Service was terrific! Food came out fast and tasted great. Only issue I have was the adding of 18% gratuity. Why? I feel like this is actually ripping the servers off!
Food was very good. Service not so much. And they were out of everything we tried to order. What bar is out of pinot Grigio?! Very costly. $12 for a pretzel I could make in my microwave at home. Also surprise to us they include a 18% gratuity automatically on your check regardless of party size. Not cool.
Very expensive, the food used to be better, and the service remained great
Food was great! Waitress was energetic and attentive. Glad they were opened on Thanksgiving Day.
Great food and service! Loved it and will continue to go there!
Server was slow. Food came out late and meat not cooked to our specifications. Asked for a hamburger medium rare came out well done ask for steak medium well came out rare.
Slow with drinks. Server very unfriendly. Not open for lunch. Very dissatisfied.
Everything was good but the prices were rough. I mean. It’s a hot dog and fries for the kids. Service was wonderful. Friendly and attentive.
So good we ate here two nights in a row! Service is incredible, food is 10 stars! Can’t wait to come back on our next trip!
Food was cold, waitress service Slow and non existent.
Over priced and overrated.
Overpriced food that was not good. Dirty wine glass. Dirty table & chairs. Service was good.
Casual ambiance and food. Attentive, friendly service.
We ate here while staying at camelback. The food was overpriced which was to be expected but the quality was not good. It’s hard to mess up nachos but they did. Waitress was friendly and doing this best with the understaffing and over crowding.
Worst service i’ve ever experienced.
Server bought food to wrong table 20 times.
We waited over NINETY MINUTES for Nachos.
Worst service EVER!! I had a reservation for 7:45 pm and when my food arrived, it was 10:15!! DO NOT EAT HERE!
Poor service, short staffed, nice people but not enough help and with automatic gratuity it doesn’t matter to them! Food was cold
It was very cold inside of the restaurant. My steak and fries were delicious but everyone else's food was not good. Grilled cheese hard and not melted, brussel sprouts burnt, broccoli cold, sandwich sour. Waitress walked away while I was speaking 3 times and only pretend to address my concern. Her 18% was already in her pocket bc it's automatically added on so what do they really care. Disappointed and wish we had taken the 5 minute drive outside the resort.
From start to finish our experience was exceptional. The hostess were friendly, accommodating, and informative. Our server, Jazmyn was a pleasure to have met. She made our experience even better with her comedic personality.
The two cocktails we got were just OK.
The food here is great! We got burgers and a Buffalo chicken sandwich. So so good.
Get the nachos too but beware: they are amazing and you will probably not have room for dinner after lol.
Our family enjoyed a fantastic dinner celebrating our twin daughters birthday. The staff was kind and attentive. Our meal portions were huge and delicious. The nachos and hot pretzel appetizers were amazing and so large. Our family enjoyed them plus had leftovers for a midnight snack. Our dinners were just as good. Thank you to the staff at Trails End Pub! You made our dinner experience one to remember!
The restaurant was almost completely empty when we arrived and we waited for about 15 minutes for a host to greet and seat us. We would have left had this not been a favorite spot for my husband and I. The waiter was very nice. Our food was not warm and seemed pricey for what we ordered but it was a big portion. Great view sitting outside but definitely disappointed they took the buffalo wings off the menu.
Birthday celebration gone bad. Horrible service and mediocre food. Sat with food delivered and no utensils and napkins for 20 mins. Asked several times for utensils and napkins and it never came. By the time it arrived the food was cold. Avoid if you can until service gets better
The food and atmosphere was incredible. Our waiter was great and always checked on us. The whole staff that we encountered was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend going. We will be going again!
Had a lovely experience! Our waiter was wonderful, food and drinks were good. Overall a very nice restaurant with gorgeous outdoor seating.
Menu offerings were limited. Mediocre food. Long wait once we were seated. Issues seem to be related to staffing. The staff that was there though were very apologetic. We still had a good time despite this and enjoyed our time at the restaurant.
We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation. The hostess sat us right away. Then we sat there and no one came over. The hostess sat other tables around us. Servers came and took their drink orders, brought them appetizer. Waving someone down, we were ignored. The hostess came back to sit a 3rd table near us 25 minutes after we sat down and asked us if anyone had come over to our table. She hunted down a server. I ordered the steak frite, well done. It came burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. The kids food was the same food you got at the water park. Even the expensive drinks came in a tiny juice glass. We spent over $100 on food, then we went upstairs to the store and bought snacks because no one ate. It was awful. This was supposed to be our 1 nice meal of the trip, but we were very disappointed. We ended up there for over an hour. No apps or dessert. There were a lot of empty tables when we sat down so it wasn't that busy.
Fire pit experience can not be over stated. Amazing night, server Lilly is amazing. We requested glassware by the fire pit, makes all the difference. Food was very, very good. Steak frites, nachos appetizer coupled with Chili is a must do. Drinks from the bar were well made and generous on the pour. My family of 4 (boys 6 & 8) all had a great time. We enjoyed this experience 12-hours ago and already miss it. An absolute must do.
Service was fast and very good. The beer and cider were the best part of the meal, closely followed by the nachos appetizer. Kudos for helping us out by presenting all the toppings in separate little cups so each diner could choose what they liked.
The main course was just disappointing. Onion rings and fries - sad, tasteless, and seemed to have been cooked in oil that had been used too many times. Mac and cheese was meh at best, as were the burgers which were not cooked to order.
For the price, you should be able to do better.
The restaurant was steady but not overwhelmed, service was a bit slow but I will say I was told they are under staffed, forgivable! Food wasn’t anything special but very overpriced but par for inflation due to location.
Food was great and environment was awesome ; They Rock
Automatic service charge added to your bill and you won't be told about it! Ribs were good. Reuben was inedible, the deli meat was mostly fat and cut way it thick making it tough and chewy. Kids mac n cheese was good.
Bad steak, so expensive. And bad taste, you should change
Patrick our server was great. Friendly and courteous. We made these reservations to take our daughter out to dinner during her family weekend at college.
Perfect weather to sit outside on the back patio. Matched with delicious food and terrific service resulted in us eating here twice while staying at Camelback
We had an 8:15 reservation and the restaurant was full but we were seated promptly! Our service was speedy and friendly. We ordered nachos which were HUGE—much bigger than expected and delicious. We ordered a Kids Burger, a Trails End burger, and the Turkey Club—all 3 sandwiches were great and came with plenty of fries. The Turkey club was definitely the favorite with tons of meat, thick bacon and avocado. We had tons of leftovers which made for a great next-day lunch!
Great food Great views Great place a little pricey but worth it
Went to this restaurant because it was convenient while staying at Camelback lodge. Way over priced, very loud, service was poor and food was average to poor. Should have left the resort to go to a restaurant in town for a better meal that would have cost less.
Excellent service and great food! I definitely recommend this restaurant!
The table was wobbly, hamburgers undercooked and beer was flat. For eighteen dollars you get a. Semi cooked burger and frozen French fries. This should be and could be better if you had a professional chef run the kitchen and upgrade the quality of the fare.At least make fresh homemade fries. The ice cream was good and so was the pretzel
One of the best restaurants in the resort. Not so watered down cocktails
Great server DANIELA always with a smile. Food took long to arrive . Steak was hard and tough. Nachos was awesome . Sundae was great. Chilled beers. Burger was allright but way better than anything indoors
