Our open-air bar is perfect for enjoying breathtaking views of the clear blue Caribbean. Celebrate the end of a fun-filled day! Enjoy a rosy sunset along with our tropical frozen drink specialties – margaritas, piňa coladas, daiquiris, or perhaps a MonkeyLala… the drink that put Roatan on the map! Trattoria da Piero is our friendly, waterfront restaurant… a delightful place to dine, featuring Caribbean specialties with an Italian twist! Imagine the freshest seafood – lobster, conch, shrimp, crab, and fish – all carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Try our delicious homemade pasta and unique sauces concocted with island ingredients from land and sea. If you’d like something special, just let our chef know and he’ll whip up something delicious to meet your request. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. daily. Our buffet includes fresh fruit, yogurt, an assortment of pastries and cookies, fruit juice, coffee, tea and milk. In addition, we offer a daily special.
