Food was good and fresh. Waitress was great
We had a great time dining in the restaurant as well as picking up orders to bring back to the room. The food and service were great!
We enjoyed our food. Service was excellent. Table and noise comfortable. Convenient location.
Exceeded my expectations for a waterpark hotel restaurant. Service was great and food was basic but good. The servings even on kids menu were huge. It was very noisy which was good for us bc we didn’t have to worry about the kids disrupting anyone. Highly recommend to anyone staying at camelback looking for an easy dinner w kids.
Patrick was an amazing waiter. Drinks were amazing - pina coladas and margaritas! Wings were to die for!
Food was horrible and expensive. Pieces of plastic in my 40$ steak as well as every steak undercooked.
Our wings mild well done wings were very good. Our waitress was great
Atmosphere and the bar area service were outstanding.
Good variety on menu. Dishes can be customized. Food not real hot when served though.
Great food slope side.
We stopped for lunch mid day during skiing. We were seated immediately, the service was wonderful, and the food came to our table quickly and just as ordered. Our server was attentive and friendly. We always enjoy the delicious food and service at Trails End!
The host was so kind, asking about our day and allowing us to sit early for our lunch reservation. The server was so prompt and attentive, suggesting drinks and being patient as we figured out our order. The entrees ranged from sandwiches to ribs and salmon. For appetizer we had a huge pretzel and ground mustard and beer cheese. We each had different entrees for lunch. For value it would make more sense to have more burgers and sandwiches at normal price rather than $30 entrees. In the middle of a ski day we would rather eat lighter and be energetic for another round than weigh down with a rack of ribs. And what to do with the leftovers? Better to have moderately sized and priced meals. The food is good tasting and the atmosphere is family friendly. All in all a great hang out in the middle of the day. Just be sure to have reservations bc it seems to fill up fast!
Food was great, the environment is warm and comfortable, service was attentive and friendly.
For the amount of money you spend on rooms, activities, and food, one would expect to eat decently. The nachos and Ruben are the only edible items at trains end...It's not just this place, the food in aquatopia is disgusting. Chicken wings old and not cooked all the way through. The *new pizza spot is dough with tasteless "cheese" . What happend to the regular pizza spot? There's no real food. It's the same items recycled, blt, burger, wings,.chicken. gives American food a bad rep. The buffet is the only thing worth eating and that's gone obviously due to covid, but they still charge you same price!!!! 2,000trip and we all left starving :(
Camelback. Please step your food game up..
And bring back SOME or ANY activities in the lobby?
No masks in Aquatica required.. but masks outside, on snow tubes are required???
We have dined at this restaurant before as it is part of the Camelback Resort. The ambience is wonderful with a live musician. However; our service was extremely poor. We started with wings and a pretzel appetizer. We had no napkins or silverware on the table. The food runner brought our food but no plates either. My husband had to ask the bartender for plates and napkins. Our server forgot the waters we ordered with our alcohol beverages. Our server appeared to have tables spread through out the restaurant not in one central location so she was no where near our table for us to ask for anything. Again when our main course came out we had to ask the food runner for silverware, napkins and for our forgotten water. The food runner was kind enough to help us out. The menu did not show anywhere that a martini with grey goose was an upcharge of $5. And our server made no mention of this either. We ended up paying $20 for an average size martini, more than I pay in NYC. We understand the stress of the employees and restaurants during this time of COVID but it was a very poor experience which we have never had before at this restaurant.
Server was not very attentive and too many kids running around everywhere. It was my birthday dinner though so we made the best of it.
Very pricey, especially the drinks. $20 for a small martini is absurd. My chicken BLT and fries were good, but had to be sent back because it was cold. The next one was hot and delicious.
We loved being slope side. We dined outside and although it was a little chilly with the propane heaters we were comfortable. The nachos were delicious and we all devoured them!! Our other meals(burgers, wings and chili) we thought were average but overpriced. Our servers was great, very attentive and helpful! Overall we were very happy with our experience and would come back to dine again.
The only real thing Trail’s End has to offer is convenience to skiers. It’s so easy to ski right in for a quick bite, but reservations are a must during busy times. Distancing and cleanliness re mediocre. The menu is extremely limited and overpriced. Service is very slow, but friendly. We ate inside but they offer an outdoor seating area with heaters.
Food was good, Came out quickly. We sat outside under the tent which was nice. About ten beers on Tap which was a plus. The menus was somewhat limited, with three entree choices for lunch but they had what I wanted.
Waitress took order and never returned for drink refills/salt, pepper, ketchup.
Food was just bad. Bacon on one sandwich was raw. Steak was just a very bad piece of meat that I can only describe as what I would think microwaved steak would be like.
Only black eye on our stay. Rest of resort was fantastic
Super fun atmosphere, great for kids, and delicious food!
Not the same as 2 years ago! Lost all gluten free options! And no seafood ?!
Feels more like fast take out than sit down! Needs a facelift!
The whole experience was great. I can't wait to return.
Great nachos! Needed some more vegetarian options but we made it by on apps. Live music and good beer after a long day on the mountain. Can't complain! Had a great experience.
Very covid friendly. Lovely outside heaters. Waitress excellent. Just wish there were a couple more gluten free items on the menu. Very happy experience. Great location!
great service- salmon was outstanding and couldn't beat the ambience
Staff was really helpful and nice. Food was just okay.
You guys let me put a reservation in and it was closed
Delicius excelent service !
Trail’s End was amazing! We have a wonderful lunch, watching the skiers and snowboarders come down. Everything was delicious and the service was outstanding! Definitely coming back!!
Our server was AMAZING!!
Great meal! Will return next time we go to Camelback
Extremely limited menu. High prices of course. Outdoor area despite having numerous propane heaters is very cold. They really need to consider some additional space heaters. The propane heaters don't produce any heat. You can actually hug them and not be warm!! The seemingly "craft cocktail" list is actually just batch liquor and they can't make any adjustments for taste. No hot cocktails which is bizarre since you are at the bottom of a ski slope which is the only appealing part of it, you can ski up.
I was disappointed on a few levels. One, the waitress offered a taste of white wine not on the menu because the Sauvignon Blanc on the menu was sold out. She never came with that taste of wine and I had my dinner entree delivered before even having my drink! A big no-no. When I had to walk inside and ask another waitress for it (and I saw the glass of wine sitting at the bar), it still took several minutes before she brought it to me and my very salty dinner (salmon) was half eaten by that point. Then, she didn’t check back to see how I liked this undisclosed wine or on my dinner until I was finished. My son had overcooked wings. Thankfully we had a fun view of the slopes and each other or it would’ve been a total bust. The s’mores pudding dessert was yummy and creative.
Not sure that we’d go back.
Staff welcoming.Very Covid safe.Service very good, not a terribly long wait for those who want to get back to the slopes !Food was good and hot and our burgers were done right!Overall it was a nice experience and made for a pleasant day!
It was ok. When we were seated, table was dirty. Had to ask waitress to clean table. Menu is very small. Not much to order. I understand that it's opening since COVID. But capacity was full and limited menu. Doesn't really make sense.
Food was horrible! Overpriced with no flavor or taste. Spent $150 for 2 adults 2 kids and most of the food went to trash. Drinks were strong yet good! Beautiful view! Only go here for the drinks and ambience. Everything else was trash
Convenient location in the hotel.
Difficult time getting a reservation for our family. Menu very limited
We ate socially-distanced in their outdoor tent at the foot of the Nile Mile ski run, and it was great. The food was excellent- several notches above what’s available anywhere else we’ve tried around Camelback. The steak frites was comparable to what you’d get in a good New York City restaurant, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended!
