About Avenida Brazil - Clear Lake
Just like in our name, Avenida Brazil Churrascaria Steakhouse, we stay true to the foundations of the traditional Brazilian churrascaria.
The experience is split up into two parts
Part 1: Salad Bar - After being seated, guests can help themselves to our gourmet salad bar stocked with more than 30 fresh items.
Part 2: Meat - At each of our seats, we include a coaster with a red side and a green side. Once back at their table, guests can start signaling our gauchos (meat servers) by flipping over the coaster to the red side. This indicates that the guest is ready to enjoy the 13+ succulent meats, which include lamb, beef, chicken, and fish. As an accent to the meat, we provide five delicious side dishes.

Avenida Brazil - Clear Lake Ratings and Reviews
So we usually love brazillian churrasqueiras however this restaurant is lacking especially @ the exspensive price. Meats were ok & the salad bar selections were subpar I think they need to visit the Texas de Brazil website or their restaurant to find out what real salad bar options look like. That being said the staff were friendly & attentive. Just the overall food options were a huge disappointment for the price.
Thanksgiving Dinner was wonderful. Did not even waste time with turkey and dressing. The only thing they were real fast with meats at first then really slowed down. Different from other times we have been there. But we will be back for Christmas. This is our holiday tradition. Love this place.
Wow!! I am amazed. I have never had this kind of dining experience. It’s exquisite and the service is exceptionally great. Worth a $200 bill. We were served fine foods at our table to go with the fine foods we chose from buffet bar. These fine meat they served was fillet mignon grill shrimp salmon chicken steak. So much. Beautifully done. Several servers catering to us our table of 3.
All I can say is wow about this place. We came to celebrate two birthdays with a large party, and our table was ready as soon as we arrived. I would highly recommend reservations. They took our drink orders, and then the manager explained the dining process. The favorite drink among the table was the Brazilian lemonade. We made our way to the salad bar and was amazed by the variety here compared to other similar restaurants. They had everything from lobster bisque, meats and cheese, and fresh veggies. The hot meats were amazing as well. Beef, chicken, and seafood were all offered. but the seafood stood out the most for me. We will definitely be back!
Used to be known as Tradicio, but a new name and still the same great meats and salad bar. This was our first time to this location, did find it hard to locate as it is dark at night, could use better lightening and signage (with the new name). The interior is no where near as nice as the Sugarland location, but its the food that we came for. Everything was wonderful and fresh and they were good at taking care of our needs and any special requests.
The waitress and the guy making the omelette were great. I have dine in at this location quite a few times and have always had an awesome experience with the food and customer service for I recommended to my grandmother, brother, sister in law, and cousin. We all decided to visit this location for my cousins birthday. Some of us had brunch and three of us had the meats. I have to say that this time I was upset with the serving/offering of the meats. The cards were in green but they took forever to bring the meats out we had to request a few times. They were not offering all the meats on the menu we had to constantly request. We still never got the filet mignon seriously the service when it came to serving the meats was awful. I was very disappointed at the end because I recommend this restaurant to my family and friends and you guys disappointed them and I. I don’t even understand why because you guys were slow in business. I been there a few time when you have been super busy and you guys manage to do an exceptional job I don’t know what happen this one time.
We ate here last year during Houston Restaurant Week, under the name of Tradicao, and it was very good, with the Brazilian rodizo service. This year, again during Houston Restaurant Week, we ate here. The salad bar was fine, especially the lobster bisque. However, the meat consisted of sausage and bacon-wrapped chicken, served buffet style. The chicken was dried out. We paid $25 per person for a nice salad bar, which seems too much to you.
Absolutely in love with this place and will be back again. Not a huge fan of the seasoning on the lamb but other than that everything was simply amazing. The limeade is to die for and I could drink the lobster bisque straight out if a cup it's so good. The top sirloin and house special were my favorite meats. 5 stars all the way!
First time for us to eat at a Brazilian all you can eat meat restaurant. We went for Houston Restaurant Weeks because of the sized down menu and price - we figured this was an opportunity to try a restaurant style we otherwise would pass on. We were served 8 meats on this smaller scale $35 menu - the regular menu offers FIFTEEN (15) meat offerings for a higher price. I was getting the meat sweats after 5 meat servings - I would likely need an ambulance to get through 15 meats. From what I can remember (the meats begin to all look the same after a while), we had bacon wrapped chicken, a roast chicken leg, some sort of pork loin, sausage, bottom sirloin, and 2 or 3 other meats they carve off of a skewer, and you pick off with a pair of togs. We also had for that price a decent salad bar, bread, au gratin potatoes, rice, and a dessert duo that was very good on top of all that MEAT.
The food was delicious and the people that bring it out are super nice. The server I had though made me feel super rushed. After the main course I ordered some more bread rolls and a dessert. After 20 minutes passed by I asked the guy what was taking so long and he told me they had to make more. My only concern with what he said was that I saw him bring out fresh rolls to the table next to us 5 min after telling me they had to make more and after waiting another 15 or so minutes a second server came to are table asking if I needed anything else only for me to tell him we had been waiting on some stuff and then the dessert and rolls came out within minutes as if it was the first time someone put the order in. I don't think it takes 35 minutes or so to make bread rolls and a dessert when the restaurant was super dead. For the price of such a "higher end" restaurant I've had better table service at Chick-Fil-A.
