   My wife and I came for dinner after I saw the great reviews. Well, I feel they are warranted. The food is the standout here as it should be. It is modern and it is delicious. They have classic Italian dishes but fun little flourishes that give it a bit more flair. The lasagna is massive and it’s massively delicious too. The porchetta is fantastic as well. I could sit there and eat that delicious pork and risotto all day long. The bruschetta was wonderful! They have goat cheese (a personal favorite of mine) and these great little balsamic balls that explode with flavor too. I get the feeling they are pretty new as I saw what seemed like new employees making little mistakes. I had an eggplant dish brought to our table that wasn’t ours. I saw another waiter drop off the wrong dish at another table while we were getting seated too. Not a problem though, and everyone was just so friendly. If I lived in the area I’d come back often.

   Excellent food and service. Highly recommend. Had the short rib risotto. Friends had eggplant and pizza. All delicious.

   A time was had last night at Tratto. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing. 10 out of 10 would recommend

   We drove from Winter Park to try Tratto’s for the first time. While the drive wasn’t easy by any means, it was well worth it. The calamari was the best we’ve ever had-fresh and cooked to perfection! The stuffed squash ravioli was amazing as was the seafood risotto. We mentioned the taste of the water and our waiter said that they are aware and are trying to have a better filtration system. If you’re desiring a highly satisfying dining experience you will have come to the right place!!

   Absolutely amazing experience. Food is authentic and presentation of dishes phenomenal. Zack our server was very knowledgeable and recommended great dishes. Zack was very attentive and friendly as well. Overall experience 10/10 and can’t wait to go back.

   Went on a Tuesday with a party of 4 based on Instagram reviews. Service was EXTERMELY slow. Took about 15 minutes after sitting before anyone came by the table, very short wine list. Staff had no personality and also gave no recommendations. Appetizers took over 30 minutes to come out. Kitchen was extremely slow. Food tasted very good when it did come out. Very boring and long experience. Would not recommend.

   When I got there for a reservation at 6:15 pm, there was a already an issue with two other parties in front of me that were talking to one of the staff by the host podium. I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting to be attended to just to check in for my reservation. We finally sat down and service took another 10 minutes just to ask for water and a drink. Their house sauvignon blanc selection tasted horrible so I asked to switch it for a prosecco which was honestly not the best either but I stuck with it. The tap water also tasted horrendous. My boyfriend's merlot tasted much better. We ordered the fried calamari which tasted pretty good with the garlic aioli that came with it. I ordered the scallop risotto and my boyfriend ordered the table side cheese wheel pasta. They brought out my dish first and at first glance you can tell the scallops were burned. I tried one of the less burnt ones and it still tasted bad and burned. The risotto itself tasted fine but after a while also started tasting burned because of the scallops resting on it. It was about 15 minutes before they finally started the pasta wheel for my boyfriend. He also ordered a side of shrimp to accompany the pasta. The shrimp did not taste directly burnt but almost as if they were cooked in a pan that had burned food. The manager was nice and took the scallop risotto off the bill and offered to make something else at no charge but I honestly just wanted to leave. The restaurant did not even seem that busy and there was even a couple next to us that had issues with service taking forever to attend to them. *IF* I ever go back I would try their Detroit style pizza which looked good at the other tables.

   We received excellent service and enjoyed great food. We had just come from a negative experience, and although our visit started off somewhat rough, the staff made up for the mistakes and more. My only comment would be regarding reservations management; however, given that it was an unusually busy day, staff shortages may have contributed to the issue. If you're looking for delicious risottos, this is the place to go. The ratatouille was excellent as well. Keep up the great work!

   Demasiado demorado el servicio mi cita era las 7:45 pm y logré entrar a las 8:05, luego el tiempo en espera en la mesa fue más de una hora para que terminaran de hacer el pedido y el precio algo caro para lo que estaba ofreciendo

    First visit for Valentine’s day. Amazing food!!! Risotto was so on point!!! Also they serve a lot of food, so had extra to go! Definitely will go back!!!
