   I'd been wanting to go to Trade for a long time. I'm so glad I finally went. It was a flawless meal from start to finish. The swordfish tomahawk was stellar - perfectly cooked and delightfully tender. The Dubai chocolate pistachio cheesecake on the dessert menu was also a wonder. The restaurant is a bit dark, giving a certain ambiance, and the noise level isn't bad for the size of the restaurant. We ate in one of the smaller dinner rooms, which may have been quieter. The staff was very attentive and clearly well-trained. They were also friendly.

   I don't often write "outstanding" but Trade deserves it. I love the freshness, detail of items , interior design, and level of service. I love the Greek energy and good energetic music.
