We had a large group and they truly accommodated us. The food was wonderful and the staff was fabulous.
Great food and great location. It is loud when it gets busy.
Ironic that most portions came with three of what ever and we were a table of three, yet the price doesn't change.
Pasta on the butternut squash ravioli was not cooked or overly undercooked at best, dough like. Scallopes were great. I'm forgetting what the peanut sauce came with, but it was not a combination (in my opinion) that works, almost awful. The other dishes we had were great. A serving utensils would be nice with a number of these dishes, we were each using our own forks and knifes.
The round table behind the entrance is very exposed for three people, it would have been fine if we were 6 people.
I gave you a fair amount of negative feedback, but overall dinner was enjoyable.
Food was mediocre at best, never brought our flat bread, service was pretty slow, etc etc
Sharde was an excellent server. The food was very good.
The food was delicious and our server, Colleen, was wonderful. Great spot for lunch!
Good restaurant. Food good not great.
It is very loud but if you ask for a high top it is definitely better. Outside of the noise level, everything else is fantastic. Good and service. I must say, I don’t understand why restaurants think it is a plus to have to yell to be heard at a meal
Great food. All small plates, so be prepared to share. But everything was excellent and great service too.
I had a great experience for a business lunch. I ordered the Tuna Poke bowl and it was great.
Nice food. Nice space - loud!
Service was fair...
Food was delicious! We had 4 small plates and it was perfect for 2 : )
Had the burrata salad and chIcken meatballs. Burrata was from a local farm and was excellent. The chutney with it was a perfect compliment. Meatballs were very tasty. Loud place and service was attentive.
Always love coming here, the food is always top notch!
Excellent food and atmosphere, but too dark. We had to use our phone flashlights to view the menu.
Even though on the high side of price, the food was delicious and just right portion size. Would definitely recommend.
I would recommend the food for two... however, we were a group of 9 and were basically ignored for hours. What food we were served was outstanding but the services was awful. We ordered $600 worth of food and never received several dishes (tapas style). We were mostly ignored and our waitress was among the missing most of the night. I had to look for someone to pay for 15 minutes. We were there so long we didn't want to take more time to debate the check for all the items we did not receive and just paid so we could leave. They dimmed the lights shortly after we arrived and it was actually dark and the music was booming. Not a good experience at all which was too bad because the food was delicious (if you get it).
Alex our waitress was fabulous, we were a big party and were all served at the same time. Food was hot and delicious as were the drinks!
Great setting for a work lunch. I am obsessed with the tuna poke bowl -- gluten free version.
We loved all of the small plates we ordered and the server's recommendation for how many would be good for two people was spot on. Everything was delicious and we left feeling full but not stuffed.
Tuna bowl and kale salad were delicious. Sat in back room which is quieter than main dining room.
Too loud other than that it is as great
Very nice to sit outside so a bit quieter even though we’re on a busy street. Great service and good cocktails. Food was good not fantastic. Very good overall experience.
It was good. Small portions are what we expected. Price was reasonable
The noise level at Trade was a real problem and slow service made it worse. But the food was excellent. So decide for yourself what matters to you!
Our waiter was wonderful and the food was amazing! Will always come back to Trade!
This is a go to location for business and social meals. The team is terrific and the food is excellent.
Great food, server amazing.
Constructive input: Portions a little too small.
Not best for a business dinner. But food was delicious.
The items we tried were fresh and delicious— we had the fried chicken with watermelon and feta and the panzanella with heirloom tomatoes and lemon oregano dressing. They were incredibly good!
Will go again
Interesting menu with delicious food that is cooked to perfection. I'm still daydreaming about the hummus appetizer and falafel sandwich. Good space, conveniently located, good value, and top service.
We went on a Thursday evening at 6:00pm and we ordered our cocktails and food at the same time. Our food came out very quickly but our cocktails didn't arrive until we were almost finished with our food, and then one of the cocktails was incorrect. Our server never came to see how the food/cocktails were (other servers delivered them to our table) so we had to flag him down from across the room to get the correct cocktail. We would have stayed longer and had another round or two of drinks, but he never came back to the table. A different server brought us our check when she saw or cards sitting out on the table.
Really nice! A little bummed at first that upon arriving, the waiter listed several foods/drinks that were no longer available. But better to know this early on.
Otherwise, the food our group ordered was on point. Tasty and varied menu. Please note that the dishes are tapas-style so 2 per person was recommended. Nice ambience out on the patio as well.
Trade is one of my go-to restaurants in Boston. Love the atmosphere and range of flavors. Went there for my boyfriend's birthday. Sat at the counter, which we love. Service was impeccable. Most dishes were excellent. Some were very good. We still have a few that we didn't get to, so we'll have to hit those on the next round!
Poor waitress. She forgot an order. Then no apologies
Always nice to visit this place!
Solid, very good place for lunch in the fin district. Seated immediately for our 12PM reservation. Classy joint and the Med style food was so, so, so good. Our waiter was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Have eaten here a dozen times and will definitely be back.
It’s always a perfect experience, and I go a LOT! From the moment we step in, Sari helps us out and is always a pleasure to talk to. Nanard and Melissa are always our waiter/waitress and each is fantastic. We all love the food, service, and every single person that works there- plus it’s a beautiful place inside and outside.
Energetic is an interesting way of saying the room was VERY loud. Food was good, service, Meh.
Busser was more helpful than waiter.
