Great food and service!

We had 5:30 reservations for my husband’s birthday dinner and tickets for a 7:30 concert. We were seated next to the bar—not an ideal spot. The food was excellent is quality but small portions, especially the cheese flights and salad; thus 4/5 and not 5/5. We waited several minutes for our check despite telling our server we were ready to go; declining a coffee refill so we could get out the door.

We ate here before seeing Hamilton. The food and service were fantastic. Sausage Ravioli was soooo good. Very close to CINC theatre. Highly recommend

We had a large party and the restaurant was very accommodating. Willing to make menu adjustments for a picky eater in our group, bonus points! Food was delicious (even the picky eater gave approval). Definitely recommend!

This restaurant was chosen for a very special occasion. My friend and I were greeted with a smile and taken to a quiet area of the restaurant. The wait staff was courteous and the meal was paced nicely. Food presentation was excellent and we enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine as well as
a lovely dessert.

It was a very enjoyable and memorable experience

Jan was our waiter...he was attentive and charming. The food was excellent. Everyone at our group of five enjoyed their selections. Definitively on our list of restaurants to return to the next time we’re in Chicago.

It was our first time at Trattoria No. 10, we found it by simply looking at a google map (we were staying at Palmer House) and reading reviews, and we're glad we opted to check it out! I should note the quality of service was amazing, and likewise the food was highly memorable--I've never had ravioli this good before.

Edit: After being contacted by the head manager for my modestly critical review of Trattoria No. 10, I'm impressed enough with their responsiveness and professionalism to give them another shot after snafus with the service on our visit. Even though the dinner itself did not go as planned, and was only meh, they're obviously a very professional restaurant sincerely concerned about all their guests having a positive dining experience. As I said in my previous review (now deleted), and the manager concurs, everyone has a bad night from time to time. I get the sense that last weekend's meal was the exception that proves the more general rule of a quality restaurant.

I have visited Italy on several occasions and the authenticity of Trettoria 10 was spot on. We enjoyed the beet ravioli and veal scalloppini. The service was good and they were very accommodating to our theatre needs.

The place was a real joy and the food was top-notch. My son said the Short Rib Cannelloni was one of the best things he has ever eaten. The restaurant even gave him a dessert for his birthday dinner before we headed to the theater. Give yourself some time to relax and enjoy a wonderful establishment. Our server Steven was equally great.

Came for dinner prior to Hamilton on Saturday night. Service was great even though they had a large party of 50+ people in a separate room. The food was delicious and we were done in plenty of time for the short walk to the theater.

Service was especially attentive and friendly. Nicely decorated, it didn't feel like a basement. Everything on the menu sounded good. Waitress was very helpful with selections. Black Pepper all the plates were beautifully presented. Gnocchi were pillowy with a flavorful broth. The shrimp wrapped in Ravioli were tasty, the shrimp outside ravioli were a bit bland. Scallops and Pork Belly were perfectly cooked.

Went with out of town relatives. Very easy to carry a conversation. Waitress gave us lots of time when we told her there was no rush for the theater and we wanted to visit. Fabulous food. No one was disappointed. Also very helpful with one person with gluten allergy.

we have been here many times and it was always excellent. This time it seemed a little tired. The waiter was efficient, just too slick. He seemed to be acting a part and it didn't go over. The plates were removed before we had our forks down. Once we had to tell them we were still eating. Too quick- not relaxing. They were circling as we were eating.

The entire staff was super friendly! Rachel our server was aware of our time limitation and was excellent in making sure we left for the theater in time. The vallet staff were exceptional! He knew what car we drove before we gave him the ticket! You're able to leave your car to go to the theater which is such a plus. The soup was excellent and our food was good.

Wonderful, as usual. We have been here many times and keep coming back. The beet ravioli is fab, the duck confit pasta is unbelievably good. Service is warm and attentive without being overbearing. The room is very calming. We will be back many more times!

It was another delightful evening at Trattoria 10 prior to going to the Goodman Theatre. I mistakenly thought that I had lost my wallet at the restaurant. The involvement and concern of the staff was fabulous, especially Laura. It was embarrassing when I the wallet wrapped in my clothing as I prepared for bed. Too bad I had already canceled the credit cards.

The service was attentive and the house made ravioli fresh and flavorful. My only feedback would be It was a bit cool in the room causing the food to cool quickly as well. I also appreciated that the noise and light level were conducive to conversation. I would certainly go back again.
