Our waiter did not seem like they wanted to be there and did not come back much. I understand its tradesmans and it's supposed to be loud but it was a little too loud for dining and trying to have a conversation regardless. I won't be back.
Great food, fun nigh
Graet BBQ ribs. Fall off the bone done. Very casual great service.
Great food. Great service. Sat us outside in 40 degree weather with no heat lamp.
If you have more than 3 people, it would’ve been a better experience for you. It seemed that because there was only two of us we got a little high top table with no heaters and everyone else around us with a bigger party got a heater. Would of been more enjoyable if we were able to get the same treatment as everyone else. Service was good but the seating arrangement just sucked.
Right now I don't believe they have a good handle on managing reservations. Food was not great
Was placed in an alley without a heat lamp or tv even though my party of four specifically called ahead to request this. We were going to watch the football game and we’re totally ignored by staff for these requests.
Really fun experience and the host staff and waitresses were really accommodating and friendly. Went to watch a Saturday game and they made sure we had a tent with a TV and were well taken care-of! Definitely recommend!
Just didn’t care for the atmosphere, it’s all outdoor seating which is expected these days but just wasn’t appealing at all. Host was borderline rude but server was nice, and brought me a new hot cocoa when I said mine was cold. Just seemed super overpriced for what was served in plastic cups and silverware (which again, I understand)
Well let’s start with the Menu, what is listed on OpenTable website is NOT the available menu, they have minimized it (No Problem).
For the food we chose 1/2 Ribs,1/2 Beef Brisket, Mac n Chz, plus Cole slaw. All was Excellent, all was tasty and good. We wanted Cornbread but they were out ( doors just opened at 4pm it’s 4:20pm how are you out?)
It’s was a rainy day and we were happy they had tents set up with private seating for up to 6, bench style, our own TV within our booth also.
Service- never really connected with our server, she had the personality of a order taker, or just someone who didn’t want to be there. I’ve actually had better service/personality from a Popeyes cashier.
So will I go back?? Probably, the food was good, but I will expect the service of an order taker, and food deliverer, versus someone who is happy that customers are coming out, supporting local businesses, and willing to tip for it. Usually I tip 30% (especially in these times), this server got 20% and a note stating I have had better service at Burger King.
I understand this is a “bar atmosphere” place because I live half a block away and it’s always packed with a younger crowd, drinking especially during game day. But come on, read your clientele, not everyone is just there to get sh*t faced, and tip low.
Service is always great here. They are hard working people with great attitudes.
We were celebrating a birthday and watching the Eagles game. The reservation had been made weeks in advance. The level of service was significantly worse than it has been the past few months. We come for most Eagles games and have been numerous other times for outdoor dining. The food and drinks were still good but the service from the hostess abs out waitress was awful.
I booked reservation for my 17 year old son and his girlfriend. They sat them outside in the cold with no heating lamp in 30 degree weather when there were open tables with heating lamps available. They ask to be move to another table and they said it was reserved, then they ask for a heating lamp and they said they ran out.... like why would you seat someone In the cold with nothing warmed them up. I will never recommend this place to anyone the service is bad
Specifically asked to be near a heater, we were no where near a heater, they were confused when I asked if there was a heater & pointer at the closest heater which was no where near
It was pretty cold out they tried to accommodate us and bring one of the heating lamps closer to us but honestly it didn’t do anything but there was no fault on them. We choose to eat outdoors, so that kind of comes with the territory. Other than that my server kept literally passing us like I asked for barbecue sauce as she brought the barbecue sauce out but she literally passed our table then came back to the table, she brought napkins but she passed our table and then came back, she legit kept passing our table like she forgot we were even there. Our table was wobbling and sliding so we put the napkins under the table to make it even but then the table top itself was loose. The food itself was just OK nothing fantastic the barbecue sauce was really good but everything else was just kind of basic.
It was my friends birthday. I’ve noticed since outdoor dining has started that service has gotten some what worse? Everything seems to take a lot longer. My friend ordered the drink “the sinner” it was suppose to be an egg white drink. It didn’t have any egg white froth it kinda looked like mucus on top of his Drink. Our drinks took about 20 mins to come out. It wasn’t busy at all. Otherwise the food was phenomenal. The Mac and cheese is AMAZING
Just horrible, the food was terrible, the drinks were worse, and the conditions in the restrooms were beyond filthy.
THERE WAS NO HAND SOAP IN THE RESTROOM!!
