides were good. Apple tart a la mode and Cannoli great end to the meal.

I had been here previously and found the food to be exceptionally good. This time I ordered the veal saltimbocca and was disappointed. The veal was not tender and seemed overdone. Another person ordered the Osso buco and received a large helping of risotto with a very small chop in the center of the plate. Too small for the $45 price tag. I was still very satisfied with our service, as the one waitress remained calm despite being the only server for at least 6-7 tables. The desserts, tiramisu and an apple dish were both very, very good.

Taglietti - freshly made. The owner visited every table and answered questions. Grilled calamari, cooked perfectly. The pesto sauce, bolognese, outstanding. Only one server, but she was hustling to serve everyone. If you are in a hurry - don't go. If you appreciate fresh pasta - fresh sauces. what a treat

I took my wife there for her birthday on Monday after Easter. Not knowing anything about the restaurant but the reviews. Everything we had was awesome from the Ceasars salad with homemade dressing to the prosciutto and melon to the entrees. I had the chicken saltimbocca, and my wife had the veal scallopine. The service was excellent, and we spent some time talking with the owner. This is an excellent find. I don't understand the negative reviews. The bread was fresh, and we didn't see anything negative at all. Very authentic.

Whole heartedly recommend this Italian restaurant with authentic European dishes. They opened in December 2022, and last evening I discovered the place. It was packed at 6:15pm. Make a reservation, when possible, online or via call. They respected our arrival time with reservation, and our table was ready for a fun evening. The menu offers dishes for all palates. The food was served very hot, tasty, and with plenty of seafood on each plate. The waitress Cathy provided us with a great service. Friendly Owner greeted us at arrival. Definitely a restaurant to check out and add to your favorites. Note: They are located 4391 Colonial Blvd, Suite 104, FM. Be careful that in this plaza, there are 2 places with Suite 104. Do not get mistaken like we initially did to believe the restaurant had closed doors! We were at the wrong 104. Enjoy!

I came here for the first time with my wife on valentines for our anniversary and for a small restaurant the crowd was handled very well. We loved the food and so we came back again to see if it was a one time thing but we were not disappointed. This place is amazing the food is great the waitress are extremely friendly and the owner which walks around greeting people is super cool and funny. I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed.
