We were excited to try Trade, as most reviews were good and the breakfast menu sounded great. We got there and only one other table was occupied. Sadly, it went downhill fast. It took 15 minutes to receive the 2 coffees, 1 OJ, and 1 hot chocolate we ordered. Food took over 1 hour to receive and the biscuits in one order were undercooked. The eggs were over cooked and sandwich was soggy from sitting under the heat for too long. They were obviously understaffed and said they only had one cook and were slammed with room service. Underwhelming experience.
Great service!
We had a great time and the food was awesome, the service was more than you can ask for!!! Thanks for helping me celebrate Mother’s Day with my wife and kids!!!
Thanks again

1pm in a Tuesday in a major corporate center and I was the only patron. Server was fantastic but the food was lackluster. Decor was very nice and overall the cost was decent for the area and meal. But the food could have been much better for the environment and feel of the restaurant which looks much fancier than the dish did.
Overpriced.
I made a reservation for 10 for New Year’s Eve through Open Table and received a confirmation email. The day of, I received a message to confirm that our party was planning on coming, I called back to do so and was told that there was no way I could’ve made a reservation because there was a private party. I was then put on hold for 10 minutes while someone went to check, and tried calling back for the next 3 hours. I finally received a call back confirming. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were seated and asked for ticket vouchers that came with our room to be able to eat at the buffet. We were not staying at the Omni and had made our reservation separately. They told us there was no record of this and finally agreed to let us order off of the menu. The hostess “helped” us throughout our meal, letting water glasses sit empty and rolling her eyes as she took our order. The food was great, but overshadowed by the negative service.
First off, I advise that you call the restaurant to make sure they’re open. We made a reservation at 530pm and arrived at 5pm. We were sitting at the bar and asked where the restaurant was. The bartender told us that the restaurant wasn’t open (despite our reservation being made). We had a party of 8 coming and we didn’t know what we were going to do. The manager came out and said he thought we were coming at 9 - so I showed him the confirmation from Open Table. This is where our story gets better. He got a waitress to accomodate us and they were very apologetic. We ended up having our dinner with nobody else in the restaurant - which ended up being amazing! We met the chef and they went above and beyond to make up for the mishap. The food was really good - I recommend the meatloaf. While it could have been a disaster, they made up for it. Just call before making your reservation!
The breakfast buffet was awesome and the omelet station prepared just as I ordered and delivered to my table steaming hot.
We really enjoyed the Mother's day brunch, everything was wonderful, great service done with smiles! Looking forward to seeing what you will be serving for Father's day!
Went for Mother’s Day brunch but it wasn’t anything special.
The restaurant had ample seating when all the restaurants at epicenter were on long waits. The food and service were good.
Made a reservation for 4 for 6:00 pm on a Saturday night. We showed up and no one was there and the restaurant was closed. They should update their hours to inform patrons when they are open vs not. Would have save us the trip