My husband, close friend and I had a great time watching college football here. Love the variety of beers on tap and the easy but delicious food options. Great service from the staff and everything was super safe & clean.
My husband and I went here for brunch. We got lucky and it was a beautiful fall day so we sat outside. The atmosphere was really nice, as they decorated for fall. They also put 2 big screen TV's as well as a large projector screen out so everyone could watch the college games. And did I mention bottomless mimosas?? Get the tots. You won't be disappointed.
Terrible service every time I come here. Waitresses are so slow and unattentive, it takes forever for someone to come by to ask for refills. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
we made a 8:30 res on
Everything was great
Well, I thought the food had the potential to be good. We didn’t order anything complex that required an executive chef’s approval. My chicken tacos were tasteless, sprouts and chicken wings were just okay, and our two peach whiskey drinks had no whiskey and all bad iced-tea. Only item that was good was the sweet potato fries. I was going to box the leftovers for a homeless person, but I opted out because they would’ve probably given me a bad review for the food coming out of this place. In addition to the bad food, my girlfriend said the bathroom was so trashed she couldn’t even use it. The waitress was very nice though. Definitely wont be going back.
Great atmosphere. Crappy food. Excellent service
We had a pleasant and the food was good, but the service was just ok but there was nothing wrong and it didn’t really detract from my enjoyment of the evening.
Food was excellent. My only complaint would, there is no way to tell if you were making a reservation for inside or outside. I had made a reservation for 4 expecting to sit outside. Upon arrival I was informed that there were only tables for 2 or 6 people. Personally, I did not mind sitting inside, how ever 2 people in my group were uncomfortable with it. I would not have made a reservation knowing we would have been inside.
We made a reservation and they were over booked so we had to wait a half hour and when we sat down we where told that it would be at least 1 hour for the first course to come out. We just left and went next door and was served with in 20 minutes our first course. No regrets at all thank you Bru
Restaurant week, waited 40 minutes even with a reservation, then waited 20-30 minutes for a waitress to come by, just for them to tell us the wait for food would be an hour and a half.
I went for restaurant week. I would never go again. Horrible experience. At 7:30 reservations our main course didn’t come until 10:30. It took more than an hour between each course to receive any food. I don’t plan on returning
Just tried this place. First service was very good. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Food was Ok, a little pricey for what we had. Liked that still had tables outside, nice layout.
The food had no flavor. The macaroni and cheese was horrible. The only good thing was the shrimp and fried Oreos. There’s no harm to adding seasoning to food; even if it’s just a little salt and pepper.
The meat was tender but the flavor wasn’t there. The Mac and cheese wasn’t good. The fried Oreo was good
I have been here before and usually enjoy it but this time it was like I was at a completely new restaurant. I ignored the bad reviews I saw stating wait times were long and service was bad because I had not experienced that at any of my prior visits. Unfortunately, those reviews were right and I waited a very long time for my food and when it came out my order was wrong and missing items. Our server was helpful and kind and tried her best to get our order fixed when she noticed it was wrong upon arrival so that was great. The food was not as good as it was previously and I felt like everything was super salty and dry but maybe they were just having a bad day. The drinks are good and the staff was friendly but I am not sure if I will be back.
We were seated at 1:00 for the Eagles game. By 2:00, we were still seated with no food and no drinks (not even water). Multiple requests to nearby servers during this time asking if they were our server was met with "no, I have these other tables". A request at the front desk was met with "I'm not sure what happened". Twice. Following a second semi-aggravated trip to the front desk, they managed to finally find us a server. Once we were finally able to put in for food and drinks, we'd been seated for an hour and a half. THEN 15 minutes after putting in our food we were told we were now in the in between menu would need to re-order. The manager did eventually stop by and apologize and comp the first round of drinks/some appetizers, but it really was way too little too late. I will not be returning.
Great food and great location
They were completely unprepared for restaurant week. Over 1 hour waiting and no food. We called the manager and left promptly.
Terrible service. Didn’t come to the table once - had to ask for water, silverware, napkins, etc ourselves. Was never checked on during the meal. We ordered an onion rings appetizer and it took over an hour to arrive. When the entrees came, they were cold. When we asked to put a nba game on the tv, we were given attitude.
This restaurant had poor service. My drink came out wrong, and when my server asked if it was ok, I let her know the issue. She said sorry and then quickly left without offering to correct it, and then I was charged fill price. It took an hour for our food to come out, and it was cold when it got to our table. I will not be back.
Very good portion sizes and amazing food
